Abstract
【解決手段】 第1ケース24の内部に設置されて第1正極端子26と第1負極端子28とを有する第1電池部25を含む第1単位二次電池20と、第2ケース34の内部に設置されて第2正極端子36と第2負極端子38とを有する第2電池部35を含む第2単位二次電池30と、第1、2単位二次電池20、30間の一部空間に位置して第1、2正極端子26、36と第1、2負極端子28、38とを連結する安全回路基板40と、を含んでなるパウチ型二次電池ユニット。これにより、単位二次電池20、30間の不要な空間に安全回路基板40を設置することによってその体積を小さくすることができ、特に電池保護回路が装着された安全回路基板40を少なくとも二つの単位二次電池20、30に共通に使用できて部品数を減らすことができる。

Description
図1及び図2は、本発明による二つのパウチ型二次電池が連結されてなるパウチ型二次電池ユニット10を示す。図3は本発明の一実施例による電池部を一部切開して示す斜視図、図4は本発明の他の実施例による電池部を示す斜視図、図5は本発明によるパウチ型二次電池ユニットの第2実施例を示す斜視図である。
図6及び図7には本発明によるパウチ型二次電池ユニットの他の実施例を示す。図6は本発明によるパウチ型二次電池ユニットの第3実施例を示す分離斜視図、図7本発明の第3実施例によるパウチ型二次電池の重畳方式を示す斜視図である。
図8には、本発明によるパウチ型二次電池ユニットの他の実施例を示す。図8は本発明によるパウチ型二次電池の第4実施例を示す斜視図である。

Claims (9)
- 第1ケースの内部に設置されて第1正極端子と第1負極端子とを有する第1電池部を含む第1単位二次電池と、
第2ケースの内部に設置されて第2正極端子と第2負極端子とを有する第2電池部を含む第2単位二次電池と、
第1、2単位二次電池間の一部の空間に位置して前記第1、2正極端子と第1、2負極端子とを連結する安全回路基板と、を含んでなることを特徴とするパウチ型二次電池ユニット。 - 前記ケースは、引込み部が形成された本体と、引込み部に電池部が挿入された状態で前記引込み部を密封するカバー部材とからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池ユニット。
- 前記第1、2単位二次電池の電極端子引出し部位にフランジ部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池ユニット。
- 前記第1単位二次電池と前記第2単位二次電池との対応する位置にある端子は同じ極性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池ユニット。
- 第1、2電池部は正極板と負極板とが螺旋状に巻かれてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池ユニット。
- 相互所定間隔離れる少なくとも二つの引込み部が形成された本体と、前記本体の一側から延びて前記本体と接合されて前記引込み部を密封するカバーとを含み、前記引込み部が重畳されるように折りたたまれたケースと、
前記引込み部に各々設置されるものであって、正極端子と負極端子とがケースの外部に引出された電池部と、
前記折りたたまれたケースの間に位置して前記各電池部の前記正極端子と前記負極端子とが電気的に接続される安全回路基板と、
を含んでなることを特徴とするパウチ型二次電池ユニット。 - 前記正極端子と前記負極端子との引出し部位にフランジ部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパウチ型二次電池ユニット。
- 相互対応する端子は同じ極性を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパウチ型二次電池ユニット。
- 前記引込み部に引込まれた前記電池部は正極板と負極板とが螺旋状に巻かれてなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパウチ型二次電池ユニット。
