Claims (23)
- タイヤ製造において使用される冷却流体を処理する方法であって、
ガスのマイクロバブル及び振動数100kHz以上の振動数の超音波に前記冷却流体を同時に晒すことを含む、方法。 - 前記ガスのマイクロバブルは、本質的に外気からなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロバブルの直径は、約50マイクロメートル未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- タイヤ製造冷却流体中の生きている微生物の存在を抑制するための装置であって、
前記冷却流体の容器を保持するための区画室と、
100kHzより高い振動数で超音波信号を前記区画室に放射するように構成された超音波エミッタと、
前記冷却流体を含む前記区画室中の前記超音波領域中に、平均直径1mm未満のガスのマイクロバブルを放出するように構成されたガスマイクロバブルエミッタ、を含む、装置。 - 前記ガスのマイクロバブルはオゾンのマイクロバブルではない、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ガスのマイクロバブルは、空気又は酸素のマイクロバブルからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ガスのマイクロバブルの平均直径は、50μm未満である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ガスのマイクロバブルの平均直径は、30μm未満である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記区画室中に放射される超音波は、定常場現象を生成しないように構成されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 可視範囲の電磁波を前記超音波領域中に放射するように構成された電磁放射エミッタを更に備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記微生物はバクテリアである、請求項4に記載の装置。
- タイヤ製造において使用される冷却流体の処理方法であって、
流体経路回路からのタイヤ製造冷却流体を収集すること、
前記冷却流体の区画室中への経路を指定すること、
ガスのマイクロバブル及び100kHz以上の振動数の超音波に前記区画室中の前記冷却流体を同時に晒すこと、を含む、方法。 - 前記ガスのマイクロバブルは、本質的に外気からなる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロバブルの直径は、約50マイクロメートル未満である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- タイヤ製造システムと、
前記タイヤ製造システムに連結される冷却流体回路と、
前記冷却流体が経路指定される前記冷却流体の容器を保持するための区画室と、
100kHzより高い振動数で超音波信号を前記区画室に放射するように構成された超音波エミッタと、
前記冷却流体を含む前記区画室中の前記超音波領域中に、平均直径1mm未満のガスのマイクロバブルを放出するように構成されたガスマイクロバブルエミッタ、を含む、装置。 - 前記ガスのマイクロバブルは、オゾンのマイクロバブルではない、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記ガスのマイクロバブルは、空気又は酸素のマイクロバブルからなる群から選択される、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記ガスのマイクロバブルの平均直径は50μm未満である、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記ガスのマイクロバブルの平均直径は30μm未満である、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記区画室中に放射される超音波は、定常場現象を生成しないように構成されている、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却流体から固体粒子を遠心分離させるように構成されるサイクロン分離機を更に備える、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 可視範囲の電磁波を前記超音波領域中に放射するように構成された電磁放射エミッタを更に備える、請求項15に記載の装置。
