Abstract

本发明属于复合软包装领域,具体涉及一种含酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜的制备方法。本发明工艺包括PETG印刷膜的制备,VMPET膜的制备,流延聚丙烯膜的制备以及干式复合等步骤,其中,通过在聚丙烯树脂中添加嵌段聚丙烯和茂金属聚乙烯进行改性,使用流延CPP机器生产出来的特殊性底膜流延聚丙烯膜具有低温热封的同时又具有易揭,气密性高等优点。通过所述方法制备不胀包封合盖膜材质结构为PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜)复合膜。本发明复合膜能充分对酱油产生高密闭的环境,使酱油处于优良状态,不会受外界在影响。

Description

一种含酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合软包装领域,特别涉及一种含酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着对封装方便、简易的需求,市场上有较多的易揭杯盖膜,大多数的盖膜产品使用的热封层为功能性树脂(EVA,EMA 等等),对于此类树脂,很多时候它的卫生性能方面是无法符合国标的要求,而且从加工性看,此类树脂对生产设备的要求比较高,技术门槛较高。
专利201020174388.4公开了一种易揭杯盖膜,其具有满足GB9683-88卫生标准及生产成本低的优点,但由于油墨层在表面,当封口温度高于200时,如油墨层耐热性不够,可能导致热封时油墨层脱落问题。
对于在封装含酱油容器时,除上述现有技术盖膜的问题外,考虑到酱油自身产生反应气体如果排不掉又会使酱油盖膜隆起,影响酱油的新鲜度。因此,开发一种能够满足于食品安全、封装性能良好的不胀包封合盖膜十分必要。
发明内容
本发明涉及含酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜的制备方法,通过对盖膜结构上再搭配及胶粘剂上的改进,能够实现盖膜对酱油容器的封合,密封性好又容易揭开,且能充分对酱油产生高密闭的环境,使酱油处于优良状态,不会受外界在影响。
本发明涉及酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜是采用合理的搭配,将不同性质的薄膜或其它柔性材料的粘合在一起,再经封合,起到承载、保护及装饰内装物的目的。外层材料是选用高的机械强度和优异的柔性,比起PVC透明度高,光泽好,容易印刷并具有环保优势材料共聚酯(PETG),中间层材料采用的是加强复合结构的阻隔性、遮光性和保香性的真空聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET),内层材料最为关键,它是负责封合性,内层结构直接接触内物,因此采用无毒、无味、耐水和耐油的流延聚丙烯膜(CPP)。由于流延聚丙烯膜存在质地过硬、热封性能和抗冲击性能较差,本发明所述流延聚丙烯膜(CPP)通过在聚丙烯树脂中添加嵌段聚丙烯和茂金属聚乙烯进行改性制备,通过多次的配比调试,最终通过流延CPP机器生产出来的特殊性底膜,它也是盖膜组成中最重要的一个环节,它具有低温热封的同时又具有易揭,气密性高等优点。可见,本发明一方面通过选择环保膜材料,另一方面通过改性剂改进膜材料性能解决现有技术问题,得到一种含酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜。
本发明涉及一种含酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述不胀包封合盖膜材质结构为PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜)。具体制备工艺如下:
步骤1、将PETG膜放在印刷机的放卷架上,调配油墨,倒入墨斗,以机台速度140-160m/min开始运行,PETG膜经牵引进行正面印刷后,经35-65℃烘箱干燥后,获得PETG印刷膜;
步骤2、原料PET膜镀铝,形成VMPET,所述镀铝厚度0.03-0.04微米,能够阻隔光线、氧气及水汽;
步骤3、流延聚丙烯膜的制备:按重量份数称取聚丙烯100重量份,嵌段聚丙烯30-50重量份,茂金属聚乙烯10-20重量份,开口剂和爽滑剂3-5重量份,混合上述原料,流延成膜;所述嵌段聚丙烯为F354NV;
步骤4、干式复合:根据工艺要求将步骤1-3制备的PETG膜、VMPET、流延聚丙烯膜置于干复机中,进行干式复合形成PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜)复合膜,干复时选用环保胶水SY-03,控制上胶量为2.8-3.2g/m2,干式复合过程中,其中,第1阶段进行PETG膜与VMPET复合,涂布干燥烘道温度为T1=75℃、T2=80℃、T3=85℃、T4=90℃, 第1放卷张力4kgf/cm2,第2放卷张力8kgf/c m2,收卷张力12kgf/cm2,之后,进行第2阶段复合,PETG膜/VMPET复合膜与流延聚丙烯膜复合,涂布干燥烘道温度为T1=60℃、T2=70℃、T3=80℃、T4=90℃, 第1放卷张力4kgf/c m2,第2放卷张力6kgf/c m2,收卷张力3.8kgf/c m2;
