技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,涉及一种食品包装用易撕盖铝箔。
背景技术
食品容器口的封装,目前,多采用马口铁盖圈配合铝箔膜的易撕盖,具有较好的阻隔保护和易开启特点而被广泛应用。例如专利号为CN105459539A于2016年04月06日公开的一种易撕盖铝箔,包括阻隔层、设置在所述阻隔层上面的保护层以及设置在所述阻隔层下面的热封层,所述保护层由丙烯酸树脂、醋酸乙酯、聚酰胺树脂以及有机硅滑爽剂混合而成,所述阻隔层由丙烯酸树脂、聚烯烃树脂、醋酸乙酯、MDI型聚氨酯以及醋酸乙酯混合而成。具有密封效果好,不漏气,不漏液,开启后盖圈不残留粘结液的特点。但是这种易撕盖铝箔用于盛装泡菜等有酸性成分的宝座容器顶盖时,铝箔会受到腐蚀,影响食品安全。
专利公开号为CN 101665174A、公开日为2010.03.10的中国发明专利公开了一种热熔胶铝箔封口膜及其制造方法,封口膜依次包括保护层、阻隔层、基层和热封层;所述阻隔层是铝箔层;所述基层是聚乙烯膜层或流延聚丙烯膜层,其中虽然公开了基层,但是其作用是通过把聚乙烯膜层或流延聚丙烯膜层作为基层,有效提高了整体的强度和牢度,结实耐用且阻隔性能较好。还是无法解决耐腐蚀的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种食品包装用易撕盖铝箔,解决现有的易撕盖铝箔存在的上述问题,能够耐腐蚀,保证使用安全。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种食品包装用易撕盖铝箔,包括铝箔层、设置在所述铝箔层上表面的第一功能层、设置在所述铝箔层下表面的第二功能层和设置在所述第二功能层下表面的第三功能层,所述第二功能层采用涂液一涂覆而成,所述涂料 一的主成分为丙烯酸树脂,所述第三功能层采用涂液二涂覆而成,所述涂液二的主成分为聚酯树脂。
上述技术方案,通过设置第二功能层,起到保护铝箔不受腐蚀的作用,可用于盛装有酸性等腐蚀性的食品,提高食品包装安全。本方案中的丙烯酸树脂作为第二功能层的主成分,可以起到防腐蚀作用,并且与铝箔的连接力好,不会脱落,不影响易撕盖的易撕效果。
作为优选,所述第二功能层的厚度为0.03-0.1mm。
作为优选,所述第二功能和所述第三功能层的厚度比为1:1-2。
作为优选,所述铝箔层为软态铝箔层,厚度为0.08-0.1mm。
第二功能层的厚度不仅决定防腐蚀的效果,还影响着易撕盖密封效果和剥离效果,厚度低于0.03mm无法实现防腐蚀的效果,超过0.1mm,导致剥离效果差,第三功能层会残留在容器口。
作为优选,所述涂液一包括下列重量份的组分丙烯酸树脂65-85份、溶剂一35-45份、填料一2-10份、添加剂一2-5份。按照本方案配方得到的涂液一,涂覆得到的第一功能层,其成型度更好,防腐蚀效果佳,与铝箔和第三功能层的连接力适合,剥离顺畅,无残留。
作为优选,所述涂液一中的填料一为食品级蒙脱石、淀粉、纳米氧化钛和碳酸钙的混合物。
涂液一中的填料选用现有技术中常用的填料,滑石粉、碳酸钙、淀粉等,能够达到理想的防腐效果,但是,第二功能层与铝箔的连接力差,撕盖时,容易导致第二功能层和第三功能层残留在容器口,本方案中的填料,不仅可以保证良好的防腐效果,而且能够加大第二功能层与铝箔的连接力,尤其是蒙脱石的加入,使得易撕盖的剥离更顺畅,无残留。
进一步优选,食品级蒙脱石、纳米氧化钛和碳酸钙的混合质量比为3-5:1:0.5-1.5。
作为优选,所述涂液二包括下列重量份的组分聚酯树脂60-75份、溶剂二23-35份、填料二3-8份、添加剂二1-5份。按照本方案配方得到的涂液二,涂覆得到的第二功能层,其成型度更好,热封效果佳,与第二功能层的连接力适合,剥离顺畅,无残留。

通过环氧树脂对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,改性后的树脂用于第二功能层主成分,防腐效果更好,与铝箔层和第三功能层的连接力更合适,剥离更顺畅,不会出现残留。
上述易撕盖铝箔的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)配料:铝箔、涂液一、涂料二、涂料三:
(2)铝箔上机放卷,施加张力;
(3)用涂料三在铝箔的上表面涂布,形成第一功能层,涂布量为2.0-4.0g/m2
(4)对铝箔第一功能层进行烘干干燥;
(5)通过冷风、冷却辊降低铝箔温度。
(6)在铝箔的下表面涂布上涂液一,干燥,形成第二功能层,涂布量为2.0-4.0g/m2
(7)在铝箔的第二功能层上涂布涂液二,形成第三功能层,涂布量为7.0-8.0g/m2,对铝箔进行加热干燥烘干;
(8)对第三功能层冷却,冷却后收卷。
通过实施上述技术方案,本发明提供的易撕盖铝箔,密封性好,连接牢固,剥离顺畅,能够耐腐蚀,保证使用安全。

