Abstract
【解決手段】第1の熱板9、第2の熱板21は、それぞれ第1、第2の熱板取付け用ブロック7、19の孔7b、19dに挿通されたボルト15、27の先端に取付けられる。ボルト15、27はウェーブワッシャ51、61によって熱板とは反対側へ付勢されて、熱板の取り付け面9b、21bがブロックの支持面7a,19cに押圧される。ボルトの外径とそれが挿通される孔との間にはクリアランスが設けられ、熱板はブロックの拘束を受けずに熱による伸縮をすることが可能である。

さらに、シール状態の変化を最小限に抑えることのできるヒートシール装置を提供することも本発明の課題である。
ある実施の形態では、熱板と熱板取付け用ブロックの材質の熱膨張率が異なる。この場合においても、上記の構成を採用しているので、熱板の熱によるシール方向に沿っての伸縮は、熱板取付け用ブロックの拘束を受けることが無いので、熱板の平面度は維持され、良好なシールを行える。
ある実施の形態においては、熱板は、その取付け面の一部において支持面に受止められる。これにより、挟圧面と取付け面の露出度合いの差を小さくし、熱板自体の湾曲も小さくでき、さらに良好なシールを行うことができる。
ある実施の形態では、シール温度まで加熱した場合の変形量を見込んで熱板を常温時にその挟圧面が凹または凸になるように形成しておくことにより、加熱時の挟圧面の良好な平面度が得られ、良好なシールが行える。
ある実施の形態では、その熱板取付け用ブロックに熱板の上下位置を位置決めするガイド部を設ける。これにより、熱板の上下方向での位置決めをして互いの位置ずれや傾きを防止し、横方向真直ぐにシールを行うことができる。
ある実施の形態では、熱板取付け用ブロックに回転方向での位置調整を行える調整ピンを取り付け、その熱板側端部に形成した偏芯軸部を熱板の取付け面に形成されたシール方向に長い長孔に嵌るように構成した。従って、この調整ピンを適宜回すことにより熱板の取付け位置の調整が容易に行える。
ある実施の形態では、熱板は、熱板取付け用ブロックに形成された孔に挿通され、シール方向に沿って配置された複数の軸状部材の一端側に固定され、その軸状部材は、他端側へ向けて付勢部材により付勢され、軸状部材の多くて1個を除いて、軸状部材とそれが挿通される孔との間には、少なくともシール方向でのクリアランスが設けられている。この比較的に簡単な構成で、上記した熱板の熱板取付け用ブロックに拘束されない伸縮を可能とすることができる。
ある実施の形態では、軸状部材の熱板と反対側への移動を規制する抜け止め部材を備えている。これにより、軸状部材の熱板への取り付け部分の緩みを防止できる。
ある実施の形態では、その熱板は一箇所において熱板取付け用ブロックに固定され、ヒートシール装置はさらに、一端側において熱板と熱板取付け用ブロックのいずれか一方にシール方向に沿って取付けられた1以上の軸状部材を備え、該軸状部材の他端側は、熱板と熱板取付け用ブロックのうちの他方側へ向かって延び、該他方に形成された孔に挿入され、この軸状部材と孔との間には、少なくともシール方向でのクリアランスが設けられている。この場合においても、固定されているのは一箇所においてであるので、熱板が熱による膨張、収縮をする際に熱板取付け用ブロックの拘束を受けることは無い。
ある実施の形態では、その軸状部材は、一端側において回転方向での位置が調節可能に取付けられ、他端側は一端側に対して偏芯して形成され、この他端側が挿入される孔はシール方向に長い長孔に形成されている。これにより、この軸状部材を用いて熱板の取り付け状態を調整することができる。
本願の第2の発明は、対向配置した一対の熱板と、該熱板がそれぞれ取付けられる熱板取付け用ブロックとを備え、重ねたフィルムシートを熱板で挟圧することにより熱溶着するヒートシール装置において、その熱板にはシール時にフィルムシートを挟んで互いに圧接される挟圧面と、該挟圧面に略直交する面に形成された取付け面とを設け、熱板は、熱板取付け用ブロックに形成した支持面に載置されて取付けられる。これにより、熱板と熱板取付け用ブロックとが一体的に湾曲しても、その湾曲は熱板の挟圧面の平面度に影響を与えないので、良好なシールを行うことができる。
さらに、挟圧面と取付け面との露出面積の差を小さくすることにより、熱板自体の湾曲をもきわめて小さいものとすることができ、さらにシール性能の向上が図れる。
また、シール温度まで加熱した場合の変形量を見込んで熱板を常温時にその挟圧面が凹または凸になるように形成しておくことにより、加熱時の挟圧面の良好な平面度が得られ、良好なシールが行える。
また、熱板取付け用ブロックに熱板の上下位置を位置決めするガイド部を設けることにより熱板を位置決めし、あるいは熱板取付け用ブロックに回転方向での位置調整を行える調整ピンを取り付け、その偏芯軸部を熱板に形成されたシール方向に長い長孔に嵌るように構成することにより、熱板の取付け位置の調整が容易に行える。
また、熱板を熱板取付け用ブロックに形成された孔に挿通される軸状部材の一端側に固定し、その軸状部材を他端側へ向けて付勢部材により付勢し、軸状部材とそれが挿通される孔との間に少なくともシール方向でのクリアランスを設ける構成により、上記した熱板の熱板取付け用ブロックに拘束されない伸縮を可能とすることができる。
