图7A展示了第一按压部分100和第二按压部分101夹住封接部分B之前的状态,而图7B展示了第一按压部分100和第二按压部分101夹住封接部分B的状态。按压部分100和按压部分101的按压表面上分别设置有加热器H。通过向加热器施加电流,加热器H产生热量,然后通过加热来熔化封接部分B。待封物体A例如由树脂制成,且可通过加热来熔化和密封。
在热封具有大厚度的待封物体A的情况下,在加热器H上,被封接部分B按压的部分与其他部分之间就产生了高度差S。因为常规的加热器H成形为具有约0.1mm至0.2mm厚度的金属平板,如图7C所示,甚至在完成热封而撤消了夹住封接部分B的动作之后,高度差S仍然存在。由于此高度差S,在热封下一个待封物体时,封接部分就可能不能被均匀地热封,以至于有时会引起热封失败。
图8展示了为了封住端部具有角撑C(Gusset C)的袋形待封物体A(所谓的风琴袋)的开口部分而进行热封的情况,特别地,角撑C的部分比其他部分更厚。因而,在不具有柔韧性的情况下,加热器H不能处理封接部分B的厚度变化,以致于有时会存在封接部分B在靠近角撑C的C1和C2部分等处不能被完全地密封的情况。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的,其目的是提供一种具有柔韧性的用于脉冲热封机的加热器,在具有柔韧性的情况下,甚至在热封待封物体后也不大可能会存在变形。
该目的可经由以下的技术方案来达成。即,本发明提供了一种用于脉冲热封机的加热器,其用于通过加热熔化待封物体的封接部分来热封待封物体,包括由多个线形加热元件编织形成的编织绳。
下文将描述具有这种构造的脉冲热封机用加热器的实施和效果。应用此加热器的热封机为用于仅在执行热封操作时通过瞬时加热来熔化和热封封接部分的脉冲式热封机。该加热器是编织(束紧)多个线形加热元件形成的编织绳,且热量由向加热元件施加电流而产生。与传统已知的线形、平板形等的加热器相比,该编织绳具有更高的变形自由度。因而,本发明的加热器具有柔韧性,且甚至在热封待封物体后也不容易存在变形。
该目的可通过以下的本发明内容来达成。即,本发明提供了一种用于脉冲热封机的加热器,其用于通过加热熔化待封物体的封接部分来热封待封物体,该加热器包括通过编织由线形加热元件构成的经线和纬线而形成的织物。
下文将描述具有此构造的脉冲热封机用加热器的实施和效果。应用此加热器的热封机为用于仅在执行热封操作时通过瞬时加热来熔化和热封封接部分的脉冲式热封机。该加热器是编织由线形加热元件制成的经线和纬线而形成的织物,且热量是通过向加热元件通电流而产生的。与传统已知的线形、平板形等的加热器相比,该织物可具有更高的变形自由度。因此,本发明的加热器具有柔韧性,且甚至在热封待封物体后也不容易存在变形。
在上述加热器中,优选地,加热元件为具有0.1mm至0.5mm直径的金属丝。根据这种配置,当编织绳或织物由加热元件制成时,加热器仍可以具有足够的柔韧性。
在上述加热器中,优选地,加热元件为捆扎多个碳纤维形成的碳纤维束。因为碳纤维本身具有柔韧性,因此当编织绳或织物由碳纤维束制成时,加热器仍可以具有足够柔韧性的。
在上述加热器中,优选地,编织绳为扁平或圆形编织绳。该扁平或圆形编织绳是通过将多个线形元件编织成平板形状或圆筒形状而形成的,因而具有足够的柔韧性。因此,本发明可提供具有足够柔韧性的加热器。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图来描述根据本发明的用于脉冲热封机的加热器的优选实施例。图1为加热器的透视图。图2展示了热封机的一个实例,图3为图2所示热封机的俯视图。
热封机
该图示的热封机主要由一包括下框架2和上框架3的热封机主体1和一工作台6形成,使下框架2支撑一接收平台10(相当于第一按压部分),该接收平台用于接收待封物体的封接部分;使上框架3支撑一压力结合杆件4(相当于第二按压部分),该压力结合杆件4用于与接收平台10一起通过一对左臂和右臂5夹紧封接部分,以便该压力结合杆件可围绕一横向轴5a摆动;待封物体安装在工作台6上。
压力结合杆件4通过一复位弹簧8向上摆动和偏移。下框架2中设置有用于克服复位弹簧8的偏置力而摆动并驱使压力结合杆件4向下的螺线管(未图示)。
