Abstract
【解決手段】 オートモードにおいてマニュアルモードよりも指針104を低速で駆動する。マニュアルモードでは、ユーザーによる制御パラメータの変更に追従して速やかに指針104が移動したほうが、操作時の違和感がより少なくなる一方、制御パラメータが車両側主導で変更されるオートモードでは、指針104の移動はユーザーの操作意思を考慮する必要がなくなるので、これを敢えて低速に設定することで、いかにも自動で悠揚と制御が行なわれている雰囲気を醸しだすことができ、高級感を演出することができる。

車載エアコンの設定温度以外の制御パラメータの現在設定値を直読可能に目盛形成された目盛盤と、前記目盛盤上に回転可能に配置される指針と、該指針を回転駆動する指針駆動モータとを有した指針式表示装置と、
前記制御パラメータの設定入力部と、
前記制御パラメータの現在設定値を取得する現在設定値取得手段と、
前記車載エアコンが予め定められた複数の動作状態のいずれにあるかを特定するエアコン動作状態識別手段と、
取得される前記制御パラメータの設定値の時間的変化に対応して前記指針が、特定された前記エアコン動作状態に応じて互いに異なる移動速度にて前記目盛盤上を移動するよう前記指針駆動モータを動作制御する指針動作制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
上記本発明の車載エアコン用操作ユニットと、
前記設定入力部からの前記制御パラメータの設定入力値に基づいて、前記車載エアコンを駆動制御するエアコン駆動制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明の車載エアコン用操作ユニットの正面外観の一例を示すものである。この車載エアコン用操作ユニット100は、車両のインパネ部に設けられた運転席用エアコン吹出し口(図示せず)と助手席用エアコン吹出し口(図示せず)との各吹出し制御を独立して行なうためのためのものであり、各々揺動スイッチにて構成された運転席用温度設定スイッチ54Dと助手席用温度設定スイッチ54Pとが、筐体パネル110に対し左右に振り分けて配置されている。
・内外気切替スイッチ60の操作入力状態に対応して、内気側及び外気側のいずれかに内外気切替用ダンパー15が倒れるよう、対応するモータ21の駆動ICに制御指令を行なう。
・A/Cスイッチ59の操作状態に応じて、エバポレータ17の作動をオン・オフさせる。
・オートモードでは、温度設定スイッチ54D,54Pによる設定温度の入力情報と、内気センサ55、外気センサ56、水温センサ57及び日射センサ58の出力情報とを参照し、車内温度が設定温度に近づくよう周知のシーケンスに従い、エアミックスダンパー3の開度調整による吹出し温度調整と、ブロワモータ23による風量調整と、吹き出し口切替ダンパー7,8,9の位置変更とがなされるよう、対応するモータ19,23,20の動作制御指令を行なう。
・マニュアルモードでは、風量設定スイッチ52と吹き出し口切替スイッチ53との操作入力状態に対応して、ブロワモータ23による風量調整を行なうとともに、吹き出し口切替ダンパー7,8,9が対応する開閉状態となるようにモータ20への駆動制御指令を行なう。

Claims (11)
- 車載エアコンの設定温度以外の制御パラメータの現在設定値を直読可能に目盛形成された目盛盤と、前記目盛盤上に回転可能に配置される指針と、該指針を回転駆動する指針駆動モータとを有した指針式表示装置と、
前記制御パラメータの設定入力部と、
前記制御パラメータの現在設定値を取得する現在設定値取得手段と、
前記車載エアコンが予め定められた複数の動作状態のいずれにあるかを特定するエアコン動作状態識別手段と、
取得される前記制御パラメータの設定値の時間的変化に対応して前記指針が、特定された前記エアコン動作状態に応じて互いに異なる移動速度にて前記目盛盤上を移動するよう前記指針駆動モータを動作制御する指針動作制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする車載エアコン用操作ユニット。 - 前記車載エアコンの動作を、前記制御パラメータの設定値がエアコン設定温度とは無関係にマニュアル入力設定されるマニュアルモードと、前記制御パラメータが前記エアコン設定温度に応じて自動変更制御されるオートモードとの間で切替えるためのモード切替入力部を有し、
