Abstract
【解決手段】 正極11と負極12との間にセパレータ13が介されて形成される電極群10と、前記電極群10が内蔵されるケース20と、前記ケース20と結合されて当該ケース20を密閉し、前記電極群10と電気的に接続されるキャップ組立体30と、前記電極11,12のうちのいずれか一つの電極に電気的に接続されて前記ケース20の内側底部に配置される集電板50と、前記集電板50に形成される電解液通路部53と、を含む。

Claims (16)
- 正極と負極との間にセパレータが介されて形成される電極群と、
前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと、
前記ケースと結合されて当該ケースを密閉し、前記電極群と電気的に接続されるキャップ組立体と、
前記電極のうちのいずれか一つの電極に電気的に接続されて前記ケースの内側底部に配置される集電板と、
前記集電板に形成される電解液通路部と、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記電解液通路部は、前記集電板に形成される少なくとも一つの孔部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記孔部の全面積は、前記集電板の全面積の30〜35%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極のうちの他の一つの電極に、前記集電板と対向配置される他の集電板が電気的に接続され、前記電解液通路部は、前記他の集電板に形成される電解液注入口に対応して位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板は、前記電極に接触して固定される接触部を有し、前記電解液通路部は、前記接触部を間に置いて位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記孔部は、円形で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記孔部は、多角形で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液通路部は、前記集電板に形成される少なくとも一つのスリットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板は、前記ケースと溶接される突出部を有し、前記スリットは、前記突出部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、円筒形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、モータ駆動用であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 各々周縁部に沿って活物質が塗布されていない無地部が形成される正極、負極及び、前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極群と、
前記負極の無地部に固定される負極用集電板と、
前記負極用集電板に形成される電解液通路部と、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池用電極組立体。 - 前記正極の無地部と前記負極の無地部が逆側に配置され、前記正極の無地部に、電解液注入口を有する正極用集電板が電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記電解液注入口と前記電解液通路部は、同一中心軸上に位置することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記電解液通路部は、前記負極用集電板に形成される少なくとも一つの孔部であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記電解液通路部は、前記負極用集電板に形成される少なくとも一つのスリットであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
