Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド自動車20では、変速機60によりキャリア45と駆動軸67とが連結されているときに所定の変速状態切替条件が成立すると、モータMG1の回転数を変速機60のギヤ比と駆動軸67の回転数とに基づく目標回転数Nm1*に一致させる回転数調整処理と、変速機60の目標変速段数n*に対応したギヤ列によるサンギヤ41と駆動軸67との連結と、同時係合状態でモータMG1,MG2間でトルクを移し換えてモータMG1,MG2が目標変速段数n*に対応した変速後状態において出力すべきトルクをそれぞれ出力するようにする動力移換処理と、キャリア45と駆動軸67との連結の解除とが実行される。

内燃機関と、
動力を入出力可能な第1電動機と、
動力を入出力可能な第2電動機と、
前記第1および第2電動機のそれぞれと電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
前記第1電動機の回転軸に接続される第1要素と前記第2電動機の回転軸に接続される第2要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続される第3要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素のうちの何れか2つに入出力される動力に基づく動力を残余の1つに入出力する動力分配統合機構と、
前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1および第2要素の何れか一方または双方を前記駆動軸に選択的に連結可能であると共に、前記第1要素からの動力と前記第2要素からの動力とをそれぞれ所定の変速比で前記駆動軸に伝達可能な変速伝達手段と、

(b)前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の他方と前記駆動軸とを連結するステップと、
(c)前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の双方を前記駆動軸に連結した状態で前記第1および第2電動機間で動力を移し換えて前記第1および第2電動機が前記第1および第2要素の他方のみを前記駆動軸に連結したときに出力すべき動力をそれぞれ出力するようにするステップと、
(d)前記変速伝達手段による前記第1および第2要素の一方と前記駆動軸との連結を解除するステップと、

- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
動力を入出力可能な第1電動機と、
動力を入出力可能な第2電動機と、
前記第1および第2電動機のそれぞれと電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
前記第1電動機の回転軸に接続される第1要素と前記第2電動機の回転軸に接続される第2要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続される第3要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素のうちの何れか2つに入出力される動力に基づく動力を残余の1つに入出力する動力分配統合機構と、

