Description
Claims (32)
- 液体サンプルを分析するためのマイクロ流体デバイスであって、
第一末端および第二末端を有するマイクロ流体チャネルと、
前記液体サンプルを受けるために、前記マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続されるサンプル注入口と、
前記サンプル注入口と、前記マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端との間に置かれるフィルタであって、選ばれた粒子を前記液体サンプルから取り除くフィルタと、
前記マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端に流体を介して接続されるベローズポンプと、
前記ベローズポンプと、前記マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端との間に置かれる液体バリアであって、ガス透過性でかつ液体不透過性である液体バリアと、
を備える、液体サンプルを分析するためのマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記ベローズポンプは通気口を備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記ベローズポンプと前記液体バリアの間に置かれる第一チェックバルブであって、流体が前記ベローズポンプへ向かって流れることを可能にする第一チェックバルブと、
前記ベローズポンプに流体を介して接続される第二チェックバルブであって、流体が前記ベローズポンプから遠ざかるように流れることを可能にする第二チェックバルブと、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記フィルタは膜を備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記マイクロ流体チャネルは一つ以上の視覚観察エリアをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記フィルタにより前記液体サンプルから取り除かれた前記選ばれた粒子は、白血球、赤血球、高分子ビーズまたは細菌体を備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 液体サンプルを分析するためのマイクロ流体デバイスであって、
第一末端および第二末端を有する第一マイクロ流体チャネルと、
前記液体サンプルを受けるために、前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続されるサンプル注入口と、
前記サンプル注入口および前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端の間に置かれる能動バルブと、
前記能動バルブを作動させる手段と、
前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端に流体を介して接続される第一ベローズポンプと、
前記第一ベローズポンプと、前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端との間に置かれる液体バリアであって、ガス透過性でかつ液体不透過性である液体バリアと、
第一末端および第二末端を有する第二マイクロ流体チャネルであって、前記第一末端は、前記能動バルブに隣接する位置で前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルに流体を介して接続される、第二マイクロ流体チャネルと、
前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルの第一末端と、前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルとの間に置かれる受動バルブであって、前記第一マイクロ流体チャネル内の流体圧力が前記第二マイクロ流体チャネル内の流体圧力より大きい場合は開かれる、受動バルブと、
前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端に流体を介して接続されるサンプル貯蔵容器と、
を備える、液体サンプルを分析するためのマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記第一ベローズポンプは通気口を備える、請求項7に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記能動バルブを作動するための前記手段は第二ベローズポンプを備える、請求項7に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記サンプル貯蔵容器は通気口を備える、請求項7に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 液体サンプルを分析するためのマイクロ流体デバイスであって、
それぞれが第一および第二末端を有する、第一および第二マイクロ流体チャネルと、
前記液体サンプルを受けるために、前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続されるサンプル注入口と、
前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端および前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続され、かつそれらの間に置かれる第一ベローズポンプと、
前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端に流体を介して接続される第二ベローズポンプであって、流体出口を有する第二ベローズポンプと、
前記サンプル注入口と、前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端との間に置かれる第一チェックバルブであって、流体が前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルへ向かって流れることを可能にする第一チェックバルブと、
前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの第二末端と、前記第一ベローズポンプとの間に置かれる第二チェックバルブであって、流体が前記第一ベローズポンプへ向かって流れることを可能にする第二チェックバルブと、
前記第一ベローズポンプと、前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端との間に置かれる第三チェックバルブであって、流体が前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルへ向かって流れることを可能にする第三チェックバルブと、
前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端と、前記第二ベローズポンプとの間に置かれる第四チェックバルブであって、流体が前記第二ベローズポンプへ向かって流れることを可能にする第四チェックバルブと、
を備える、液体サンプルを分析するためのマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 液体サンプルを分析するためのマイクロ流体デバイスであって、
第一末端および第二末端を有する第一マイクロ流体チャネルと、
前記液体サンプルを受けるために前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続されるサンプル注入口と、
第一試薬を受けるために前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続される第一試薬注入口と、
前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端に流体を介して接続されるベローズポンプと、
