Description
駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
動力を入出力可能な発電機と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸と第3の軸としての動力軸との3軸に接続され、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、
前記発電機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記動力軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達すると共に中立であるときには前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを切り離し可能な変速手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転数である駆動軸回転数を検出する駆動軸回転数検出手段と、
前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記検出された駆動軸回転数が値0を含む所定範囲内のときである中立所定範囲内状態のときには前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が値0となるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機とを制御し、前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記検出された駆動軸回転数が前記所定範囲外のときである中立所定範囲外状態のときには前記発電機の許容回転数の範囲内で前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が前記変速手段の中立を解除したときに想定される前記動力軸の回転数である想定回転数に略同期するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置に内燃機関および蓄電手段と共に組み込まれる駆動装置であって、
前記蓄電手段と電力のやりとりが可能で動力を入出力可能な発電機と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸と第3の軸としての動力軸との3軸に接続され、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、
前記動力軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達すると共に中立であるときには前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを切り離し可能な変速手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転数である駆動軸回転数を検出する駆動軸回転数検出手段と、
前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記検出された駆動軸回転数が値0を含む所定範囲内のときである中立所定範囲内状態のときには前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が値0となるよう前記内燃機関の制御と共に前記発電機とを制御し、前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記検出された駆動軸回転数が前記所定範囲外のときである中立所定範囲外状態のときには前記発電機の許容回転数の範囲内で前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が前記変速手段の中立を解除したときに想定される前記動力軸の回転数である想定回転数に略同期するよう前記内燃機関の制御と共に前記発電機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
内燃機関と、動力を入出力可能な発電機と、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸と第3の軸としての動力軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記発電機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、前記動力軸と駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達すると共に中立であるときには前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを切り離し可能な変速手段と、を備え、前記駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記駆動軸の回転数が値0を含む所定範囲内のときである中立所定範囲内状態のときには前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が値0となるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機とを制御し、前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記駆動軸の回転数が前記所定範囲外のときである中立所定範囲外状態のときには前記発電機の許容回転数の範囲内で前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が前記変速手段の中立を解除したときに想定される前記動力軸の回転数である想定回転数に略同期するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
動力を入出力可能な発電機と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸と第3の軸としての動力軸との3軸に接続され、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、
前記発電機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記動力軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達すると共に中立であるときには前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを切り離し可能な変速手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転数である駆動軸回転数を検出する駆動軸回転数検出手段と、
前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記検出された駆動軸回転数が値0を含む所定範囲内のときである中立所定範囲内状態のときには前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が値0となるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機とを制御し、前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記検出された駆動軸回転数が前記所定範囲外のときである中立所定範囲外状態のときには前記発電機の許容回転数の範囲内で前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が前記変速手段の中立を解除したときに想定される前記動力軸の回転数である想定回転数に略同期するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記中立所定範囲外状態のときに前記発電機の回転数が前記許容回転数に至ったときには前記内燃機関の回転数を変更することにより前記発電機の回転数が許容回転数の範囲内となるよう前記内燃機関を制御する手段である請求項1記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記中立所定範囲外状態のときには前記想定回転数と前記許容回転数と前記3軸式動力入出力手段の特性とに基づいて前記出力軸の回転数を下限回転数として設定すると共に前記内燃機関を前記下限回転数以上の回転数で自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が前記想定回転数に略同期するよう制御する手段である請求項1記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記許容回転数は、前記発電機の定格による最大回転数から制御用のマージンとしての回転数を減じた回転数である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記動力軸の回転数である動力軸回転数を検出する動力軸回転数検出手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記検出された動力軸回転数を用いてフィードバック制御する手段である、
動力出力装置。 - 前記蓄電手段と電力のやりとりが可能で前記動力軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機を備える請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記所定範囲は、前記変速手段の中立を前記駆動軸を正回転させる方向で解除する際に許容される前記駆動軸の逆回転方向の最大回転数を下限回転数とすると共に前記変速手段の中立を前記駆動軸を逆回転させる方向で解除する際に許容される前記駆動軸の正回転方向の最大回転数を上限回転数とする範囲である請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の動力出力装置を搭載し、車軸が前記駆動軸に接続されてなる車両。
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置に内燃機関および蓄電手段と共に組み込まれる駆動装置であって、
前記蓄電手段と電力のやりとりが可能で動力を入出力可能な発電機と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸と第3の軸としての動力軸との3軸に接続され、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、
前記動力軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達すると共に中立であるときには前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを切り離し可能な変速手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転数である駆動軸回転数を検出する駆動軸回転数検出手段と、
前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記検出された駆動軸回転数が値0を含む所定範囲内のときである中立所定範囲内状態のときには前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が値0となるよう前記内燃機関の制御と共に前記発電機とを制御し、前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記検出された駆動軸回転数が前記所定範囲外のときである中立所定範囲外状態のときには前記発電機の許容回転数の範囲内で前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が前記変速手段の中立を解除したときに想定される前記動力軸の回転数である想定回転数に略同期するよう前記内燃機関の制御と共に前記発電機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える駆動装置。 - 内燃機関と、動力を入出力可能な発電機と、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸と第3の軸としての動力軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記発電機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、前記動力軸と駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達すると共に中立であるときには前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを切り離し可能な変速手段と、を備え、前記駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記駆動軸の回転数が値0を含む所定範囲内のときである中立所定範囲内状態のときには前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が値0となるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機とを制御し、前記内燃機関を運転している状態で前記変速手段が中立のときに前記駆動軸の回転数が前記所定範囲外のときである中立所定範囲外状態のときには前記発電機の許容回転数の範囲内で前記内燃機関を自立運転しながら前記動力軸の回転数が前記変速手段の中立を解除したときに想定される前記動力軸の回転数である想定回転数に略同期するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とする動力出力装置の制御方法。