步骤5、熟化:将PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜)复合膜送入熟化机熟化,熟化温度45-55℃、熟化时间24-36h;
步骤6、分切,入库。
本发明在热封层中添加一定量的茂金属聚乙烯来提高其热封性能,包括降低热封温度和提高热封强度。一个方面,本发明茂金属聚乙烯优选重均分子量分布2-4,辛烯含量10-20mol%,熔体流动指数(MFI)为0.5-2g/10min,测试条件为2.16kg的负荷、190℃的试验温度。例如陶氏生产的Elite 5100G、Elite 5110G。
一个方面,本发明爽滑剂为酰胺类化合物,所述开口剂为AB720。
一个方面,本发明PETG膜厚12微米,VMPET膜厚12微米,流延聚丙烯膜厚50微米。
本发明还涉及一种将含酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜用于含酱油塑料容器的封盖的用途,所述含酱油塑料容器可以是PP或PET容器。
具体实施方式
实施例1
步骤1、将PETG膜放在印刷机的放卷架上,调配油墨,倒入墨斗,以机台速度140/min开始运行,PETG膜经牵引进行正面印刷后,经45℃烘箱干燥后,获得PETG印刷膜;
步骤2、原料PET膜镀铝,形成VMPET,所述镀铝厚度0.03微米;
步骤3、流延聚丙烯膜的制备:按重量份数称取聚丙烯100重量份,嵌段聚丙烯30重量份,茂金属聚乙烯Elite 5100G 15重量份,开口剂和爽滑剂5重量份,混合上述原料,流延成膜;所述嵌段聚丙烯为F354NV;
步骤4、干式复合:根据工艺要求将步骤1-3制备的PETG膜、VMPET、流延聚丙烯膜置于干复机中,进行干式复合形成PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜)复合膜,干复时选用环保胶水SY-03,控制上胶量为2.8g/m2,干式复合过程中,其中,第1阶段进行PETG膜与VMPET复合,涂布干燥烘道温度为T1=75℃、T2=80℃、T3=85℃、T4=90℃, 第1放卷张力4kgf/cm2,第2放卷张力8kgf/cm2,收卷张力12kgf/cm2,之后,进行第2阶段复合,PETG膜/VMPET复合膜与流延聚丙烯膜复合,涂布干燥烘道温度为T1=60℃、T2=70℃、T3=80℃、T4=90℃, 第1放卷张力4kgf/cm2,第2放卷张力6kgf/cm2,收卷张力3.8kgf/c m2;
步骤5、熟化:将PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜)复合膜送入熟化机熟化,熟化温度45℃、熟化时间36h;
步骤6、分切,入库。
所述PETG膜厚12微米,VMPET膜厚12微米,流延聚丙烯膜厚50微米。
实施例2
步骤1、将PETG膜放在印刷机的放卷架上,调配油墨,倒入墨斗,以机台速度160m/min开始运行,PETG膜经牵引进行正面印刷后,经55℃烘箱干燥后,获得PETG印刷膜;
步骤2、原料PET膜镀铝,形成VMPET,所述镀铝厚度0.04微米;
步骤3、流延聚丙烯膜的制备:按重量份数称取聚丙烯100重量份,嵌段聚丙烯40重量份,茂金属聚乙烯Elite 5110G 20重量份,开口剂和爽滑剂3重量份,混合上述原料,流延成膜;所述嵌段聚丙烯为F354NV;
步骤4、干式复合:根据工艺要求将步骤1-3制备的PETG膜、VMPET、流延聚丙烯膜置于干复机中,进行干式复合形成PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜)复合膜,干复时选用环保胶水SY-03,控制上胶量为3.2g/m2,干式复合过程中,其中,第1阶段进行PETG膜与VMPET复合,涂布干燥烘道温度为T1=75℃、T2=80℃、T3=85℃、T4=90℃, 第1放卷张力4kgf/cm2,第2放卷张力8kgf/cm2,收卷张力12kgf/cm2,之后,进行第2阶段复合,PETG膜/VMPET复合膜与流延聚丙烯膜复合,涂布干燥烘道温度为T1=60℃、T2=70℃、T3=80℃、T4=90℃, 第1放卷张力4kgf/cm2,第2放卷张力6kgf/cm2,收卷张力3.8kgf/cm2;
步骤5、熟化:将PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜)复合膜送入熟化机熟化,熟化温度55℃、熟化时间30h;
步骤6、分切,入库。
所述PETG膜厚12微米,VMPET膜厚12微米,流延聚丙烯膜厚50微米。
通过本发明实施例获得不胀包封合盖膜符合我国复合膜卫生标准,正己烷蒸发残渣<30mg/L,热封温度<150℃,且热封过程无油墨脱落现象。

