Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及制袋机的热封杆安装装置。
背景技术
如专利文献1记载那样,在制造塑料袋的制袋机中,将热封杆安装于加热单元,利用热封杆对塑料膜进行热封。并且,在安装于加热单元时,通常通过安装螺栓来安装热封杆,但热封杆为铝制且软质。由此,需要通过嵌入物来对热封杆进行加强,如专利文献2、3记载那样,作为嵌入物而使用圆筒状的部件,且在嵌入物上形成有外螺纹及内螺纹。因此,能够在热封杆形成螺纹孔并将嵌入物螺入到螺纹孔中,并且,能够将安装螺栓螺入到嵌入物中并通过安装螺栓来安装热封杆。
这种情况下,例如,在变更塑料袋的尺寸时,不得不调整热封杆的位置,需要暂时拆卸热封杆而再次安装。而且,在变更密封宽度时,需要将热封杆更换为其他的密封杆,在变更密封形状时,需要将热封杆更换为其他的密封杆,每次都需要将热封杆拆卸、安装,但这种作业并不容易。通常,制袋机具有4个以上的热封杆。而且,在各热封杆中,分别使用多个安装螺栓,利用各螺栓来安装热封杆,在暂时拆卸、再次安装时,必须利用工具来操作各螺栓,要求时间及劳力。尤其是在拆卸之前的期间,热封杆保持为被加热成高温的状态,不得不苦思焦虑地思考其应对方法,从而存在拆卸作业要求时间的问题。

发明内容
因此,本发明目的在于作为将制袋机的热封杆安装于加热单元的制袋机的热封杆安装装置而提供一种特别结构的装置,从而使热封杆的安装及拆卸作业变得容易。
根据本发明,收容凹部形成于热封杆且与加热单元对置,嵌入物收容、固定于收容凹部。嵌入物沿着与加热单元对置的方向延伸,具有轴向槽,轴向槽向嵌入物的侧面开口。因此,在嵌入物的侧面形成轴向开口部。而且,邻接凹部形成于热封杆,与收容凹部相邻,且与轴向开口部及轴向槽连通。而且,张力销由加热单元支承。张力销朝向热封杆延伸,且具有头,头形成在张力销的前端。并且,张力销插入到邻接凹部内,通过轴向开口部而插入到轴向槽内。此外,在嵌入物的轴向外端部,向内隆起形成于轴向槽,操作机构设置于加热单元,在张力销的插入之后,将张力销沿着轴向拉拽,使张力销移动,从而使头与向内隆起卡合。因此,通过张力销及嵌入物来安装热封杆。
在优选的实施例中,在嵌入物的轴向内端部,内周槽形成于收容凹部,向外隆起形成于嵌入物,向外隆起嵌入到内周槽中,通过向外隆起及内周槽将嵌入物固定。
在另一实施例中,收容凹部由螺纹孔构成。并且,在嵌入物形成有外螺纹,嵌入物嵌入到螺纹孔中,通过其螺纹槽将嵌入物固定。
嵌入物为U字状截面,轴向槽由半圆状部和直线状部构成,向内隆起形成于半圆状部及直线状部。而且,在轴向槽的半圆状部的中心的周围,在向内隆起形成有锥面。头为圆形截面,且具有锥面。并且,当头与向内隆起卡合时,该锥面相互卡合,通过锥面将热封杆定位。

以下,说明本发明的实施例。
图1表示本发明的装置。该装置是制袋机的热封杆安装装置。并且,在加热单元1的下表面上,将热封杆2安装于加热单元1。加热单元1包括加热器3、隔热材料4及加热器吊架5。因此,利用加热器3对热封杆2进行加热。而且,塑料膜6被沿着长度方向间歇传送,当塑料膜6停止时,加热单元1朝向塑料膜6下降,热封杆2压抵于塑料膜6。因此,利用热封杆2将塑料膜6热封,通过塑料膜6制造出塑料袋。热封杆2为铝制,且为软质。
在该装置中,在热封杆2的上表面,在热封杆2形成有收容凹部7,与加热单元1对置地将嵌入物8收容、固定于收容凹部7。如图2所示,嵌入物8沿着与加热单元1对置的方向延伸,具有轴向槽9,轴向槽9向嵌入物8的侧面开口。因此,在嵌入物8的侧面形成有轴向开口部10。嵌入物8为铁或黄铜制。而且,在热封杆2形成有邻接凹部11,该邻接凹部11与收容凹部7相邻,且与轴向开口部10及轴向槽9连通。邻接凹部11比收容凹部7大。
在该实施例中,在嵌入物8的轴向内端部处,在收容凹部7形成有内周槽12,在嵌入物8形成有向外隆起13。向外隆起13为凸缘状。因此,首先,将嵌入物8向邻接凹部11插入,在邻接凹部11内,将嵌入物8压入、收容于收容凹部7时,向外隆起13嵌入到内周槽12。而且,在邻接凹部11的轴向内端部处,在邻接凹部11形成有内周槽14,将开口环15向邻接凹部11插入,并向内周槽14嵌入,而与嵌入物8卡合。因此,通过开口环15、向外隆起13及内周槽12而将嵌入物8固定。
此外,张力销16由加热单元1支承。张力销16朝向热封杆2延伸,具有头17,头17形成在张力销16的前端。并且,将热封杆2安装于加热单元1时,利用手工作业将热封杆2抬起,在图1中,如A所示,热封杆2与加热单元1卡合,张力销16插入到邻接凹部11内。而且,利用手工作业对热封杆2进行操作,如B所示,热封杆2沿着加热单元1移动,张力销16通过轴向开口部10而插入到轴向槽9内。
而且,在嵌入物8的轴向外端部处,在轴向槽9形成有向内隆起18,操作机构设置于加热单元1,在插入了张力销16之后,张力销16被沿着轴向拉拽而移动,头17与向内隆起18卡合。在该实施例中,使用推杆19作为操作机构,张力销16将加热单元1贯通,在加热单元1的上表面,引导件20与张力销16嵌合,并与加热单元1卡合,在其上方,滑动件21与张力销16嵌合,通过推杆19将滑动件21与引导件20连结。滑动件21能够沿着张力销16移动。而且,在张力销16形成有外螺纹,螺母22与张力销16螺合,并与滑动件21卡合。
推杆19由一对连杆构成。而且,通过中心销23将各连杆连结,推杆19绕着中心销23摆动、弯曲。并且,当在图1的A位置发生了弯曲时,在该位置,通过中心销23将推杆19保持、锁定。因此,通过加热单元1、引导件20、推杆19、滑动件21及螺母22来支承张力销16。当使螺母22旋转时,利用螺母22的螺纹作用而使张力销16及头17移动,从而能够调节其高度。
并且,将张力销16向轴向槽9插入,然后,在中心销23的位置按压推杆19时,推杆19绕中心销23摆动、伸长。其结果是,通过推杆19、滑动件21及螺母22对张力销16进行拉拽,使张力销16移动、上升,头17与向内隆起18卡合。因此,通过张力销16及嵌入物8将热封杆2拉起,热封杆2压抵于加热单元1。而且,在中心销23的周围,推杆19反向弯曲,当稍弯曲时,在该位置,通过中心销23将推杆19保持、锁定。因此,通过张力销16及嵌入物8来安装热封杆2。在图1中,B表示其状态。