前記ベローズポンプと前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端との間に置かれる第一液体バリアであって、ガス透過性でかつ液体不透過性である液体バリアと、
を備える、液体サンプルを分析するためのマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記ベローズポンプは通気口を備える、請求項12に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記ベローズポンプに流体を介して接続されるチェックバルブであって、流体が前記ベローズポンプから遠ざかるように流れることを可能にするチェックバルブをさらに備える、請求項12に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルは一つ以上の視覚観察エリアをさらに備える、請求項12に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記サンプル注入口に流体を介して接続される第一末端、および前記ベローズポンプに流体を介して接続される第二末端を有する第二マイクロ流体チャネルと、
第二試薬を受けるために前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続される第二試薬注入口と、
前記ベローズポンプと前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端との間に置かれる第二液体バリアであって、ガス透過性でかつ液体不透過性である第二液体バリアと、
をさらに備える、請求項12に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルは一つ以上の視覚観察エリアをさらに備える、請求項16に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記サンプル注入口に流体を介して接続される第一末端、および前記ベローズポンプに流体を介して接続される第二末端を有する第三マイクロ流体チャネルと、
第三試薬を受けるために前記第三マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続される第三試薬注入口と、
前記ベローズポンプと前記第三マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端との間に置かれる第三液体バリアであって、ガス透過性でかつ液体不透過性である第三液体バリアと、
をさらに備える、請求項16に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記液体サンプルは血液サンプルを備え、前記第一試薬は抗体Aを備え、前記第二試薬は抗体Bを備え、前記第三試薬が抗体Dを備える、請求項18に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記第三マイクロ流体チャネルは一つ以上の視覚観察エリアをさらに備える、請求項18に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記第一試薬注入口は前記第一試薬を含む第一ブリスター袋を備え、前記第二試薬注入口は前記第二試薬を含む第二ブリスター袋を備え、前記第三試薬注入口は前記第三試薬を含む第三ブリスター袋を備える、請求項18に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 液体サンプルを分析するためのマイクロ流体デバイスであって、
第一末端および第二末端を有する第一マイクロ流体チャネルと、
前記液体サンプルを受けるために、前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続されるサンプル注入口と、
第一乾燥試薬ゾーンであって、その上に印刷された第一試薬を含み、前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続される第一乾燥試薬ゾーンと、
前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端に流体を介して接続されるベローズポンプと、
前記ベローズポンプと、前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端との間に置かれる第一液体バリアであって、ガス透過性でかつ液体不透過性である第一液体バリアと、
を備える、液体サンプルを分析するためのマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記ベローズポンプは通気口を備える、請求項22に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記ベローズポンプに流体を介して接続されるチェックバルブであって、流体が前記ベローズポンプから遠ざかるように流れることを可能にするチェックバルブをさらに備える、請求項22に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記第一マイクロ流体チャネルは一つ以上の視覚観察エリアをさらに備える、請求項22に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記サンプル注入口に流体を介して接続される第一末端、および前記ベローズポンプに流体を介して接続される第二末端を有する第二マイクロ流体チャネルと、
第二乾燥試薬ゾーンであって、その上に印刷された第二試薬を含み、前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続される第二乾燥試薬ゾーンと、
前記ベローズポンプと前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端との間に置かれる第二液体バリアであって、ガス透過性でかつ液体不透過性である第二液体バリアと、
をさらに備える、請求項22に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記第二マイクロ流体チャネルは一つ以上の視覚観察エリアをさらに備える、請求項26に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記サンプル注入口に流体を介して接続される第一末端、および前記ベローズポンプに流体を介して接続される第二末端を有する第三マイクロ流体チャネルと、
第三乾燥試薬ゾーンであって、その上に印刷された第三試薬を含み、前記第三マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続される第三乾燥試薬ゾーンと、
前記ベローズポンプと前記第三マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第二末端との間に置かれる第三液体バリアであって、ガス透過性でかつ液体不透過性である第三液体バリアと、
をさらに備える、請求項26に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記液体サンプルは血液サンプルを備え、前記第一試薬は抗体Aを備え、前記第二試薬は抗体Bを備え、前記第三試薬が抗体Dを備える、請求項28に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記第三マイクロ流体チャネルは一つ以上の視覚観察エリアをさらに備える、請求項28に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 水和バッファを受けるために、前記第一、第二および第三乾燥試薬ゾーン、ならびに前記第一、第二および第三マイクロ流体チャネルの前記第一末端に流体を介して接続される水和バッファ注入口をさらに備える、請求項28に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
