Claims (14)
- 第1電極、第2電極及びこれらの間に介在されたセパレータを含む電極組立体と、パウチケースと、を含むパウチ型二次電池において、
前記パウチケースは、
ケースカバーと、
前記電極組立体が収容される空間部、及び前記空間部の入口の周辺に沿って形成される封止部が備えられたケース本体と、を含み、
前記封止部中、側面封止部の幅は前記空間部の深さより小さく形成されることを特徴とするパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記側面封止部の幅は、前記空間部の深さの2/3以内であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記側面封止部の幅は、前記空間部の深さの1/2以内であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記側面封止部の幅は、前記空間部の深さの1/4以内であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記側面封止部の下段縁部は円形に処理されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記側面封止部の下段縁部は45゜の角度で面取りされることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記側面封止部の上段縁部は円形に処理、または45゜の角度で面取りされることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記ケースカバーと前記ケース本体とは、一側辺が接合して一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記パウチケースは、熱接着層と金属箔層とポリマー層とを積層させたシートからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記熱接着層は、無延伸ポリプロピレン(casted polypropylene)であることを特徴とする請求項9記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記熱接着層は、ポリプロピレンとブチレンとエチレンとの三元共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項9記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記金属箔層は、アルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項9記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記ポリマー層は、ナイロン、または、ポリエチレンテレフタレートであることを特徴とする請求項9記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記金属箔層とポリマー層との間に熱接着層が更に介在されることを特徴とする請求項9記載のパウチ型二次電池。
