Claims (11)
- 第1電極,第2電極および第1電極,第2電極の間に介されたセパレータと共に巻回された電極組立体と;前記電極組立体を収容する缶と;前記缶の上段開口部に結合するキャッププレートと;を含むリチウム二次電池において:
前記キャッププレートには電解液注入口と一対のリブが形成され,前記一対のリブは前記電解液注入口の周りに断続的かつ対称的に配置されることを特徴とする,リチウム二次電池。 - 前記一対のリブは,前記キャッププレートの上面または下面をプレスして形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートの上面または下面に段差部が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記段差部と周りとの段差は前記キャッププレートの厚さの2倍以下であることを特徴とする,請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記段差は,前記キャッププレートの厚さ以下であることを特徴とする,請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記一対のリブは,前記キャッププレートの表面に四角形,円形,半円型および楕円形のうちのいずれかの1つの形状,または,前記形状を組合せて形成されたものであることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記一対のリブは,電解液注入口の周りで互いに平行するように配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記一対のリブは,電解液注入口の周りから前記キャッププレート長辺方向に配置されていることを特徴とする,請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記一対のリブは,電解液注入口の周りから前記キャッププレート短辺方向に配置されていることを特徴とする,請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記一対のリブは,キャッププレートと一体型で形成されていることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートは,アルミニウム,アルミニウム合金,またはステンレス鋼からなることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