Claims (4)

1.一种含酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述不胀包封合盖膜材质结构为PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜),具体制备工艺如下:
步骤1、将PETG膜放在印刷机的放卷架上,调配油墨,倒入墨斗,以机台速度140-160m/min开始运行,PETG膜经牵引进行正面印刷后,经35-65℃烘箱干燥后,获得PETG印刷膜;
步骤2、原料PET膜镀铝,形成VMPET,所述镀铝厚度0.03-0.04微米,能够阻隔光线、氧气及水汽;
步骤3、流延聚丙烯膜的制备:按重量份数称取聚丙烯100重量份,嵌段聚丙烯30-50重量份,茂金属聚乙烯10-20重量份,开口剂和爽滑剂3-5重量份,混合上述原料,流延成膜;所述嵌段聚丙烯为F354NV;
步骤4、干式复合:根据工艺要求将步骤1-3制备的PETG膜、VMPET、流延聚丙烯膜置于干复机中,进行干式复合形成PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜)复合膜,干复时选用环保胶水SY-03,控制上胶量为2.8-3.2g/m2,干式复合过程中,其中,第1阶段进行PETG膜与VMPET复合,涂布干燥烘道温度为T1=75℃、T2=80℃、T3=85℃、T4=90℃, 第1放卷张力4kgf/cm2,第2放卷张力8kgf/c m2,收卷张力12kgf/cm2,之后,进行第2阶段复合,PETG膜/VMPET复合膜与流延聚丙烯膜复合,涂布干燥烘道温度为T1=60℃、T2=70℃、T3=80℃、T4=90℃, 第1放卷张力4kgf/c m2,第2放卷张力6kgf/c m2,收卷张力3.8kgf/c m2;
步骤5、熟化:将PETG膜/VMPET(真空聚酯镀铝膜)/CPP(流延聚丙烯膜)复合膜送入熟化机熟化,熟化温度45-55℃、熟化时间24-36h;
步骤6、分切,入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述PETG膜厚12微米,VMPET膜厚12微米,流延聚丙烯膜厚50微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含酱油塑料容器不胀包封合盖膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述爽滑剂为酰胺类化合物,所述开口剂为AB720。
4.一种将权利要求1-3任一方法制备的不胀包封合盖膜用于含酱油塑料容器的封盖的用途,所述含酱油塑料容器可以是PP或PET容器。
