Claims (15)
- 複数の電池セルが一対のセルフレームに装着された状態で電気的に連結されて構成される一つ以上の単位モジュールを含む電池モジュールアセンブリであって、
前記各単位モジュールを電気的に連結させる一つ以上の端子プレート、及び
前記各端子プレート間を連結させるバスバーを含むことを特徴とする電池モジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記電池セルは円筒形電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記単位モジュールにおいて、各電池セルは並列に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記各セルフレームは、各電池セルの第1端子部位が装着される第1セルフレームと、各電池セルの第2端子部位が装着される第2セルフレームと、を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記第1セルフレームと第2セルフレームには、第1端子と第2端子を露出させるための各開口が穿孔されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記第1セルフレームと第2セルフレームには一つ以上の第1締結口又は締結突起が形成されており、前記端子プレートには、前記第1締結口又は締結突起に対応する部位に第2締結突起又は締結口が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記各端子プレートは、各電池セルの第1端子に接続される第1端子プレートと、各電池セルの第2端子に接続される第2端子プレートと、を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記各端子プレートは、各電池セルの電極端子に接続された状態で、各セルフレームの外面に装着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記各単位モジュールは直列に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記各セルフレーム間及び/又は前記セルフレームと前記端子プレートとの間は、ボルト又はボルト―ナットによって締結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記各セルフレーム間及び/又は前記セルフレームと前記端子プレートとの間は、リベット方式及び/又はスクリュー方式で締結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記電池セルと前記端子プレートとの間は抵抗溶接で結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリを含むことを特徴とする電池パック。
- 請求項13に記載の電池パックを電源として使用することを特徴とするデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、家庭用電源装置、公共施設電源装置、大型商店用電源装置、非常用電源装置、電算室電源装置、携帯用電源装置、医療設備電源装置、消化設備電源装置、警報設備電源装置、避難設備電源装置、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、又はプラグ―インハイブリッド電気自動車であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のデバイス。