前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の一方と前記駆動軸とが連結された状態で前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記第1および第2電動機が駆動制御されている最中に所定の変速状態切替条件が成立したときに、前記第1および第2要素の一方と前記駆動軸との連結を解除すると共に前記第1および第2要素の他方を前記駆動軸に連結する場合には、前記第1および第2要素の他方を前記駆動軸に連結できるように該第1および第2要素の他方に対応した前記第1または第2電動機の回転数を調整する回転数調整処理と、前記変速伝達手段による前記第1および第2要素の他方と前記駆動軸との連結と、前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の双方を前記駆動軸に連結した状態で前記第1および第2電動機間で動力を移し換えて前記第1および第2電動機が前記第1および第2要素の他方のみを前記駆動軸に連結したときに出力すべき動力をそれぞれ出力するようにする動力移換処理と、前記変速伝達手段による前記第1および第2要素の一方と前記駆動軸との連結の解除とを伴って、前記設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるように前記内燃機関と前記第1および第2電動機と前記変速伝達手段とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記動力移換処理は、前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の双方と前記駆動軸とが連結される前の変速前状態にあるものとして所定のタイミングにおける要求動力と該要求動力に基づく前記内燃機関に対する要求機関トルクとに基づいて定まる前記第1および第2電動機に対する要求電動機トルクを始点トルクとして設定すると共に、前記変速伝達手段による前記第1および第2要素の一方と前記駆動軸との連結が解除された後の変速後状態にあるものとして所定のタイミングにおける要求動力と該要求動力に基づく前記内燃機関に対する要求機関トルクとに基づいて定まる前記第1および第2電動機に対する要求電動機トルクを終点トルクとして設定し、前記内燃機関が前記要求機関トルクに基づくトルクを出力すると共に前記第1および第2電動機により出力されるトルクがそれぞれ前記始点トルクから前記終点トルクへと変化するように前記内燃機関と前記第1および第2電動機とを制御する処理である請求項1に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記動力移換処理の実行中、前記要求動力が設定されるたびに、該設定された要求動力と該要求動力に基づく前記内燃機関に対する要求機関トルクとに基づいて前記第1および第2電動機についての前記始点トルクと前記終点トルクとを設定すると共に、前記内燃機関が前記要求機関トルクに基づくトルクを出力すると共に前記第1および第2電動機により出力されるトルクがそれぞれ前記始点トルクから前記終点トルクへと徐々に変化するように前記内燃機関と前記第1および第2電動機とを制御する請求項2に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記動力移換処理の実行開始に際して前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の双方が前記駆動軸に連結される直前に設定された要求動力と該要求動力に基づく前記内燃機関に対する要求機関トルクとに基づいて定まる前記第1および第2電動機に対する要求電動機トルクを前記始点トルクとして設定し、前記動力移換処理の実行中、前記要求動力が設定されるたびに、該設定された要求動力と該要求動力に基づく前記内燃機関に対する要求機関トルクとに基づいて前記第1および第2電動機についての前記終点トルクを設定すると共に、前記内燃機関が前記要求機関トルクに基づくトルクを出力すると共に前記第1および第2電動機により出力されるトルクがそれぞれ前記始点トルクから前記終点トルクへと徐々に変化するように前記内燃機関と前記第1および第2電動機とを制御する請求項2に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記動力移換処理の実行開始に際して、前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の双方が前記駆動軸に連結される直前に設定された要求動力と該要求動力に基づく前記内燃機関に対する要求機関トルクとに基づいて定まる前記第1および第2電動機に対する要求電動機トルクを前記始点トルクとして設定すると共に、前記設定された始点トルクと前記変速前状態および前記変速後状態のもとでの前記変速伝達手段による前記第1または第2要素と前記駆動軸との間の変速比とに基づいて前記第1および第2電動機についての前記終点トルクを設定し、前記要求動力が設定されるたびに前記内燃機関が前記要求機関トルクに基づくトルクを出力すると共に前記第1および第2電動機により出力されるトルクがそれぞれ前記始点トルクから前記終点トルクへと徐々に変化するように前記内燃機関と前記第1および第2電動機とを制御する請求項2に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記動力移換処理の実行に際して、前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の双方が前記駆動軸に連結される直前に設定された要求動力と該要求動力に基づく前記内燃機関に対する要求機関トルクとに基づいて定まる前記第1および第2電動機に対する要求電動機トルクを前記始点トルクとして設定すると共に、前記設定された始点トルクと前記変速前状態および前記変速後状態のもとでの前記変速伝達手段による前記第1または第2要素と前記駆動軸との間の変速比とに基づいて前記第1および第2電動機についての前記終点トルクを設定し、前記内燃機関が前記要求機関トルクに基づくトルクを出力すると共に前記第1および第2電動機が前記終点トルクに基づくトルクを出力するように前記内燃機関と前記第1および第2電動機とを制御する請求項2に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記回転数調整処理は、前記第1および第2要素の他方に対応した前記第1または第2電動機の回転数を前記変速伝達手段による前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1要素と前記駆動軸との間の変速比および前記第2要素と前記駆動軸との間の変速比と前記駆動軸の回転数とに基づく目標回転数に一致させる処理である請求項1から6の何れかに記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記変速伝達手段は、前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1および第2要素の何れか一方を前記駆動軸に連結可能な少なくとも1組の平行軸式ギヤ列を有する第1変速機構と、前記第1および第2要素の他方を前記駆動軸に連結可能な少なくとも1組の平行軸式ギヤ列を有する第2変速機構とを含む平行軸式変速機である請求項1から7の何れかに記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記変速伝達手段は、前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1要素を前記駆動軸に連結可能な第1遊星歯車機構と、前記動力分配統合機構の前記第2要素を前記駆動軸に連結可能な第2遊星歯車機構とを含む遊星歯車式変速機である請求項1から7の何れかに記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記変速伝達手段は、前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1および第2要素の何れか一方を前記駆動軸に連結可能な遊星歯車機構と、前記第1および第2要素の他方を前記駆動軸に連結可能な連結機構とを含む遊星歯車式変速機である請求項1から7の何れかに記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1から10の何れかに記載の動力出力装置を備え、前記駆動軸からの動力により駆動される駆動輪を含むハイブリッド自動車。
- 駆動軸と、内燃機関と、それぞれ動力を入出力可能な第1および第2電動機と、前記第1および第2電動機のそれぞれと電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、前記第1電動機の回転軸に接続される第1要素と前記第2電動機の回転軸に接続される第2要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続される第3要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素のうちの何れか2つに入出力される動力に基づく動力を残余の1つに入出力する動力分配統合機構と、前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1および第2要素の何れか一方または双方を前記駆動軸に選択的に連結可能であると共に、前記第1要素からの動力と前記第2要素からの動力とをそれぞれ所定の変速比で前記駆動軸に伝達可能な変速伝達手段とを備えた動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
(a)前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の一方と前記駆動軸とが連結された状態で前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記第1および第2電動機が駆動制御されている最中に所定の変速状態切替条件が成立したときに、前記第1および第2要素の他方を前記駆動軸に連結できるように該第1および第2要素の他方に対応した前記第1または第2電動機の回転数を調整するステップと、
(b)前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の他方と前記駆動軸とを連結するステップと、
(c)前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2要素の双方を前記駆動軸に連結した状態で前記第1および第2電動機間で動力を移し換えて前記第1および第2電動機が前記第1および第2要素の他方のみを前記駆動軸に連結したときに出力すべき動力をそれぞれ出力するようにするステップと、
(d)前記変速伝達手段による前記第1および第2要素の一方と前記駆動軸との連結を解除するステップと、
を含む動力出力装置の制御方法。
