Abstract
【解決手段】真空吸着装置10において、圧力流体供給源12とエゼクタ16の間に切換バルブ14を設け、前記切換バルブ14の供給ポート24を前記圧力流体供給源12に接続すると共に、出力ポート26を前記エゼクタ16に対して接続している。そして、圧力流体供給源12から切換バルブ14を通じてエゼクタ16へと圧力流体を供給することにより、該エゼクタ16で負圧を発生させて吸着パッド20a、20b、20cへと供給している。一方、吸着パッド20a、20b、20cがワークを吸着して負圧が一定となった場合、切換バルブ14に真空ポート28を通じて供給される負圧によって弁体34が変位し、前記供給ポート24と出力ポート26との連通が遮断される。

Description
前記圧力流体が供給されることにより負圧を発生させる真空発生部と、
前記真空発生部から負圧が供給され、該負圧によってワークを吸着可能な吸着部と、
前記真空発生部に接続され、前記吸着部に供給された負圧の圧力状態に応じて前記圧力流体の供給される通路の連通状態を切り換える切換手段と、
を備え、
前記吸着部においてワークが吸着され、前記負圧が所定圧に達した際に、前記切換手段による切換作用下に前記通路の連通状態が遮断され、前記真空発生部に対する前記圧力流体の供給が停止されることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 圧力流体を供給する圧力流体供給源と、
前記圧力流体が供給されることにより負圧を発生させる真空発生部と、
前記真空発生部から負圧が供給され、該負圧によってワークを吸着可能な吸着部と、
前記真空発生部に接続され、前記吸着部に供給された負圧の圧力状態に応じて前記圧力流体の供給される通路の連通状態を切り換える切換手段と、
を備え、
前記吸着部においてワークが吸着され、前記負圧が所定圧に達した際に、前記切換手段による切換作用下に前記通路の連通状態が遮断され、前記真空発生部に対する前記圧力流体の供給が停止されることを特徴とする真空吸着装置。 - 請求項1記載の真空吸着装置において、
前記切換手段は、前記圧力流体が供給される第1ポートと、前記真空発生部に接続されて前記圧力流体が導出される第2ポートと、前記真空発生部で生じた負圧の流通する負圧通路に接続される第3ポートとを有するボディと、前記ボディの内部に軸線方向に沿って変位自在に設けられ、前記第1ポートと第2ポートとの連通状態を切り換える弁体とを備えた切換弁からなることを特徴とする真空吸着装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の真空吸着装置において、
前記切換弁には、前記弁体に弾発力を付与し、該弁体を前記第1ポートと第2ポートとの連通状態で維持するスプリングを有し、前記弁体が前記負圧により該スプリングの弾発力に抗して変位することにより、前記第1ポートと第2ポートとの連通が遮断されることを特徴とする真空吸着装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の真空吸着装置において、
前記切換弁には、前記弁体に付与されるスプリングの弾発力を調整自在な調整手段を有することを特徴とする真空吸着装置。