此外,在该实施例中,嵌入物8为U字状截面,轴向槽9包括半圆状部和直线状部。向内隆起18为凸缘状,形成为半圆状部及直线状部。而且,在轴向槽9的半圆状部的中心的周围,锥面24形成于向内隆起18。锥面24向下,超过半圆状部的向内隆起18而到达直线状部的向内隆起18。因此,锥面24形成在超过180°的角度范围内。而且,在直线状部的向内隆起18形成有倾斜面25,倾斜面25向下,朝向直线状部的内部而向上方倾斜,并朝向锥面24而向上方倾斜。另一方面,头17为圆形截面且具有锥面26。锥面26向上。因此,通过推杆19来拉拽张力销16,在头17与向内隆起18卡合时,其锥面24、26相互卡合,通过锥面24、26将张力销16和嵌入物8定心,从而将热封杆2定位。

需要说明的是,在该实施例中,说明了操作机构使用推杆19的情况,但也可以使用气缸或液压缸、伺服电动机或直动电磁阀,利用气缸或液压缸、伺服电动机或直动电磁阀来拉拽张力销16,使张力销16移动。操作机构还可以使用其他的机构。
如图4所示,在张力销16的周围,在滑动件21与螺母22之间可以设置弹簧27。这种情况下,在利用推杆19来拉拽张力销16而使头17与向内隆起18卡合时,弹簧27作用于螺母22、张力销16及头17,能够准确地使头17卡合,因此优选。
在图5中,在A的实施例中,收容凹部7由螺纹孔构成,在嵌入物8形成有外螺纹,嵌入物8螺入到螺纹孔内,通过其螺纹槽而将嵌入物8固定。而且,优选在热封杆2及嵌入物8形成销孔28,将销29嵌入到销孔28内,利用销29来防止嵌入物8旋转。其他的结构与图1或图4的实施例相同。
在图5中,在B的实施例中,在张力销16形成有收容槽30及头17,张力销16插入到邻接凹部11内时,头17朝向嵌入物8延伸。并且,将张力销16向轴向槽9插入,从而将向内隆起18收容在收容槽30内。然后,利用操作机构来拉拽张力销16,使张力销16移动,头17与向内隆起18卡合,通过张力销16及嵌入物8来安装热封杆2。也可以如C所示,在向内隆起18形成倾斜面31,在头17形成倾斜面32,使该倾斜面31、32相互卡合,通过倾斜面31、32将张力销16锁定。

1.一种制袋机的热封杆安装装置,将制袋机的热封杆向加热单元安装,其特征在于,包括:
收容凹部,其形成于所述热封杆,且与所述加热单元对置;
嵌入物,其收容、固定于所述收容凹部,沿着与所述加热单元对置的方向延伸,具有向侧面开口的轴向槽,且在所述侧面形成有轴向开口部;
邻接凹部,其形成于所述热封杆,与所述收容凹部相邻,且与所述轴向开口部及轴向槽连通;
张力销,其由所述加热单元支承,朝向所述热封杆延伸,具有形成于前端的头,并插入到所述邻接凹部内,通过所述轴向开口部而插入到所述轴向槽内;
向内隆起,其在所述嵌入物的轴向外端部而形成于所述轴向槽;

所述收容凹部由螺纹孔构成,在所述嵌入物形成有外螺纹,所述嵌入物嵌入到所述螺纹孔中,通过其螺纹槽将所述嵌入物固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热封杆安装装置,其中,
所述嵌入物为U字状截面,所述轴向槽由半圆状部和直线状部构成,所述向内隆起形成于所述半圆状部及直线状部,而且,
在所述半圆状部的中心的周围,在所述向内隆起形成有锥面,所述头为圆形截面且具有锥面,当所述头与所述向内隆起卡合时,该锥面相互卡合,通过所述锥面将所述热封杆定位。
