Abstract
【解決手段】可剥性の密封構造は、密封層152および1つまたは複数の任意選択の追加の層154を備える。可剥性の密封構造は、可剥性の密封温度範囲内の全ての温度で密封基材と接触する場合に可剥性のシール部へと形成可能なシール表面を備える。さらに、可剥性の密封構造は、熱可塑性ポリマー、および熱可塑性ポリマーの少なくとも一部分の中に分散された添加剤を含み、可剥性の密封構造が密封表面を画成する。

Claims (37)
- 可剥性の密封構造であって、
熱可塑性ポリマーと、
前記熱可塑性ポリマーの少なくとも一部分の中に分散された添加剤を含み、前記可剥性の密封構造は密封表面を画定し、前記密封表面は可剥性の密封温度範囲内の全ての温度で可剥性のシール部へと形成可能であり、前記可剥性の密封温度範囲は密封開始温度から前記密封開始温度の少なくとも100°F(37.78℃)上の温度であることを特徴とする可剥性の密封構造。 - 前記密封開始温度は、約170°F(76.67℃)から約350°F(148.9℃)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記添加剤は有機クレイを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記有機クレイは、200nmより少ない、少なくとも1つの空間の寸法を有する複数の粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記有機クレイは、少なくとも20オングストロームの平均離隔距離を有するプレートレットを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記有機クレイは、少なくとも30オングストロームの平均離隔距離を有するプレートレットを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記有機クレイは、カオリナイト、モンモリロナイト−スメクタイトクレイ、ベントナイトクレイ、イライトクレイ、およびその組合せからなる群から選択されたクレイを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記有機クレイは、前記熱可塑性ポリマーおよび前記有機クレイを合わせた重量の1wt%から20wt%の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記有機クレイは、前記熱可塑性ポリマーおよび前記有記クレイを合わせた重量の2wt%から10wt%の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーは、ナイロン、ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、エチレンのコポリマー、プロピレンのコポリマー、エチレンビニルアセテート、およびその組合せからなる群から選択される成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーは、エチレンアクリル酸、エチレンエチルアクリレート、エチレンアイオノマーおよびその組合せからなる群から選択される成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーはエチレンビニルアセテートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 密封表面を備える可剥性のシール部であって、
前記密封表面は、可剥性の密封温度範囲内の全ての温度で密封基材と接触する場合に可剥性のシール部へと形成可能であり、前記可剥性の密封温度範囲は密封開始温度から前記密封開始温度の少なくとも100°F(37.78℃)上の温度であることを特徴とする可剥性のシール部。 - 可剥性の密封構造であって、
熱可塑性ポリマーと、
熱可塑性ポリマーの少なくとも一部分の中に分散された添加剤とを備え、前記添加剤は100m2/グラムよりも大きい表面積および10よりも大きいアスペクト比を有し、前記可剥性の密封構造が密封表面を画定することを特徴とする可塑性の密封構造。 - 前記添加剤は、200nmより少ない、少なくとも1つの空間の寸法を有する複数の粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記添加剤は、少なくとも20オングストロームの平均離隔距離を有するプレートレットを備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記添加剤は有機クレイを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記添加剤は、前記熱可塑性ポリマーおよび前記有機クレイを合わせた重量の1wt%から20wt%の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーは、ナイロン、ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、エチレンのコポリマー、プロピレンのコポリマーおよびその組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーは、エチレンアクリル酸、エチレンエチルアクリレート、エチレンアイオノマーおよびその組合せからなる群から選択される成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーはエチレンビニルアセテートを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の可剥性の密封構造。
- 容器区域と、
前記容器区域に取り付けられた可剥性の密封区域を備え、前記密封区域は密封基材および第1の密封層を有し、前記第1の密封層は少なくとも部分的に前記密封基材の上に配置され、そこに接触し、前記第1の密封層は、
熱可塑性ポリマーと、
前記熱可塑性ポリマーの少なくとも一部分の中に分散された添加剤を含み、前記可剥性の密封構造は密封表面を画定し、前記密封表面は基材表面上に可剥性の密封温度範囲内の全ての温度で可剥性のシール部へと形成可能であり、前記可剥性の密封温度範囲は密封開始温度から前記密封開始温度の少なくとも100°F(37.78℃)上の温度であることを特徴とする包装システム。 - 添加剤は前記熱可塑性ポリマーの少なくとも一部分の中に分散され、前記添加剤は100m2/グラムより大きい表面積および10より大きいアスペクト比を有し、前記可剥性の密封構造は密封表面を画定することを特徴とする請求項22に記載の包装システム。
- 前記添加剤は有機クレイを含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の包装システム。

- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーはエチレンビニルアセテートを含むことを特徴とする請求項29に記載の包装システム。
- 前記密封基材は前記第1の密封層に接触する第2の密封層を含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の包装システム。
- 前記第2の密封層は、
熱可塑性ポリマーと、
前記熱可塑性ポリマー内に分散された有機クレイを備えることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の包装システム。 - 前記密封区域は前記第1の密封層の上に配置された1つまたは複数の追加のポリマー層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の包装システム。
- その中に含まれる食料製品をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の包装システム。
- その中に含まれる殺菌された対象物をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の包装システム。
- 前記殺菌された対象物は医療デバイスであることを特徴とする請求項35に記載の包装システム。
