本发明公开了条形包装易撕复合膜及其制造方法。包括依次连接的承印层、文字图案层以及热封层,同时,在所述文字图案层和所述热封层之间设置有黏合剂层,所述承印层为易撕型聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,所述文字图案层为油墨层,所述热封层为聚乙烯膜层。其制造步骤如下:①、印刷;②、复合;③、熟化。本发明在不做撕裂口的前提下,仍然具有易撕的特性,便于消费者打开包装,节约消费者时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及软包装技术领域,具体是条形包装易撕复合膜及其制造方法。
背景技术
咖啡是世界三大软饮料之一,是世界上仅次于石油的第二大交易品,其流行程度可见一斑。烘焙咖啡豆(粉)包装是咖啡包装中形式最多样的,饮用时也较为繁琐;速溶咖啡包装则相对简单的多,一般采用密封小包装袋,目前以长条装为主。
目前市场上常用的条形包装复合袋也有不少缺点,如复合袋拉伸强度太大,不易撕等等。
为改善塑料包装袋以上缺陷,部分产品可做撕裂口等等处理,但是较小的条状包装不适合做撕裂口处理,欲要撕开饮用就必须借助外力,如剪刀,故做“条形包装易撕复合膜”的研究。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了条形包装易撕复合膜及其制造方法,其具有易撕的特性,无需额外借助工具,方便消费者。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:条形包装易撕复合膜,包括依次连接的承印层、文字图案层以及热封层,同时,在所述文字图案层和所述热封层之间设置有黏合剂层,所述承印层为易撕型聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,所述文字图案层为油墨层,所述热封层为聚乙烯膜层。
上述技术方案中,优选的,在所述文字图案层和所述热封层之间还设置有铝箔层,同时,所述铝箔层与所述文字图案层之间以及所述铝箔层与所述热封层之间均设置有对应的黏合剂层。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述热封层由低密度聚乙烯、均聚型聚丁烯、改性乙烯醋酸乙烯酯以及茂金属线性聚乙烯混合后吹塑制成。
上述技术方案中,优选的,不具有铝箔层的条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法,其步骤如下:
①、印刷:首先,通过印刷机在承印层一侧面上印刷一层油墨烘干后形成油墨层,印刷机的速度为100-220m/min ,干燥温度为40-80℃;
②、复合:通过干式复合机,在油墨层侧面上涂覆黏合剂形成黏合剂层,再将热封层热压复合在黏合剂层上,形成坯膜,干式复合机速度:≤200m/min,干燥温度:一组:50-65℃,二组:65-85℃,三组:75-90℃,热鼓温度:50-70℃;
③、熟化:对坯膜进行保温式熟化处理。
上述技术方案中,优选的,具有铝箔层的条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法,其步骤如下:
①、印刷:首先,通过印刷机在承印层一侧面上印刷一层油墨烘干后形成油墨层,印刷机的速度为100-220m/min ,干燥温度为40-80℃;
②、复合一:通过干式复合机,在油墨层侧面上涂覆黏合剂后形成黏合剂层,再将铝箔层一侧面热压复合在该黏合剂层上,干式复合机速度:≤200m/min,干燥温度:一组:50-65℃,二组:65-85℃,三组:75-90℃,热鼓温度:50-65℃;
③、复合二:通过干式复合机,在铝箔层另一侧面上涂覆上黏合剂后形成黏合剂层,再将热封层热压复合在该黏合剂层上,形成坯膜,干式复合机速度:≤180m/min,干燥温度:一组:50-65℃,二组:65-85℃,三组:75-90℃,热鼓温度:50-70℃;
④、熟化:对坯膜进行保温式熟化处理,熟化室温度:40-50℃,熟化时间:≥48h。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在不做撕裂口的前提下,仍然具有易撕的特性,便于消费者打开包装,节约消费者时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
