Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のよる二次電池は、セパレータ13並びにこのセパレータ13の両面に配置される正極板11及び負極板12を含む電極群10と、前記電極群10が内蔵されるケース14と、前記電極群10の活物質が被覆されていない無地部11a、12aに一方面が付着されるタブ20,40と、前記タブ20,40と前記ケース14の内側面との間に介される第1絶縁材23と、前記ケース14と結合されてこれを密閉し、前記タブ20に連結された端子32,33が結合されるキャップ組立体30と、を含む。

Claims (24)
- セパレータ並びに、このセパレータの両面に配置される正極板及び負極板を含む電極群と、
前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと、
前記電極群の活物質が被覆されていない無地部に一方面が付着されるタブと、
前記タブと前記ケースの内側面との間に介される第1絶縁材と、
前記ケースと結合されてこれを密閉し、前記タブに連結された端子が結合されるキャップ組立体と、
を含む二次電池。 - 前記第1絶縁材は、前記ケースの内側面と対向する前記タブの面に被覆されて形成される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1絶縁材は、前記タブの側面まで被覆される請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タブには、前記第1絶縁材が、前記ケースの内側面と対向する前記タブの面の一部を被覆しない第1露出面が形成される請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タブと前記電極群の無地部は、前記第1露出面を通じて溶接される請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1露出面は、前記タブの長さ方向に沿って長尺な形状からなる請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1絶縁材は、ポリマーまたはポリプロピレンからなる請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1絶縁材は、前記ケースの内側面と対向する前記タブの面に付着される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1絶縁材は板状に形成され、前記タブの面の一部が露出される第1開口部を有する請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1開口部は、前記タブの長さ方向に沿って長尺な形状からなる請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タブと前記電極群の無地部とは、前記第1絶縁材の第1開口部を通して露出された前記タブの第1露出面を通じて溶接される請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極群の無地部を隔てて前記タブの反対側に位置して前記無地部に付着される補助タブを含み、
前記補助タブと前記ケースの内側面との間に第2絶縁材が介される請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第2絶縁材は、前記ケースの内側面と対向する前記補助タブの面に被覆されて形成される請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2絶縁材は、前記補助タブの側面まで被覆される請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補助タブには、前記第2絶縁材が、前記ケースの内側面と対向する前記補助タブの面の一部を被覆しない第2露出面が形成される請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補助タブと前記電極群の無地部は、前記第2露出面を通じて溶接される請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2絶縁材は、ポリマーまたはポリプロピレンからなる請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2絶縁材は、前記ケースの内側面と対向する前記補助タブの面に付着される請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2絶縁材は板状に形成され、前記補助タブの面の一部が露出される第2開口部を有する請求項18に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2開口部は、前記補助タブの長さ方向に沿って長尺な形状からなる請求項19に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補助タブと前記電極群の無地部とは、前記第2絶縁材の第2開口部を通して露出された前記補助タブの第2露出面を通じて溶接される請求項19に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タブは、前記無地部の一側面全体を覆うことのできる大きさに形成される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、角形である請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、モーター駆動用である請求項1に記載の二次電池。
