Description
図1は第1実施形態による二次電池を示した斜視図であり,図2は第1実施形態による電極群を示した斜視図である。
図4に示すように,予め任意の形状を有して備えられた単一の板状部材47を決められた順によって加工し,これを前述した形状を有する正極リードエレメント35と負極リードエレメント37に形成する。
図5は,第2実施形態によるリードエレメントとタブを示した斜視図である。
図6は,第3実施形態によるリードエレメントとタブを示した斜視図である。
図7は,第4実施形態として,第1実施形態と同様のリードエレメントとタブの構造体が適用された第1実施形態とは違う構造の二次電池を示している。図8は,第4実施形態のリードエレメントとタブを説明するために示した斜視図である。

Claims (10)
- 各々周縁部に沿って活物質のない無地部を形成した正極,負極および前記正極と前記負極の間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極群と,
前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと,
前記ケースに結合されてこれを密閉するキャップ組立体と,
前記無地部の全面をカバーしながら,これに接触されて結合され,1つの板状部材を用いて,一体になるように形成されるリードエレメントと,
前記リードエレメントと一体に形成され,前記リードエレメントから延長形成されながら,このリードエレメントの領域内に位置するタブと,
を含み,
前記リードエレメントは,2つ以上に分割されて互いに密着された状態で,前記無地部に結合される複数のリード板を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 正極無地部に結合される正極リードエレメントと,
負極無地部に結合される負極リードエレメントと,
を含み,
前記正極リードエレメントと前記負極リードエレメントは,前記キャップ組立体が含む正極端子と負極端子に各々電気的に連結されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記正極リードエレメントは,前記タブと前記正極端子と連結される連結部材を通じて,
前記正極端子と電気的に連結され,前記負極リードエレメントは,前記タブと前記負極端子に連結される連結部材を通じて,前記負極端子に電気的に連結されることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記タブは,前記正極リードエレメントに結合される正極用タブを含み,前記正極用タブは,前記正極リードエレメント領域外に延長形成され,前記正極端子に直接連結される,同様に,前記負極リードエレメントに結合される負極用タブを含み,前記負極用タブは,前記負極リードエレメントの領域外に延長形成され,前記負極端子に直接連結されることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タブは,前記リード板の密着面の中央部に配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数のリード板のうちの2つのリード板は,この密着面を基準に対称な形状に形成することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードエレメントは,前記無地部にレーザー溶接によって固定されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップ組立体は,前記ケースに対向配置され,このケースに結合される正極用キャップ組立体と負極用キャップ組立体を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は,角形に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は,モータ駆動用であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