E-PET:易撕型聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。E-PET薄膜具有透明、光泽度高、印刷适应性强等特点;无嗅、无味、无色、无毒;其物理性能是在普通E-PET上进行改进,大大减弱了其柔韧性,各方向都具有较好的易撕效果;有极好的耐磨性、耐折叠性、耐针孔性和抗撕裂性等;热收缩性极小,从而提高其热封性、阻隔性;E-PET还具有良好的耐热性、优异的耐蒸煮性、耐低温冷冻性,良好的耐油性和耐化学品性等。 E-PET薄膜除了硝基苯、氯仿、苯甲醇外,大多数化学品都不能使它溶解。不过,E-PET会受到强碱的侵蚀,使用时应注意。PET膜吸水率低,耐水性好,适宜包装含水量高的食品。
AL:铝箔,阻隔氧气、水蒸气。铝箔是柔软的金属材料,不仅具有防潮、气密、遮光、耐磨蚀、保香、无毒无味等优点,而且还因为其有优雅的银白色光泽,易于印刷加工出各种色彩的美丽图案和花纹,因而更容易受到人们的青睐。
铝箔阻隔性良好,作为包装材料可以对水蒸气、空气、紫外线和细菌等屏蔽,使包装物受到了完好的保护,可以保证蒸煮类食物一年以上不变质。高温和低温时状态稳定,机械性能、复合适应性好等特点。
PE:聚乙烯膜,撕裂性较好,制袋时自封,起热封作用。聚乙烯膜外观为半透明,无毒、无味、无臭,卫生性能可靠的塑料包装膜。低温下有良好的耐冲击性能,耐热性较差,具有优良的成型性和热封和性。低吸水性,防潮性极好,透气性大,保香性差。化学性稳定,可耐各种强盐、碱溶液,50%的硫酸,40%硝酸等。耐寒性好,可长期在-40℃的低温环境下使用。大量用于食品、药品、日用品以及金属制品的一般防潮包装和冷冻食品包装。
黏合剂:保证A、B两种材料的粘结效果。
油墨:通过印刷将文字、色彩、图案等呈现。
本发明中提到的印刷机均为凹版印刷机。
(实施例1、条形包装易撕复合膜)
参见图1,条形包装易撕复合膜,包括依次连接的承印层1、文字图案层2以及热封层3,同时,在所述文字图案层2和所述热封层3之间设置有黏合剂层,黏合剂层厚度为1-5 um,所述承印层1为易撕型聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,易撕型聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层不仅具有承印与阻隔的双重功能,而且还具备横纵向易撕效果,易撕型聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层厚度为6-20um,所述文字图案层2为油墨层,油墨层厚度为1-5 um,所述热封层3为聚乙烯膜层,聚乙烯膜层厚度为30-80 um。
所述热封层由20-40%的低密度聚乙烯、10-30%的均聚型聚丁烯、35-55%的改性乙烯醋酸乙烯酯和20-30%的茂金属线性聚乙烯混合后吹塑制成,使热封层具有良好的挺度、低温热封性和抗污染能力,内膜具有较好的热封性和易撕性。

参见图2,条形包装易撕复合膜,包括依次连接的承印层1、文字图案层2、铝箔层4以及热封层3,同时,所述铝箔层与所述文字图案层之间以及所述铝箔层与所述热封层之间均设置有对应的黏合剂层,铝箔层厚度为7-15 um,黏合剂层厚度为1-5 um,所述承印层为易撕型聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,易撕型聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层厚度为6-20um,所述文字图案层为油墨层,油墨层厚度为1-5 um,所述热封层为聚乙烯膜层,聚乙烯膜层厚度为30-80 um。
所述热封层由20-40%的低密度聚乙烯、10-30%的均聚型聚丁烯、35-55%的改性乙烯醋酸乙烯酯和20-30%的茂金属线性聚乙烯混合后吹塑制成,使热封层具有良好的挺度、低温热封性和抗污染能力,内膜具有较好的热封性和易撕性。
(实施例3、条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法)
本实施例是上述实施例1中条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法,其步骤如下:
①、印刷:首先,通过印刷机在承印层一侧面上印刷一层油墨烘干后形成油墨层,印刷机的速度为100-220m/min ,干燥温度为40-80℃;
②、复合:通过干式复合机,在油墨层侧面上涂覆上黏合剂后形成黏合剂层,再将热封层热压复合在黏合剂层上,形成坯膜,干式复合机速度:≤200m/min,干燥温度:一组:50-65℃,二组:65-85℃,三组:75-90℃,热鼓温度:50-70℃,其中,干燥温度是呈梯段改变的,一组、二组、三组是指三个温变梯段;
③、熟化:对坯膜进行保温式熟化处理,熟化室温度:40-50℃,熟化时间:≥48h。
④、分切:严格按分切要求操作;
