Claims (15)
- 金属酸化物粉末と金属粉末とをコロイド状ゾル中で攪拌混合してスリップを形成し、
次いで該スリップを、特に冷凍ゲル化によって、型内で固化して未焼成体を形成し、
最終的に該未焼成体を、前記金属粉末を酸化させることが可能な活性雰囲気中で焼成する、
ことを特徴とするセラミック材料から成形体を製造する方法。 - 前記未焼成体を酸素雰囲気中で焼成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記スリップに、特に酸化物繊維、炭化物繊維および/または窒化物繊維などのセラミック繊維からなる補強材を添加することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記スリップに、伝導性材料、特に炭化珪素(SiC)を添加することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記スリップに炭素および/または炭素繊維を添加することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 後の成形体の表面特性を決定する物質、特にシラン、シロキサン、塩水、金属溶融物、ガラス溶融物および/またはスリップを前記未焼成体に浸透させることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 後の成形体の表面特性を決定する物質、特にシラン、シロキサン、塩水、金属溶融物、ガラス溶融物および/またはスリップを前記成形体に浸透させ、次いで該成形体を再焼成することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 金属酸化物粉末と金属粉末とからなる混合物がコロイド状ゾル中に懸濁されていることを特徴とする、セラミック材料から成形体を製造するためのスリップ。
- 前記コロイド状ゾルが、二酸化珪素ゾル(シリカゾル)、酸化アルミニウムゾル、水酸化アルミニウムゾル(ベーマイト)および/または酸化ジルコニウムゾルであることを特徴とする請求項8記載のスリップ。
- 前記ゾルがナノゾルであることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載のスリップ。
- 前記金属酸化物粉末が、珪素、アルミニウム、ジルコニウム、チタン、カルシウム、マグネシウムの酸化物、ジルコンおよび/またはムライトおよび/またはスピネルからなることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項記載のスリップ。
- 前記金属粉末が、貴金属、準貴金属、または卑金属またはこれら金属の合金または金属間化合物からなることを特徴とする請求項8から11のいずれか1項記載のスリップ。
- 酸化雰囲気中での反応焼成によって製造されたセラミック成形体であって、コロイド状ゾル中に懸濁された金属酸化物粉末と金属粉末との混合物から調製された冷凍ゲル化スリップから未焼成体が製造され、特に請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の方法によって製造され、および/または請求項8から12のいずれか1項記載のスリップから製造されたセラミック成形体。
- 請求項13に記載されたセラミック成形体を、航空宇宙エンジニアリング、マイクロシステムエンジニアリング、耐火物エンジニアリングおよび/または鋳型、特に高精密成形および/または熱交換器としておよび/またはバイオ技術、特にクロマトグラフィーのために使用する方法。
- 請求項13に記載されたセラミック成形体と保持体とからなる複合部品であって、前記成形体のために大量の金属粉末が前記スリップに添加され、該金属粉末が焼成時の体積変化を誘導し、前記成形体の前記保持体への圧入を誘導することを特徴とする複合部品。
