Claims (8)
- 単位電池の板状型電極端子に締結用貫通口を穿孔し、前記多数の単位電池を積層した後、前記締結用貫通口に締結部材を挿入して各単位電池を結合する過程を含む方法で電池モジュールを製造する二次電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記単位電池がパウチ型電池であり、
前記締結用貫通口を穿孔する工程が、前記電極端子上の幅対比80%の幅と電極端子の高さ対比80%の高さに限定される仮想面を臨界仮想面として設定する工程と、及び
前記臨界仮想面内に位置し、前記締結用貫通口の最外郭境界面と、電極端子の外周面との離隔距離が3mm以上となる位置に前記締結用貫通口を穿孔する工程とを含んでなることを特徴とする、二次電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記単位電池が、リチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記貫通口の面積が、電極端子の面積の60%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記貫通口の面積が、電極端子の面積の40%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記貫通口の形状が、その最外郭境界面が閉曲線をなす円状または楕円状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記貫通口が、電極端子の外周面の少なくとも一面に向かって開放されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 隣接した各単位電池の電極端子を電気的に絶縁するために前記各電極端子の間に介在され、前記貫通口に締結される突出部を有する絶縁性部材と、前記絶縁性部材に締結されるもので、前記絶縁性部材に締結された各単位電池の電極端子を直列または並列方式で電気的に連結するコネクティング部材とを備えてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記締結突出部に前記電極端子の貫通口より小さい内径の貫通口が形成されており、各単位電池の間にそれぞれ絶縁性部材を介在した状態で各単位電池を積層し、前記締結突出部の貫通口に締結部材を挿入して各単位電池を互いに連結することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