⑤、包装,塑袋+瓦楞纸箱包装,运输包装打托盘。
(实施例4、条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法)
本实施例是上述实施例2中条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法,其步骤如下:
①、印刷:首先,通过印刷机在承印层一侧面上印刷一层油墨烘干后形成油墨层,印刷机的速度为100-220m/min ,干燥温度为40-80℃;
②、复合一:通过干式复合机,在油墨层侧面上涂覆上黏合剂后形成黏合剂层,再将铝箔层复合在该黏合剂层上,干式复合机速度:≤200m/min,干燥温度:一组:50-65℃,二组:65-85℃,三组:75-90℃,热鼓温度:50-65℃,其中,干燥温度是呈梯段改变的,一组、二组、三组是指三个温变梯段;
③、复合二:通过干式复合机,在铝箔层上涂覆上黏合剂后形成黏合剂层,再将热封层复合在该黏合剂层上,形成坯膜,干式复合机速度:≤180m/min,干燥温度:一组:50-65℃,二组:65-85℃,三组:75-90℃,热鼓温度:50-70℃,其中,干燥温度是呈梯段改变的,一组、二组、三组是指三个温变梯段;
④、熟化:在熟化室内对坯膜进行保温式熟化处理,熟化室温度:40-50℃,熟化时间:≥48h。
⑤、分切:严格按分切要求操作;
⑥、包装,塑袋+瓦楞纸箱包装,运输包装打托盘。

Claims (9)
1.条形包装易撕复合膜,其特征在于:包括依次连接的承印层(1)、文字图案层(2)以及热封层(3),同时,在所述文字图案层(2)和所述热封层(3)之间设置有黏合剂层,所述承印层(1)为易撕型聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,所述文字图案层(2)为油墨层,所述热封层(3)为聚乙烯膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的条形包装易撕复合膜,其特征在于:在所述文字图案层(2)和所述热封层(3)之间还设置有铝箔层(4),同时,所述铝箔层(4)与所述文字图案层(2)之间以及所述铝箔层(4)与所述热封层(3)之间均设置有对应的黏合剂层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的条形包装易撕复合膜,其特征在于:所述热封层(3)由低密度聚乙烯、均聚型聚丁烯、改性乙烯醋酸乙烯酯以及茂金属线性聚乙烯混合后吹塑制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法,其步骤如下:
①、印刷:首先,通过印刷机在承印层一侧面上印刷一层油墨烘干后形成油墨层;
②、复合:通过干式复合机,在油墨层侧面上涂覆黏合剂形成黏合剂层,再将热封层热压复合在黏合剂层上,形成坯膜;
③、熟化:对坯膜进行保温式熟化处理。
5.如权利要求2所述的条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法,其步骤如下:
①、印刷:首先,通过印刷机在承印层一侧面上印刷一层油墨烘干后形成油墨层;
②、复合一:通过干式复合机,在油墨层侧面上涂覆黏合剂后形成黏合剂层,再将铝箔层一侧面热压复合在该黏合剂层上;
③、复合二:通过干式复合机,在铝箔层另一侧面上涂覆上黏合剂后形成黏合剂层,再将热封层热压复合在该黏合剂层上,形成坯膜;
④、熟化:对坯膜进行保温式熟化处理。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法,其特征在于:在步骤①中,印刷机的速度为100-220m/min ,干燥温度为40-80℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法,其特征在于:在步骤②中,干式复合机速度:≤200m/min,干燥温度:一组:50-65℃,二组:65-85℃,三组:75-90℃,热鼓温度:50-70℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法,其特征在于:在复合一中,干式复合机速度:≤200m/min,干燥温度:一组:50-65℃,二组:65-85℃,三组:75-90℃,热鼓温度:50-65℃;在复合二中,干式复合机速度:≤180m/min,干燥温度:一组:50-65℃,二组:65-85℃,三组:75-90℃,热鼓温度:50-70℃。
9.根据权利要求4或5所述的条形包装易撕复合膜的制造方法,其特征在于:熟化室温度:40-50℃,熟化时间:≥48h。
