Abstract
【解決手段】光学フィルムの少なくとも片面に粘着剤層が積層されている粘着型光学フィルムにおいて、前記粘着剤層が、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(A)、および主鎖に芳香環構造を有する樹脂成分(B)を含有する粘着剤により形成されたものであることを特徴とする粘着型光学フィルム。

Description
前記粘着剤層が、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(A)、および主鎖に芳香環構造を有する樹脂成分(B)を含有する粘着剤により形成されたものであることを特徴とする粘着型光学フィルム。
前記粘着剤層が、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(A)、および主鎖に芳香環構造を有する樹脂成分(B)を含有する粘着剤により形成されたものであることを特徴とする。
・分析装置:東ソー製、HLC‐8120GPC。
・カラム:東ソー製、G7000HXL+GMHXL+GMHXL。
・カラムサイズ:各7.8mmφ×30cm 計90cm。
・カラム温度:40℃。
・流速:0.8ml/min。
・注入量:100μl。
・溶離液:テトラヒドロフラン。
・検出器:示唆屈折計。
・標準試料:ポリスチレン。
・分子量10万以下の割合:GPC測定結果から、データ処理装置(東ソー製,GPC‐8020)により、重量分率(面積%)を算出した。この時、モノマー成分は含めていない。
・分析装置:東ソー製、HLC−8120GPC。
・カラム:東ソー製、G7000HXL+GMHXL+GMHXL。
・カラムサイズ:各7.8mmφ×30cm 計90cm。
・カラム温度:40℃。
・流速:0.8ml/min。
・注入量:100μl。
・溶離液:テトラヒドロフラン。
・検出器:示唆屈折計。
・標準試料:ポリスチレン。
分子量10万以下の割合:GPC測定結果から、データ処理装置(東ソー製、GPC−8020)により、重量分率(面積%)を算出した。この時、モノマー成分は含めていない。
(アクリル系ポリマー(a1)の調製)
攪拌羽根、温度計、窒素ガス導入管、および冷却器を備えた4つ口フラスコに、ブチルアクリレート(BA)100重量部、2−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート1重量部、重合開始剤として2,2’−アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.3重量部、および酢酸エチル50重量部を仕込み、緩やかに攪拌しながら窒素ガスを導入して十分に窒素置換した後、フラスコ内の液温を55℃付近に保って8時間重合反応を行い、アクリル系ポリマー(a1)溶液を調製した。上記アクリル系ポリマー(a1)の重量平均分子量は150万であった。
攪拌羽根、温度計、窒素ガス導入管、および冷却管を備えた4つ口フラスコに、ポリオキシテトラメチレングルコール75重量部、およびジブチルすずラウレート0.05重量部とを仕込み、緩やかに攪拌しながら窒素ガスを導入して十分に窒素置換した後、キシリレンジイソシアネート25重量部を滴下し、フラスコ内の液温を65℃付近に保って2時間重合反応を行い、ウレタンポリマー(b1)を調製した。上記ウレタンポリマー(b1)の重量平均分子量は10万であった。
上記アクリル系ポリマー(a1)溶液の固形分100重量部に対して、上記ウレタンポリマー(b1)30重量部、シランカップリング剤として3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(信越シリコーン社製、KBM403)0.1重量部、および架橋剤としてトリメチロールプロパン/トリレンジイソシアネート3量体付加物(日本ポリウレタン工業社製、コロネートL)0.5重量部を均一に混合撹拌し、アクリル系粘着剤溶液(1)を調整した。
次いで、上記アクリル系粘着剤溶液(1)を、シリコーン処理を施したポポリエステルフィルム(厚さ:38μm)からなるセパレーターの片面に塗布し、130℃で3分間乾燥をおこない、乾燥後の厚さが25μmの粘着剤層を形成した。
実施例1において、上記ウレタンポリマー(b1)30重量部に代えて、上記ウレタンポリマー(b1)150重量部用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の操作を行い、粘着型光学フィルムを作製した。
実施例1において、上記アクリル系ポリマー(a1)に代えて、下記アクリル系ポリマー(a2)を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の操作を行い、粘着型光学フィルムを作製した。
攪拌羽根、温度計、窒素ガス導入管、および冷却器を備えた4つ口フラスコに、ブチルアクリレート(BA)100重量部、アクリル酸5重量部、2−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート0.1重量部、重合開始剤として2,2’−アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.3重量部、および酢酸エチル50重量部を仕込み、緩やかに攪拌しながら窒素ガスを導入して十分に窒素置換した後、フラスコ内の液温を55℃付近に保って8時間重合反応を行い、アクリル系ポリマー(a2)溶液を調製した。上記アクリル系ポリマー(a2)の重量平均分子量は160万であった。
