Abstract
【解決手段】入力ポートと出力ポートとドレンポートとフィードバックポートとが形成された円筒状のスリーブと、このスリーブに挿入され各ポートを塞ぐ複数のランドと各ポート間を連通させる連通部とが形成されたスプールとを備える電磁弁において、入力ポートの周辺に位置するランドの端縁に入力ノッチを形成すると共にドレンポートの周辺に位置するランドの端縁にドレンノッチを形成し、入力ノッチの軸方向の高さHinとドレンノッチの軸方向の高さHdrとを、HinとHdrとの和に対するHinの割合α(=Hin/(Hin+Hdr))が0.72以上(好ましくは0.85以上)で1.0未満の範囲内となるよう設定する。これにより、電磁弁の消費流量を増大を抑制しながら吐出流量を大きくすることができ、油圧制御の応答性を向上させることができる。

Description
入力ポートと出力ポートとドレンポートとが形成された内部空間を有するスリーブと、前記内部空間に挿入された軸状部材であって軸方向の移動により各ポート間の連通と遮断とが可能なスプールと、該スプールを軸方向に移動させる電磁部とを備える電磁弁であって、
前記入力ポートにノッチを介して作動油が流入するよう前記スリーブと前記スプールの一方に入力ノッチが形成されると共に前記ドレンポートからノッチを介して作動油がドレンするよう前記スリーブと前記スプールの一方にドレンノッチが形成され、
前記入力ノッチと前記ドレンノッチは、該入力ノッチの軸方向の長さをHinとし該ドレンノッチの軸方向の長さとHdrとしたときに、0.72≦Hin/(Hin+Hdr)<1.0が成立するよう形成されてなる
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (5)
- 入力ポートと出力ポートとドレンポートとが形成された内部空間を有するスリーブと、前記内部空間に挿入された軸状部材であって軸方向の移動に伴って各ポート間の連通と遮断とが可能なスプールと、該スプールを軸方向に移動させる電磁部とを備える電磁弁であって、
前記入力ポートにノッチを介して作動油が流入するよう前記スリーブと前記スプールの一方に入力ノッチが形成されると共に前記ドレンポートからノッチを介して作動油がドレンするよう前記スリーブと前記スプールの一方にドレンノッチが形成され、
前記入力ノッチと前記ドレンノッチは、該入力ノッチの軸方向の長さをHinとし該ドレンノッチの軸方向の長さとHdrとしたときに、0.72≦Hin/(Hin+Hdr)<1.0が成立するよう形成されてなる
電磁弁。 - 前記入力ノッチと前記ドレンノッチは、0.85≦Hin/(Hin+Hdr)<1.0が成立するよう形成されてなる請求項1記載の電磁弁。
- 前記電磁弁は、レギュレータバルブによって調圧されたライン圧を前記入力ポートを介して入力すると共に該入力したライン圧を調圧し、油圧の供給を受けて作動するオートマチックトランスミッションに組み込まれるクラッチまたはブレーキに前記出力ポートを介して直接油圧を出力可能な弁である請求項1または2記載の電磁弁。
- 前記入力ノッチおよび/または前記ドレンノッチは、円弧状に形成されてなる請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の電磁弁。
- 前記入力ノッチおよび/または前記ドレンノッチは、V字状に形成されてなる請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の電磁弁。
