Description
そこで、車両の動力源としてエンジンとモータとを搭載したハイブリッド車において、変速機の暖機(潤滑油の昇温)を促進して燃費の悪化を抑制する技術として、例えば、特許文献1(特開2002−176794号公報)に記載されたものがある。このものは、モータの近傍に変速機を配置し、変速機の潤滑油の温度が所定値を下回る場合は、エンジンの駆動力を低下させると共にモータの駆動力を上昇させることで、モータの発熱量を増加させて潤滑油の温度を上昇させるようにしている。
まず、図1に基づいてハイブリッド車の駆動制御システムの概略構成を説明する。
車両の動力源として内燃機関であるエンジン11とモータジェネレータ(以下「MG」と表記する)12とが搭載されている。エンジン11の出力軸(クランク軸)の動力がMG12を介して変速機13に伝達され、この変速機13の出力軸の動力がデファレンシャルギヤ機構14や車軸15等を介して車輪16に伝達される。変速機13は、無段階に変速するCVT(無段変速機)である。
以下、本実施例でハイブリッドECU20が実行する図2乃至図4の各ルーチンの処理内容を説明する。
図2に示す走行モード切換ルーチンは、ハイブリッドECU20の電源オン期間中に所定周期で繰り返し実行され、特許請求の範囲でいう制御手段としての役割を果たす。本ルーチンが起動されると、まず、ステップ101で、アクセル開度と車速(又は変速機13の入力回転速度)等に基づいて車両の要求駆動力をマップ又は数式等により算出する。
図3に示すHVモードのATF昇温制御ルーチンは、前記図2の走行モード切換ルーチンのステップ104で実行されるサブルーチンであり、特許請求の範囲でいう制御手段としての役割を果たす。本ルーチンが起動されると、まず、ステップ201で、ATFの温度が所定値T1 (例えば60℃)よりも低いか否かを判定する。
この後、ステップ203に進み、車両の運転状態(例えば車両の要求駆動力やバッテリSOC等)に基づいてエンジン11とMG12のパワー比率(駆動力の分配比率)を算出して、エンジン11の要求駆動力とMG12の要求駆動力を算出する。
上記ステップ207〜212の処理により、目標入力回転速度を実現するようにMG12のトルクとエンジン11のトルクと変速機13の変速比を制御する。
図4に示すEVモードのATF昇温制御ルーチンは、前記図2の走行モード切換ルーチンのステップ106で実行されるサブルーチンであり、特許請求の範囲でいう制御手段としての役割を果たす。本ルーチンが起動されると、まず、ステップ301で、ATFの温度が所定値T2 (例えば80℃)よりも低いか否かを判定する。
この後、ステップ303に進み、MG12の要求駆動力(=車両の要求駆動力)に基づいてMG12のATF熱損失割合が最大になるように変速機13の目標入力回転速度を算出する。
上記ステップ304〜307の処理により、目標入力回転速度を実現するようにMG12のトルクと変速機13の変速比を制御する。
ハイブリッドECU20は、アクセル開度等に基づいて車両の要求駆動力を算出し、車両の要求駆動力やバッテリSOC等に応じて、車両の走行モードをHVモードとEVモードとの間で切り換える。
Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載されたモータ(12)と変速機(13)とを備え、前記変速機(13)の潤滑油と前記モータ(12)との間で熱交換を行う車両の制御装置において、
前記変速機(13)の暖機要求時に前記車両の要求駆動力に基づいて前記モータ(12)と前記変速機(13)のうちの少なくとも前記モータ(12)において前記潤滑油の昇温に寄与する熱損失の割合が最大になるように前記変速機(13)の目標入力回転速度を設定し、該目標入力回転速度を実現するように前記モータ(12)と前記変速機(13)を制御する制御手段(20)を備え、
前記制御手段(20)は、前記モータ(12)と電力を授受するバッテリ(19)の充電状態が所定値以上の場合には、前記潤滑油の昇温に寄与する熱損失の割合が最大よりも低くなるように前記目標入力回転速度を設定することを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両の動力源として前記モータ(12)とエンジン(11)とが搭載され、
前記制御手段(20)は、前記目標入力回転速度を実現するように前記モータ(12)と前記エンジン(11)と前記変速機(13)を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御手段(20)は、前記エンジン(11)と前記モータ(12)のうちの少なくとも前記エンジン(11)の動力で走行するHVモードと前記モータ(12)の動力で走行するEVモードとを切り換えると共に、前記潤滑油の温度が所定値よりも低いときに前記EVモードの領域を拡大するように前記HVモードと前記EVモードとの切換判定条件を変更することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