图4展示了充当按压部分的接收平台10和压力结合杆件4。第一按压表面10a(安装表面)形成于接收平台10的表面上,第二按压表面4a形成于压力结合杆件4的表面上,通过按压表面10a和4a来夹紧并压住(压力结合)待封物体。第一加热器11和第二加热器12分别设置在接收平台10和压力结合杆件4的侧面上,且对应于封接部分B排成一行而设置。加热器11和加热器12由

壳(保护壳)覆盖,其表面充当如上所述的按压表面10a和4a。接收平台10和压力结合杆件4的前端由弹性材料制成,例如,硅橡胶。当通过按压表面10a和4a来压力结合按压待封物体时,前端沿着待封物体的形状弹性地变形。因此,加热器11和加热器12可沿着待封物体的形状变形。
加热器
因为第一加热器11和第二加热器12具有相同的配置,以下将仅描述第一加热器11。如图1所示,第一加热器11由加热器主体111和附接部分112形成。加热器主体111通过通电流来产生热量。附接部分112设置在加热器主体111的两个端部上,用于通过螺钉等将第一加热器11固定至接收平台10。应注意,附件部分112的形状是根据连接点来适当地设计的。
图5展示了加热器主体111的细节。本实施例中的加热器主体111是通过编织多个线形金属丝111a(相当于加热元件)形成的编织绳。整体来看,加热器主体111形成为带状。已知的镍铬合金丝等可用作金属丝111a。金属丝111a的截面例如为具有0.1mm至0.5mm直径的圆形。加热器主体111的厚度为0.2mm至1.0mm。
编织绳是通过使用已知的编织机(绳索制造机器)编织三个或三个以上的线形元件形成的。绳索制造方法包括扁平编织、圆形编织和方形编织,通过这些绳索制造方法编织的编织绳分别称为扁平编织绳、圆形编织绳、方形编织绳等。对于本发明的加热器主体111来说,优选将多个线形金属丝111a编织为平板形或圆柱形的扁平或圆形编织绳的方式。图5是扁平编织绳的一个实例。优选地,编织七至二十三根金属丝111a形成加热器主体111,且优选地,编织绳的编织角为30至60度。然而,金属丝的数目和编织角并不限于此,而是可根据加热器的目的来适当地选择。也可以通过编织其中合并了一至十根薄金属丝的金属丝111a来形成加热器主体111。虽然编织绳的宽度(即,加热器主体111的宽度)是根据待封物体的封接部分的宽度来确定的,但是,优选地,该宽度为2mm至30mm。
另一实施例
加热器主体111可以是编织由线形加热元件制成的经线和纬线形成的织物。平织、斜纹编织、缎纹编织等可作为编织织物的方法的例子。然而,平织是特别优选的,因为厚度大体上固定的加热器主体111可被相对容易地制造。平织是一种通过使经线和纬线交替地升降来编织的方法。
形成为编织绳或织物的加热元件可以是通过捆扎多个碳纤维形成的碳纤维束。
在上述实施例中,接收平台10和压力结合杆件4两者中均设置有加热器,然而,可仅在它们中的一个中设置加热器。如上所述的脉冲热封机是一个实例,本发明的加热器可用于各种脉冲热封机。
在上述实施例中,展示了当带形加热器主体111布置为直线形时使用加热器11的一个实例。然而,因为根据本发明的加热器11在三维方向具有柔韧性,加热器11可用于各种方式。例如,当带形加热器主体111如图9所示以弧形布置于平板上或布置为圆形时,也可以使用加热器11。这时候,加热器主体111由

1.一种用于脉冲热封机的加热器,其用于通过加热熔化待封物体的封接部分来热封待封物体,包括:编织多个线形加热元件形成的编织绳。
2.一种用于脉冲热封机的加热器,其用于通过加热熔化待封物体的封接部分来热封待封物体,包括:编织由线形加热元件制成的经线和纬线形成的织物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的加热器,其中,所述加热元件为直径0.1mm至0.5mm的金属丝。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的加热器,其中,所述加热元件为捆扎多个碳纤维形成的碳纤维束。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加热器,其中,所述编织绳为扁平或圆形编织绳。
