(57)【要約】 (修正有) 【目的】 湯気を発生する充填物を充填するフイルム袋
の熱シールにさいし、シール面に水滴が封じ込められて
分散して残留したりすることのない良好なシール面を得
る。 【構成】 熱板1a,1bには、夫々ヒータ2a,2b
が内蔵され、駆動軸により開閉させて給送されるフイル
ム袋3の開口部を挟圧して熱シールする。この際1対の
熱板のうち片方の熱板1aの狭圧部には、断面形状が円
弧状、半円状、楕円状などの曲面状Pに形成された突起
体1Cを形成し、テフロン膜を被覆形成し、他方の熱板
1bの狭圧部にはシリコンゴムなどの緩衝材5を装着さ
せる。

【考案の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は食品等を対象とした自動包装機におけるフイルム袋の熱シール装置の 改良に係る。

【従来の技術】
図3は一般的なフイルム袋の熱シール方法を示すものであつて、内部に充填物 を収納したフイルム袋3が別途順次搬送されて来ると、架台9に装備された相互 に和反する方向へ移動されるものとなる1対の駆動軸8a、8bを作動させ、内 部にヒータ2a、2bを内蔵した1対の熱板1a、1bでフイルム袋3の上部開 口縁を両側端から一時的に挾圧することにより熱シールするようになつている。 図4はこのときの詳細説明図であつて、1対の熱板のうち片方の熱板1aの挾 圧部には平坦な押圧面を有する突起体1cが形成され、その表面はテフロン膜4 によって被覆されてなり、他方の熱板1bの挾圧部にはシリコンゴム等の緩衝材 5が装着されてなる。
【0003】 従って、フイルム袋3は挾圧部の突起体1cの押圧面によつて局部的に強圧さ れ、テフロン膜4及び緩衝材5を介して熱シールされるようになつている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上記の如き熱シール装置に於いて、今内部にうどん汁など高温(90°〜95 °C)の液体を収納したフイルム袋3の開口部を熱シールするさいには、内部の 液体から発生する湯気が付着した状態で熱シールすることになるが、上記熱板1 aの突起体1cの押圧面が或る巾の平坦面m(普通3〜5mm)を有するため、 シール面3aに水滴6が封じ込められて分散して残留し、透明シール袋の場合に は濁つたようになり、またアルミ袋の場合には水ぶくれになるなどして見栄えが 悪く、商品価値が下り、粘着強度の低下にもつながる等の問題があつた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記問題点を解決せんとするものであつて、その特徴とするところは 熱板の挾圧部の片方に断面形状が曲面状Pをなす突起体1cを形成したことを特 徴とする。

【作用】
熱板の挾圧部に断面形状が曲面状Pをなす突起体1cを形成したので、フイル ム袋の開口部を熱シールするさいシール面に付着している水滴が突起体1cの押 圧動作によつて効果的に外方へ押出されて排除され、残留しないものとなる。

【実施例】
本考案の実施例を図1及び図2によつて説明する。図1に示す如く1対の熱板 1a、1bには夫々れヒータ2a、2bが内蔵され、図示しない1対の駆動軸( 図3の8a、8b)の作動により開閉させて給送されて来たフイルム袋3の開口 部を、その両側面外方から一時的に挾圧して熱シールするようになす。 このさい1対の熱板のうち片方の熱板1aの挾圧部にはその断面形状が円弧状 、半円状、楕円状などの曲面状Pに形成された突起体1cを形成し、テフロン膜 を被覆形成する。 これに対し、他方の熱板1bの挾圧部にはシリコンゴムなどの緩衝材5を装着 させることは従来通りである。
【0008】 今、内部にうどん汁など高温の液体が収納されるフイルム袋の熱シールについ て説明する。 シール前フイルム袋3の開口部付近には収納された高温液体から発生する湯気 が水滴となつて付着している。この状態で熱板1a、1bを閉塞すると袋開口部 はその両側面外方から挾まれる突起体1cによつて押圧されるが、このとき突起 体1cが曲面状pに形成されていることから先づ突起体1cの最先端がフイルム 袋面に接したのち緩衝材5、テフロン膜4等の緩衝効果によつて徐々に接触面が 外方に広がり、それと共にシール面に付着した水滴も外方へ押し出されるから、 結局図2に示す如く水滴の残留しない綺麗なシール面が形成されるものとなる。

【考案の効果】
以上の通り、本考案の熱シール装置は熱板の挾圧部に断面形状が曲面状pをな す突起体1cを形成したので熱シールのさい、シール面に付着した水滴が曲面状 突起体の作用によつて排除されるものとなり、水滴の残留しない綺麗なシール面 が形成されるものとなる。また、粘着強度も高く、シール性が良くなるなどの効 果がある。

    の開口部を、その両側面外方から一時的に挾圧して熱シ
    ールすることを自動的に繰り返す自動包装機に於いて、
    熱板の挾圧都の片方に断面形状が曲面状をなす突起体を
    形成したことを特徴とする自動包装機におけるフイルム
    袋の熱シール装置。
