Abstract
また、コンパクトな構造の電池モジュール製造に用いられるセンシングボードアセンブリを提供する。
また、高い信頼性を有する組立過程を容易に行うために、電気的連結部位の結合力に優れたセンシングボードアセンブリを提供する。
また、上記のようなセンシングボードアセンブリを含んで構成された二次電池モジュールを提供する。
【解決手段】二次電池である多数の単位電池200からなる高出力大容量の電池モジュール100において、単位電池200の電圧、電流及び/または温度を検出するためのセンシングボードアセンブリであり、前記各単位電池200の電極端子220,230を電気的に連結し、印刷回路基板600に接続するための延長接続部815を含むコネクティング部材800と、前記コネクティング部材800の延長接続部815が挿入・結合される穿孔口620と、前記穿孔口620に連結される回路640とを備えた印刷回路基板600と、を含んでセンシングボードアセンブリを構成する。

Claims (11)
- 二次電池である多数の単位電池からなる高出力大容量の電池モジュールにおいて、単位電池の電圧、電流及び/または温度を検出するためのセンシングボードアセンブリであり、
前記各単位電池の電極端子を電気的に連結し、印刷回路基板に接続するための延長接続部を含むコネクティング部材と、
前記コネクティング部材の延長接続部が挿入・結合される穿孔口と、前記穿孔口に連結される回路とを備えた印刷回路基板と、を含んで構成されたセンシングボードアセンブリ。 - 前記延長接続部は、穿孔口に挿入された状態で印刷回路基板の対向側に突出される程度の長さを有し、
前記延長接続部の突出部位は、印刷回路基板に半田付けによって結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンシングボードアセンブリ。 - 前記各単位電池の電圧を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンシングボードアセンブリ。
- 隣接した各単位電池の電極端子を電気的に絶縁させるための絶縁性部材は、前記各電極端子と締結された状態で前記各電極端子の間に介在され、
前記コネクティング部材は、前記絶縁性部材に締結された状態で各電極端子の電気的連結をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンシングボードアセンブリ。 - 前記単位電池の正極端子が締結される部位と、負極端子が締結される部位とが互いに結合及び分離可能に構成された二つの組立単位体であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のセンシングボードアセンブリ。
- 前記コネクティング部材は、単位電池(A)の電極端子(a)に接触される第1端子連結体と、単位電池(A)に隣接した単位電池(B)の電極端子(b)に接触される第2端子連結体と、を含んでおり、前記絶縁性部材を取り囲む形態で結合されるか、または、前記絶縁性部材に形成された結合用溝に挿入される形態で結合される構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンシングボードアセンブリ。
- 前記第1端子連結体と第2端子連結体が互いに分離されており、
各端子連結体は、該当の電極端子に接続するように絶縁性部材に結合され、前記絶縁性部材との結合後、第1端子連結体と第2端子連結体との電気的連結のための導電性部材によって前記各端子連結体が結合される構造であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセンシングボードアセンブリ。 - 前記印刷回路基板の中央部には、コネクティング部材に結合された状態でコネクティング部材の一部を露出させる開口が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンシングボードアセンブリ。
- 請求項1によるセンシングボードアセンブリを含んで構成された中大型二次電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールは、充放電可能な二次電池である多数の単位電池が積層されるプレートと、電池の作動を制御する回路部と、を含んで構成された請求項9に記載の中大型二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二次電池モジュールは、
充放電可能な二次電池である多数の単位電池と、
メーンボードアセンブリが付着される下端収納部と、前記各単位電池が順次積層される上端収納部と、を含む長方形の下部ケースと、
前記下部ケース上に積層された各単位電池の上端を覆う下端収納部を含む長方形の上部ケースと、
積層された各単位電池の電気的連結を行い、電池の電圧、電流及び/または温度を検出するための前記センシングボードアセンブリを含む第1回路部と、
前記第1回路部と電気的に連結されており、モジュールを全般的に制御するメーンボードアセンブリを含む第2回路部と、
前記第2回路部に電気的に連結されており、過充電、過放電、過電流及び過熱などの電池の非正常な作動時、電池の作動を制御するスイッチング素子を含む第3回路部と、から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の中大型二次電池モジュール。