前記エアコン動作状態識別手段は、前記車載エアコンが前記マニュアルモードと前記オートモードのいずれであるかを特定するものであり、
前記指針動作制御手段は、前記マニュアルモードと前記オートモードとの間で前記指針を互いに異なる速度で駆動するものである請求項1記載の車載エアコン用操作ユニット。 - 前記制御パラメータがエアコン気流の吹出し風量又は吹出し口種別であり、前記指針式表示装置は該吹出し風量又は吹出し口種別の現在設定値を表示するものである請求項2記載の車載エアコン用操作ユニット。
- 前記マニュアルモードにおいて前記エアコン気流の吹出し口及び吹出し風量の少なくとも一方がマニュアル設定されるようになっており、また、前記オートモードにおいては前記エアコン気流の吹出し口及び吹出し風量の少なくとも一方が自動切り替えされるようになっており、
前記指針式表示装置は、前記制御パラメータとして前記吹出し風量の現在設定値を表示する第一表示装置と、前記制御パラメータとして前記吹出し口の現在設定種別を表示する第二表示装置とを有し、
前記指針動作制御手段は、前記第一表示装置及び前記第二表示装置の少なくとも一方において、前記マニュアルモードと前記オートモードとの間で前記指針を互いに異なる速度で駆動するものである請求項3記載の車載エアコン用操作ユニット。 - 前記指針動作制御手段は、前記第一表示装置と前記第二表示装置の双方において、前記マニュアルモードと前記オートモードとの間で前記指針を互いに異なる速度で駆動するものである請求項4記載の車載エアコン用操作ユニット。
- 前記指針動作制御手段は、前記オートモードにおいて前記マニュアルモードよりも前記指針を低速で駆動するものである請求項3ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車載エアコン用操作ユニット。
- 前記制御パラメータの設定値を段階的に変更可能に入力する前記設定入力部を備え、前記現在設定値取得手段は、前記マニュアルモードにおいて該設定入力部により段階的に変更されつつ入力される前記制御パラメータの設定値を順次取得するとともに、前記指針動作制御手段は、該マニュアルモードにおいて、段階的に取得される前記設定値に対応する位置にてその都度一旦停止するように、前記指針をステップ駆動するものである請求項6記載の車載エアコン用操作ユニット。
- 前記制御パラメータの設定値を段階的に変更可能に入力する前記設定入力部を備え、前記現在設定値取得手段は、前記マニュアルモードにおいて該設定入力部により段階的に変更されつつ入力される前記制御パラメータの設定値を順次取得するとともに、
前記オートモードにおいて、前記現在設定値取得手段は自動変更される前記制御パラメータの設定値を随時取得するとともに、前記マニュアルモードにおける前記設定入力部による操作単位の2以上の整数倍の変更代にて前記設定値が自動変更された場合に、前記指針動作制御手段は、前記変更代に対応する角度区間を連続的に移動するように前記指針を駆動するものである請求項6又は請求項7に記載の車載エアコン用操作ユニット。 - 前記指針駆動モータはステッピングモータであり、前記指針動作制御手段は、前記指針の駆動速度を該ステッピングモータへの入力パルスレートにより設定する請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の車載エアコン用操作ユニット。
- 請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の車載エアコン用操作ユニットと、
前記設定入力部からの前記制御パラメータの設定入力値に基づいて、前記車載エアコンを駆動制御するエアコン駆動制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする車載エアコン制御装置。 - 前記モード切替入力部からの入力情報に基づいて、前記エアコンの動作モードを前記マニュアルモードと前記オートモードとの間で切り替えるモード切替手段を備え、前記エアコン駆動制御手段は、車載エアコンを前記マニュアルモードと前記オートモードとのいずれかにて駆動制御するものである請求項10記載の車載エアコン制御装置。