涂液一包括下列重量份的组分丙烯酸树脂65份、溶剂一45份、填料一2份、添加剂一5份;丙烯酸树脂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯中的混合物,填料一为食品级蒙脱石、纳米氧化钛和碳酸钙的质量比为3:1:1.5混合的混合填料;添加剂一为氧化锌和氧化铁的混合物。
涂液二包括下列重量份的组分聚酯树脂60份、溶剂二35份、壳聚糖(填料二)3份、添加剂二5份,聚酯树脂为通过环氧接枝进行改性的改性聚酯树脂,接枝率为12%。
实施例5:
一种食品包装用易撕盖铝箔,包括铝箔层、设置在所述铝箔层上表面的第一功能层、设置在所述铝箔层下表面的第二功能层和设置在所述第二功能层下表面的第三功能层,所述第二功能层采用涂液一涂覆而成。铝箔层为软态铝箔层,厚度为0.1mm,第二功能层的厚度为0.03mm,第二功能和所述第三功能层的厚度比为1: 2,第三功能层的厚度为0.06mm。
涂液一包括下列重量份的组分丙烯酸树脂85份、溶剂一35份、填料一10份、添加剂一2份;填料一为食品级蒙脱石、纳米氧化钛和碳酸钙的质量比为5:1:0.5混合的混合填料;添加剂一为氧化锌和氧化铁按质量比1:1的混合物。
涂液二包括下列重量份的组分聚酯树脂75份、溶剂二23份、壳聚糖(填料二)8份、添加剂二1份,聚酯树脂为通过环氧接枝进行改性的改性聚酯树脂,接枝率为18%。
实施例6:
一种食品包装用易撕盖铝箔,包括铝箔层、设置在所述铝箔层上表面的第一功能层、设置在所述铝箔层下表面的第二功能层和设置在所述第二功能层下表面的第三功能层,所述第二功能层采用涂液一涂覆而成。铝箔层为软态铝箔层,厚度为0.1mm,第二功能层的厚度为0.03mm,第二功能和所述第三功能层的厚度比为1: 2,第三功能层的厚度为0.06mm。
涂液一包括下列重量份的组分丙烯酸树脂80份、溶剂一40份、填料一8份、添加剂一4份;填料一为食品级蒙脱石、纳米氧化钛和碳酸钙的质量比为4:1:1混合的混合填料;添加剂一为氧化锌和氧化铁按质量比1:2的混合物。
涂液二包括下列重量份的组分聚酯树脂65份、溶剂二30份、壳聚糖(填料二)5份、添加剂二3份,聚酯树脂为通过环氧接枝进行改性的改性聚酯树脂,接枝率为15%。
环氧改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法如下:(1)备料:混合单体:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸、苯乙烯;偶联剂、环氧树脂、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰;(2)将二甲苯升温至50℃,加入环氧树脂,边升温边搅拌,至环氧树脂全部溶解,得到初混液;(3)将部分预先配制好的混合单体加入初混液中,加入偶联剂,混匀,得到二混液,将过氧化苯甲酰溶解在剩下的混合单体中,匀速滴入二混液中,最后保温、出料,制得改性丙烯酸树脂。

Claims (4)

1.一种食品包装用易撕盖铝箔,包括铝箔层,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述铝箔层上表面的第一功能层、设置在所述铝箔层下表面的第二功能层和设置在所述第二功能层下表面的第三功能层,所述第二功能层采用涂液一涂覆而成,所述涂液一的主成分为丙烯酸树脂,所述第三功能层采用涂液二涂覆而成,所述涂液二的主成分为聚酯树脂;所述第二功能层的厚度为0.03-0.1mm;所述第二功能和所述第三功能层的厚度比为1:1-2;所述铝箔层为软态铝箔层,厚度为0.1-0.15mm;所述涂液一包括下列重量份的组分丙烯酸树脂65-85份、溶剂一35-45份、填料一2-10份、添加剂一2-5份;所述涂液一中的填料一为食品级蒙脱石、淀粉、纳米氧化钛和碳酸钙的混合物;所述丙烯酸树脂采用环氧改性丙烯酸树脂,环氧改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法如下:(1)备料:混合单体:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸、苯乙烯;偶联剂、环氧树脂、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰;(2)将二甲苯升温至50℃,加入环氧树脂,边升温边搅拌,至环氧树脂全部溶解,得到初混液;(3)将部分预先配制好的混合单体加入初混液中,加入偶联剂,混匀,得到二混液,将过氧化苯甲酰溶解在剩下的混合单体中,匀速滴入二混液中,最后保温、出料,制得环氧改性丙烯酸树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种食品包装用易撕盖铝箔,其特征在于,所述涂液二包括下列重量份的组分聚酯树脂60-75份、溶剂二23-35份、填料二3-8份、添加剂二1-5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种食品包装用易撕盖铝箔,其特征在于,所述添加剂一为氧化锌和氧化铁的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种食品包装用易撕盖铝箔,其特征在于,所述聚酯树脂为通过环氧接枝进行改性的改性聚酯树脂。
