Description
Claims (12)
- 제1 전극, 제2 전극 및 그 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극조립체; 및 파우치 케이스를 포함하는 파우치형 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 파우치 케이스는,케이스 커버; 및상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 공간부와, 상기 공간부의 입구 주변을 따라 형성되는 밀봉부가 구비된 케이스 본체를 포함하며,상기 밀봉부 중 측면 밀봉부의 폭은 상기 공간부의 깊이보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 측면 밀봉부의 폭은 상기 공간부의 깊이의 2/3 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 측면 밀봉부의 하단 모서리부는 라운딩 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 측면 밀봉부의 하단 모서리부는 45°각도로 커팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 측면 밀봉부의 상단 모서리부는 라운딩 처리되거나 45°각도로 커팅되는 것을 특징으로 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이스 커버와 상기 케이스 본체는 일측변이 접합되어 일체로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 파우치 케이스는 열접착층과 금속박층과 폴리머층을 적층시킨 시트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 열접착층은 무연신 폴리프로필렌(casted polypropylene)인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 열접착층은 폴리프로필렌과 부틸렌과 에틸렌 삼원공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 금속박층은 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머층은 나일론 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 금속박층과 폴리머층 사이에 열접착층이 더 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
