Abstract
【解決手段】被シール物のシール部を加熱することで溶融させてシールするインパルス式ヒートシーラー用のヒーター11であって、複数の糸状の発熱体を編み上げてなる組紐である。発熱体は、直径が0.1〜0.5mmの金属線である。

Description
このヒートシーラーは、下部枠2と上部枠3とから成るヒートシーラー本体1を設け、被シール物のシール部を受け止める受け台10(第1押圧部に相当)を下部枠2に支持させ、シール部を受け台10とで挟持する圧着レバー4(第2押圧部に相当)を、左右一対のアーム5を介して、左右横軸芯5a周りに揺動可能に上部枠3に支持させ、被シール物を載せるテーブル6を設けて構成してある。
第1ヒーター11と第2ヒーター12は同一の構成であるため、ここでは第1ヒーター11について説明を行う。第1ヒーター11は、図1に示すように、ヒーター本体111と取付部112とで構成される。ヒーター本体111は、通電により発熱する。取付部112は、ヒーター本体111の両端部に設けられ、第1ヒーター11を受け台10にネジ等で固定するためのものである。なお、取付部112の形状は、取付箇所に応じて適宜設計される。
ヒーター本体111は、糸状の発熱体からなる縦糸と横糸とで織られた織物であってもよい。織物の織り方としては、平織り、綾織り、朱子織り等が例示されるが、略一定厚みのヒーター本体111を比較的容易に作ることができるため平織りが特に好ましい。平織りは、縦糸と横糸を交互に浮き沈みさせて織られる織り方である。

Claims (5)
- 被シール物のシール部を加熱することで溶融させてシールするインパルス式ヒートシーラー用のヒーターであって、
複数の糸状の発熱体を編み上げてなる組紐であることを特徴とするヒーター。 - 被シール物のシール部を加熱することで溶融させてシールするインパルス式ヒートシーラー用のヒーターであって、
糸状の発熱体からなる縦糸と横糸とで織られた織物であることを特徴とするヒーター。 - 前記発熱体は、直径が0.1〜0.5mmの金属線であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のヒーター。
- 前記発熱体は、複数のカーボン繊維を束ねたカーボン繊維束であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のヒーター。
- 前記組紐は、平打ち又は丸打ちの組紐であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒーター。