実施例1において、上記ウレタンポリマー(b1)30重量部に代えて、ポリアミドイミド樹脂(日立化成社製、HPC−5000)30重量部用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の操作を行い、粘着型光学フィルムを作製した。
実施例1において、上記ウレタンポリマー(b1)30重量部に代えて、上記ウレタンポリマー(b1)10重量部用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の操作を行い、粘着型光学フィルムを作製した。
実施例1において、上記ウレタンポリマー(b1)を用いなかったこと以外は、実施例1と同様の操作を行い、粘着型光学フィルムを作製した。
実施例1において、上記ウレタンポリマー(b1)30重量部に代えて、上記ウレタンポリマー(b1)250重量部用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の操作を行い、粘着型光学フィルムを作製した。
粘着型光学フィルムを、縦420mm×横320mmのサイズに切り出したものを2枚用意した。この粘着型光学フィルムを、厚さ0.07mmの無アルカリガラス板の両面にクロスニコルになるようにラミネータにて貼り合せた。次いで、50℃、5atmで15分間のオートクレーブ処理を行った。次いで、このサンプルを100℃(加熱)および60℃、90%R.H.(加湿)の条件下で、それぞれ500時間の処理を行った。これを、1万カンデラのバックライト上に置き、光漏れを下記の基準により、目視で評価した。
・周辺部ムラがなく、実用上問題なかった場合:◎
・周辺部ムラがわずかに見られるが、実用上問題なかった場合:○
・周辺部ムラが見られるが、実用上問題なかった場合:△
・周辺部ムラがきつく見られ、実用上問題があった場合:×。
粘着型光学フィルム(15インチサイズ)を、無アルカリガラス(コーニング1737、厚み:0.7mm)に貼り付け、50℃、0.5MPaのオートクレーブにて15分間処理を行った。次いで、このサンプルを90℃(加熱)および60℃、95%R.H.(加湿)の条件下で、それぞれ500時間の処理を行い。下記の基準により、目視で評価した。
・粘着型光学フィルムと無アルカリガラスの間にて、剥がれや浮き、発泡がなかった場合:◎
・粘着型光学フィルムと無アルカリガラスの間にて、剥がれや浮き、発泡があった場合:×。

Claims (12)
- 光学フィルムの少なくとも片面に粘着剤層が積層されている粘着型光学フィルムにおいて、
前記粘着剤層が、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(A)、および主鎖に芳香環構造を有する樹脂成分(B)を含有する粘着剤により形成されたものであることを特徴とする粘着型光学フィルム。 - 前記(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(A)100重量部に対して、前記主鎖に芳香環構造を有する樹脂成分(B)を20〜200重量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記主鎖に芳香環構造を有する樹脂成分(B)がポリウレタン系樹脂、ポリイミド系樹脂、および/またはポリカーボネート系樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤がイソシアネート系架橋剤(C)およびシランカップリング剤(D)を含有し、前記(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(A)100重量部に対して、前記イソシアネート系架橋剤(C)0.1〜10重量部、および前記シランカップリング剤(D)0.01〜0.5重量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤がポリマー類(E)を含有する下塗り層を介して前記光学フィルムに積層されており、かつ、前記下塗り層のポリマー類(E)が1級アミノ基を有するポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記1級アミノ基を有するポリマーが、末端に1級アミノ基を有するポリ(メタ)アクリル酸エステルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記酸化防止剤が、フェノール系、リン系、イオウ系およびアミン系の酸化防止剤から選ばれるいずれか少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記下塗り層が、前記ポリマー類(E)100重量部に対して、酸化防止剤0.01〜500重量部を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層が、前記下塗り層を介してディスコティック液晶層上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記下塗り層がポリエチレンイミン系材料により形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記光学フィルムは、ディスコティック液晶層が形成されない側の、透明基材フィルムの片面に偏光子が積層されていることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の粘着型光学フィルム。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の粘着型光学フィルムが用いられていることを特徴とする画像表示装置。
