Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む複数のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールが取り付けられるバッテリートレーと、
を含み、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールは、相互に摺動することによって結合されており、少なくとも一面で相互に面接触していることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールは、前記バッテリートレーに摺動することによって結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリートレーには、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールが摺動することによって取り付けられており、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの長手方向に沿って形成される複数の摺動ガイドレールが備えられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数の摺動ガイドレールは、
前記バッテリートレーの長手方向に沿って形成され、所定の深さを有する少なくとも一つの摺動ガイド溝と、
前記少なくとも一つの摺動ガイド溝と所定の距離だけ離隔し、所定の長さで突出する摺動ガイド突起と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールは、それぞれ、
前記少なくとも一つの摺動ガイド溝に摺動することによって結合される少なくとも一つの摺動突起と、
前記少なくとも一つの摺動ガイド突起に摺動することによって結合される少なくとも一つの摺動溝と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの少なくとも一面には、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの長手方向に沿って形成され、対向するバッテリーモジュールと摺動することによって結合される少なくとも一つの摺動レールが備えられることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記摺動レールは、複数個が備えられ、
前記複数の摺動レールは、それぞれ、
それぞれのバッテリーモジュールの長手方向に沿って形成される少なくとも一つの摺動突起と、
前記少なくとも一つの摺動突起と前記バッテリーモジュールの少なくとも一面上で所定の距離で離隔し、それぞれのバッテリーモジュールの長手方向に沿って形成される少なくとも一つの摺動溝と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記少なくとも一つの摺動突起は、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールが相互に結合するとき、対向するバッテリーモジュールの前記少なくとも一つの摺動溝と結合され、
前記少なくとも一つの摺動溝は、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールが相互に結合するとき、対向するバッテリーモジュールの前記少なくとも一つの摺動突起と結合されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの高さ方向に沿って対向する二つのバッテリーモジュールの間に挿嵌されるかまたは少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールに挿嵌されながら、前記バッテリートレーに載置される少なくとも一つのモジュール支持ビームを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含むことを特徴とする自動車。
