Claims (3)
- 入力ポート、ドレンポートおよび前記入力ポートと前記ドレンポートとの間の出力ポートを含むスリーブと、前記スリーブ内に摺動自在に配置されるスプールと、供給電力に応じて前記スリーブ内で前記スプールを移動させるソレノイド部とを含むリニアソレノイドバルブにおいて、
前記スリーブの内部には、前記出力ポートに連通する出力室と、前記ドレンポートに連通するドレン室と、前記出力室と前記ドレン室との間に位置すると共に前記出力室よりも小さい断面積を有する連通室とが画成され、
前記スプールは、前記出力ポートと前記ドレンポートとの連通状態を変化させるランドを含み、
前記ランドの外周面には、前記ランドの前記ドレン室側の端面で開口する少なくとも1つのノッチが形成され、
前記ノッチは、前記ランドの前記ドレン室側の端面から前記入力ポート側の端面に向けて前記スプールの軸方向に延在すると共に前記ランドの前記外周面から前記スプールの軸心側に窪む凹部であり、
前記スプールの移動に応じて、前記ランドの前記ドレン室側の前記端面が前記連通室内に位置して前記ノッチおよび前記連通室を介して前記出力室と前記ドレン室とが連通する状態と、前記ランドの前記ドレン室側の前記端面が前記出力室内に位置して前記連通室を介して前記出力室と前記ドレン室とが連通する状態とが形成され、
前記連通室の内周面と前記ランドの外周面との間のクリアランスの前記軸方向からみた面積に対する前記ノッチの前記軸方向からみた面積の総和の割合は、40%以上かつ153%以下であり、前記ノッチの前記軸方向における長さは、前記ランドの前記軸方向における長さと前記出力室の前記軸方向における長さとの差であるラップ長さの21%以上であるリニアソレノイドバルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のリニアソレノイドバルブにおいて、
前記ノッチの前記軸方向における長さは、前記ラップ長さの63%以下であるリニアソレノイドバルブ。 - 請求項1または2に記載のリニアソレノイドバルブにおいて、
前記ノッチの前記軸方向における長さと、前記軸方向からみた前記ノッチの深さとが同一であるリニアソレノイドバルブ。