本願の第2発明によれば、熱板は垂直面内では湾曲するが、水平面内での歪は最小に抑えることができ、良好なシールを行える。そして熱板の取付けに当たっては、従来の如く調整を何度も繰り返す必要がなく、調整作業が容易、簡単、迅速に行うことができる。
Claims (12)
- 対向配置した一対の熱板と、該熱板がそれぞれ取付けられる熱板取付け用ブロックとを備え、重ねたフィルムシートを前記熱板で挟圧することにより熱溶着するヒートシール装置において、前記熱板はシール時に前記フィルムシートを挟んで互いに圧接される挟圧面
と、該挟圧面の反対側に形成された取付け面とを備え、前記熱板取付け用ブロックは、前記取付け面を受け止める支持面を備え、前記熱板は、前記取付け面が前記支持面に押圧され、且つ、熱によるシール方向に沿っての伸縮が、前記熱板取付け用ブロックによる拘束を受けることなく可能な状態で前記熱板取付け用ブロックに取付けられることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。 - 請求項1記載のヒートシール装置において、前記熱板の材質と前記熱板取付け用ブロックの材質との熱膨張係数が異なることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載のヒートシール装置において、前記熱板は、前記取付け面の一部において前記支持面に受止められることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載のヒートシール装置において、前記熱板は、常温時において前記挟圧面が水平面内で凹又は凸に湾曲しており、所定のシール温度まで加熱されたときに前記挟圧面が平らになるように形成されていることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載のヒートシール装置において、前記熱板取付け用ブロックは、前記熱板に当接して前記熱板の上下位置を位置決めするガイド部を備えることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載のヒートシール装置において、前記ヒートシール装置はさらに、前記取付けブロックに回転方向での位置が調節可能に取付けられる取付け軸部と、前記取付け軸部に対して偏芯し、前記熱板側へ伸びる偏芯軸部とを備えた調整ピンを備え、前記熱板の取付け面には、前記偏芯軸部を収受可能な、シール方向に長い長孔が形成されていることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載のヒートシール装置において、前記熱板は、前記熱板取付け用ブロックに形成された孔に挿通され、シール方向に沿って配置された複数の軸状部材の一端側に固定され、前記軸状部材は他端側へ向けて付勢部材により付勢され、前記軸状部材の多くて1個を除いて、前記軸状部材と前記孔との間には、少なくとも前記シール方向でのクリアランスが設けられていることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
- 請求項7記載のヒートシール装置において、前記軸状部材の前記熱板と反対側への移動を規制する抜け止め部材を備えていることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載のヒートシール装置において、前記熱板は一箇所において前記熱板取付け用ブロックに固定され、前記ヒートシール装置はさらに、一端側において前記熱板と熱板取付け用ブロックのいずれか一方にシール方向に沿って取付けられた1以上の軸状部材を備え、該軸状部材の他端側は、前記熱板と熱板取付け用ブロックの他方側へ向かって延び、該他方に形成された孔に挿入され、前記軸状部材と前記孔との間には、少なくとも前記シール方向でのクリアランスが設けられていることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
- 請求項9記載のヒートシール装置において、前記軸状部材は、前記一端側において回転方向での位置が調節可能に取付けられ、前記他端側は前記一端側に対して偏芯しており、前記孔は、シール方向に長い長孔に形成されていることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
- 対向配置した一対の熱板と、該熱板がそれぞれ取付けられる熱板取付け用ブロックとを備え、重ねたフィルムシートを前記熱板で挟圧することにより熱溶着するヒートシール装置において、前記熱板はシール時に前記フィルムシートを挟んで互いに圧接される挟圧面と、該挟圧面に略直交する面に形成された取付け面とを備え、前記熱板は、前記熱板取付け用ブロックに形成した支持面に載置されて取付けられることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
- 請求項11記載のヒートシール装置において、前記熱板の材質と前記熱板取付け用ブロックの材質との熱膨張係数が異なることを特徴とする、ヒートシール装置。
