複数の、充電及び放電可能なプレート形状二次バッテリーセル(「バッテリーセル」)が下側プレート上に連続的に積み重ねられ、上側プレートが、最も外側にあるバッテリーセルに連結された構造に構築されているバッテリーモジュールであって、該プレートが、該プレートの上部及び底部および/または右及び左側に、滑り連結構造を備えており、該バッテリーモジュールが、その前部にグリップを備えている、バッテリーモジュール、及び複数のバッテリーモジュールを包含する中または大型バッテリーパック

Claims (17)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
充電及び放電可能な、複数のプレート形状二次バッテリーセル(「バッテリーセル」)が、下側プレート上に連続的に積み重ねられ、上側プレートが、最も外側にある前記バッテリーセルに連結された構造に構築されてなり、
前記プレートが、前記プレートの上部及び底部および/または右及び左側に、滑り連結構造を備えている、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記プレートが、前記バッテリーセルのサイズに対応する受容部分を有し、前記バッテリーセルが前記受容部分中に容易に取り付けられるケース構造(上側ケース及び下側ケース)に構築される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ケースが、前記ケースが、前記積み重ねられたバッテリーセルの上部及び底部をそれぞれ覆う分離構造において構築されてなる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルが連続的に積み重ねられている上側末端受容部分を包含する長方形の下側ケースと、
前記下側ケース上に積み重ねられた前記バッテリーセルを覆うための、下側末端受容部分を包含する長方形の上側ケースと、
前記積み重ねられたバッテリーセル同士を互いに電気的に接続するための第一回路装置と、
前記第一回路装置は、前記バッテリーセルの電圧および/または電流を検出するための検出基板アセンブリーを包含し、
前記第一回路装置に電気的に接続された第二回路装置、及び
前記第二回路装置が、前記バッテリーモジュールの全体的な作動を制御するための主要基板アセンブリーを包含してなり、
前記第二回路装置に電気的に接続された第三回路装置をそなえてなるものであり、
前記第三回路装置が、過電流を阻止しながら、外部の出力端子に接続されてなる、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第一回路装置が、前記バッテリーセルを互いに並列または直列に接続するための接続端子を包含し、前記第一回路装置の前記検出基板アセンブリーが、それぞれの前記バッテリーセルから電圧及び電流信号を受信し、前記バッテリーセルの温度を検出し、前記第一回路装置が、前記バッテリーモジュールの、前記バッテリーセルの電極端子に隣接する前面に取り付けられる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第二回路装置が、前記上側ケースに取り付けられる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第三回路装置が、前記バッテリーセルの充電及び放電の際に過電流を制御するための切換素子を包含し、前記第三回路装置が、前記バッテリーモジュールの、前記バッテリーセルの電極端子と反対側の後部に取り付けられる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記滑り連結構造が、前記上側ケースの上部に、前記上側ケースの長さ方向で形成された滑り溝、及び前記下側ケースの底部に、前記下側ケースの長さ方向で形成された、対応する滑り突起を包含する、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記滑り溝が、前記上側ケース上部の右及び左側に形成され、前記滑り突起が、前記下側ケース底部の右及び左側に形成される、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記滑り溝及び前記滑り突起が、直線運動(LM)レール及びブロック構造に構築される、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 各滑り溝の前端部が、連結の際に組立位置誤差が許容されるように、対応する滑り突起の幅より大きな幅を有する、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 各滑り溝の前端部が、連結が安定して確実に維持されるように、比較的高い高さで形成される、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 各滑り溝が、各滑り溝の後端部に、前記対応する滑り突起のさらなる移動を阻止するための停止壁を備えている、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記下側ケースが、前記下側ケースの前部に、凹んだグリップを備えている、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 複数の、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを包含する、高出力及び大容量を有する、中型または大型バッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車用の充電及び放電電力供給源として使用される、請求項15に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、電気自動車用の充電及び放電電力供給源として使用される、請求項16に記載のバッテリーパック。
