Abstract
【解決手段】 流体軸受装置1は、ハウジング7と、ハウジング7の内周に固定された軸受スリーブ8とを備える。ハウジング7と軸受スリーブ8との間には、両者を圧入固定した圧入部10と、圧入部10よりも開口側に位置する接着剤充填部11とが設けられる。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも一端を開口させたハウジングと、ハウジングの内周に固定された軸受スリーブとを備え、軸受スリーブの内周面が面するラジアル軸受隙間に形成される潤滑流体の流体膜で支持すべき軸をラジアル方向に支持する流体軸受装置において、
ハウジングと軸受スリーブとの間に、両者を圧入固定した圧入部と、圧入部よりも開口側に形成された接着剤充填部とを有することを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - さらに、ハウジングと軸受スリーブとの間に、軸受スリーブの両端面を連通させる連通路を備え、
連通路と接着剤充填部とが円周方向位置を異ならせて設けられた請求項1に記載の流体軸受装置。 - ハウジングが樹脂の射出成形品である請求項1に記載の流体軸受装置。
- 少なくとも一端を開口させたハウジングと、ハウジングの内周に固定された軸受スリーブとを備え、軸受スリーブの内周面が面するラジアル軸受隙間に形成される潤滑流体の流体膜で支持すべき軸をラジアル方向に支持する流体軸受装置の製造方法において、
ハウジングと軸受スリーブとの間に接着剤充填部を設け、
ハウジングの内周に軸受スリーブを圧入した後、接着剤充填部に接着剤を充填する工程を含むことを特徴とする流体軸受装置の製造方法。 - 前記工程の後、軸受スリーブの外周に接着剤を導入する請求項4に記載の流体軸受装置の製造方法。
