Abstract

Una actividad alta y catalizador de deshidrogenacion de alta estabilidad, su elaboracion y su uso. El catalizador incluye un componente de oxido de hierro con bajo contenido de titanio, dicho componente de oxido de hierro se hace por tratamiento con calor de precipitado de oxido de hierro amarillo por precipitacion a partir de una solucion de sal de hierro de dicho precipitado de oxido de hierro amarillo, y, opcionalmente, un componente catalítico de deshidrogenacion adicional, en el que dicha composicion de catalizador de deshidrogenacion a base de oxido de hierro tiene una baja concentracion de titanio. El catalizador de deshidrogenacion a base de oxido de hierro que contiene baja concentraciones de titanio se usa en la deshidrogenacion de hidrocarburos deshidrogenables.
