Abstract
【解決手段】体内通路等の壁に薬物を注射する装置は、少なくとも1つのルーメンと末端を有し、体内通路を治療部位まで通り抜けるカテーテルと、カテーテルの末端近傍のルーメン内に配置された膨張可能な長尺のバルーンと、バルーンの一側に全体として平行に設けられ、側方外側に突出する複数の針を備え、薬物を受け入れる少なくとも1つの長尺の管状レールと、ルーメンを介してバルーンに連結され、バルーンがカテーテルの末端から押し出されて管状レールを外側に押しやることによって針を隣接する壁に刺す時にバルーンを選択的に膨張させるバルーン膨張手段と、ルーメンを介して管状レールに連結され、薬物を管状レールに、ひいては、針そしてその外部に送給する薬物送給手段とを備えている。

Claims (6)
- 体内通路等の壁に薬物を注射する装置であって、
少なくとも1つのルーメンと末端を有し、体内通路を治療部位まで通り抜けるカテーテルと、
上記カテーテルの末端近傍のルーメン内に配置された膨張可能な長尺のバルーンと、
上記バルーンの一側に全体として平行に設けられ、側方外側に突出する複数の針を備え、薬物を受け入れる少なくとも1つの長尺の管状レールと、
上記ルーメンを介して上記バルーンに連結され、上記バルーンが上記カテーテルの末端から押し出されて上記管状レールを外側に押しやることによって上記針を隣接する壁に刺す時に上記バルーンを選択的に膨張させるバルーン膨張手段と、
上記ルーメンを介して上記管状レールに連結され、薬物を上記管状レールに、ひいては、上記針そしてその外部に送給する薬物送給手段とを備えている装置。 - バルーン膨張手段は、バルーンの一端に連結されそこから体内通路を介して後方に延びる、縦方向の剛性と横方向の可撓性を有するパイプを備えている請求項1記載の装置。
- バルーンの上記少なくとも1つの管状レールと反対側に全体として平行に設けられ、側方外側に突出する複数の針を備え、薬物を受け入れる第2の管状レールをさらに備えている請求項1記載の装置。
- 薬物送給手段は、対応する管状レールにそれぞれ連結され、該管状レールに薬物を送給する一対のパイプを備えている請求項3記載の装置。
- 上記少なくとも1つの管状レールはバルーンに取り付けられて支持されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 上記少なくとも1つの管状レールに接続され、該管状レールに対する支持体となる少なくとも1つのステント状構造をさらに備えている請求項1記載の装置。
