Description
非導電部材1を製造するには、全体質量としてパルベラスSi3N4を83.5g(60.02重量%)、44.5g(31.98重量%)のパルベラスMoSi2(ドイツのH.C.Starck社市販のグレードBのもの)、およびパルベラスY2O3グレードC(ドイツのH.C.Starck社市販)を1.13g(8重量%)を使用する。
非導電部材2を製造するには、77.7g(54.6重量%)のSi3N4、53.2g(37.40重量%)のMoSi2、11.4g(8重量%)のY2O3、9.1gのアクリル酸アミド、0.7gのメチレンジアクリル酸アミド、0.4gの合成高分子電解質および37.0gの脱イオン水(pH値10.5)を使用して、3.9gの5%の過酸化アンモニウム硫酸溶液を使用して、例1同様、重合および固結を行う。
非導電部材2を製造するには、88.2g(61.38重量%)のSi3N4、32.4g(22.55重量%)のMoSi2、8.2g(5.7重量%)のMo5Si3、および9.2gのY2O3を焼結添加物として、および5.7gのYb2O3(10.37重量%)を、固形物に対する比率として使用した。
Claims (24)
- 焼結セラミック複合材料からなる一つの導電部材と一つの非導電部材を有し、前記導電部材が、対向する二つの側面から前記非導電部材を包括し、拡大断面を持つ末端領域と近接加熱領域とを有すグロープラグであって、前記導電部材(1)における断面積比は前記末端領域(1.1)において、テーパ状の断面を持つ近接加熱領域(1.2)に対して2.5対1から5対1に維持され、前記近接加熱領域(1.2)の表面の60‐85%が前記非導電部材の材料により被覆されていることを特徴とする、グロープラグ。
- 前記末端領域(1.1)の電線抵抗が、導電部材(1)の全電線抵抗の10‐40%の間の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記導電部材(1)と非導電部材(2)は、MoSi2、Si3N4、及び少なくとも一つの焼結添加物から、それぞれ異なる比電気抵抗を持つセラミック複合材料として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1あるいは2に記載のグロープラグ。
- 焼結添加物として希土酸化物のみが含まれる、前述の請求項のうちのいずれかに記載のグロープラグ。
- さらに最大15重量%のMo5Si3が含まれることを特徴とする、前述の請求項のうちのいずれかに記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記グロープラグが少なくとも前記末端領域(1.1)内では酸化防止層に被覆されていることを特徴とする、前述の請求項のうちのいずれかに記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記近接加熱領域(1.2)が前記二つの範囲における断面において少なくとも略均一なテーパ状に形成されていることを特徴とする、前述の請求項のうちのいずれかに記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記縦軸に平行な平面に対して対称な設計となっていることを特徴とする、前述の請求項のうちのいずれかに記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記導電部材(1)が、少なくとも60重量%のMoSi2、あるいはMoSi2とMo5Si3とで形成されていることを特徴とする、前述の請求項のうちのいずれかに記載のグロープラグ。
- 少なくともMoSi2の幾ばくかが焼結中に反動的に形成されたことを特徴とする、前述の請求項のうちのいずれかに記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記酸化防止層がセラミック、ガラス、あるいはSiO2から形成されることを特徴とする、前述の請求項のうちのいずれかに記載のグロープラグ。
- 焼結セラミック複合材料からなる一つの導電部材と一つの非導電部材を有すグロープラグの製造方法であって、
前記導電部材(1)あるいは非導電部材(2)の前記セラミック複合材料の粉末混合物を使用して、
このようにして得られたモールディングの後、各他方の部材(1あるいは2)が第二の粉末混合物とコロイド形成方法とにより一体成型されることと、
その後に含まれる有機部材が排出され、
前記グロープラグが焼結工程により完成する、方法。 - 部材(1と2)両方がコロイド形成方法により得られることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記非導電部材(2)の前記モールディングは射出成型により得られることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記非導電部材(2)用に前記導電部材(1)あるいは非導電部材(1)が前記モールディングに一体成型される前に、有機部材が後者から排出されることを特徴とする、請求項12あるいは14に記載の方法。
- 前記コロイド形成方法はゲル鋳込法および/または凝固鋳込法により実行されることを特徴とする、請求項12あるいは13に記載の方法。
- MoSi2、Si3N4および焼結添加物を含む粉末混合物が使用され、導電部材(1)製造の目的のMoSi2の比率が少なくとも50重量%に達することを特徴とする、請求項12から16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 焼結の助けとして、希土酸化物のみが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項12から17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アルミニウムおよび酸化アルミニウムを全く用いない粉末混合物が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項12から18のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記出発粉末混合物は前記コロイド形成方法中に懸濁液中に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項12から19のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記導電部材(1)と前記非導電部材(2)の製造に使用される懸濁液中の固形物の比率は、いずれの件においても同じであることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記一または複数の粉末混合物に追加的に含まれる部材と反動的にMoSi2が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12から21のいずれかに記載の方法。
- Mo5Si3が追加的に使用されている場合、一あるいは複数の粉末混合物が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項12から22のいずれかに記載の方法。
- コロイド形成方法の懸濁液中の有機部材の比率は≦10重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項12から23のいずれかに記載の方法。
