Abstract
Description
この実施例Iは、チタンの種々の濃度を有する幾つかの酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒の調製を記載する。これらの触媒は、実施例IIにおいて示される通り、これらの性能および安定性に関して試験した。
実施例IIは、実施例Iにおいて記載された触媒の性能を試験するための手順を記載し、そのような試験の結果を提示する。
Claims (21)
- 低チタン含有量を有する酸化鉄成分を含む酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物であり、前記酸化鉄成分が、鉄塩の溶液から黄色酸化鉄沈殿物を沈殿させることにより作製される前記黄色酸化鉄沈殿物の加熱処理により作製され、および前記酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物がチタンの第1濃度を有する、組成物。
- 前記酸化鉄成分の前記低チタン含有量が、約300ppm未満であるチタンの前記第1濃度を与えるような量である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記黄色酸化鉄沈殿物が、約300ppm未満であるチタンの第2濃度を有する、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記黄色酸化鉄沈殿物が、鉄塩の水溶液(前記水溶液内に含まれているのは金属鉄である。)に鉄のコロイド状水和物を添加し、酸化剤を前記水溶液に導入し、前記黄色酸化鉄沈殿物を沈殿させ回収することにより形成されるものとして更に定義される、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物が、カリウム化合物、セリウム化合物、モリブデン化合物、タングステン化合物およびカルシウム化合物からなる化合物の群から選択される追加の脱水素化触媒成分を更に含む、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物が更に、10重量%から98重量%の範囲における酸化鉄の量を含み、重量%が、前記酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物の全重量を基準とし、Fe2O3として計算される、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記加熱処理が、温度範囲400℃から1000℃の空気を含む雰囲気において行われる、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- チタンの前記第1濃度が、250ppmw未満である、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- チタンの第1濃度を有する、酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒の製造方法であり、前記方法が、
鉄塩の溶液からのこの沈殿により作製される黄色酸化鉄沈殿物(前記黄色酸化鉄はチタンの第2濃度を有する)を加熱処理することにより、低チタン含有量を有する赤色酸化鉄成分を形成する工程、
前記赤色酸化鉄成分を、追加の脱水素化触媒成分および水と混合して混合物を形成する工程、
前記混合物から粒子を形成する工程、および
前記粒子を加熱処理して、前記酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒を得る工程
を含む、方法。 - 前記酸化鉄成分の前記低チタン含有量が、約300ppm未満であるチタンの前記第1濃度を与えるような量である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記黄色酸化鉄沈殿物が、約300ppm未満であるチタンの第2濃度を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記黄色酸化鉄沈殿物が、鉄塩の水溶液(前記水溶液内に含まれているのは金属鉄である。)に鉄のコロイド状水和物を添加し、酸化剤を前記水溶液に導入し、および前記黄色酸化鉄沈殿物を沈殿させ回収することにより形成されるものとして更に定義される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記追加の脱水素化触媒成分が、カリウム化合物、セリウム化合物、モリブデン化合物、タングステン化合物、アルカリ土類金属化合物、およびカルシウム化合物からなる化合物の群から選択される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物が更に、10重量%から98重量%の範囲における酸化鉄の量を含み、重量%が、前記酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物の全重量を基準とし、Fe2O3として計算される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記黄色酸化鉄沈殿物の前記加熱処理が、温度範囲400℃から1000℃の空気を含む雰囲気において行われる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- チタンの前記第1濃度が、250ppmw未満である、請求項15に記載の方法。
- チタンの前記第2濃度が、250ppmw未満である、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 脱水素化条件下で、脱水素可能な炭化水素を、低チタン含有量を有する酸化鉄成分(前記酸化鉄成分は、鉄塩の溶液から黄色酸化鉄沈殿物を沈殿させることにより作製される前記黄色酸化鉄沈殿物の加熱処理により作製される)および追加の脱水素化触媒成分を含む酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物(前記酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物はチタンの第1濃度を有する)と接触させ、および脱水素化生成物を生成する、脱水素化方法。
- 脱水素化条件下で、脱水素化可能な炭化水素を、請求項2、3、4、5、6、7、または8の触媒と接触させ、および脱水素化生成物を生成する、脱水素化方法。
- 請求項9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、または17の方法のいずれか1つにより作製される触媒組成物。
- 第1の容量の脱水素化触媒を含有する脱水素化反応器を含む脱水素化反応システムの操作を改善する方法であり、前記方法が、前記脱水素化反応器から前記脱水素化触媒を除去しおよびこれを、低チタン含有量を有する酸化鉄成分(前記酸化鉄成分は、鉄塩の溶液から黄色酸化鉄沈殿物を沈殿させることにより作製される前記黄色酸化鉄沈殿物の加熱処理により作製される)および追加の脱水素化触媒成分を含む酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物(前記酸化鉄系脱水素化触媒組成物はチタンの第1濃度を有する)で置き換えることにより第2の脱水素化反応システムを用意し、および前記第2の反応システムを脱水素化条件で操作する、方法。
