Abstract
【解決手段】第一のプロセスステップにおいて、第一の接触層(12)と、該接触層から間隔をおいて設けられた第一の電極層(14)とが担体基盤(10)に設けられる。第一及び第二の区切り層(18,20)が次に担体基盤(10)に設けられる。その後、多孔質支持マトリックスで提供されたPDLCD混合物を備える機能層(26)が第一及び第二の区切り層(18及び20)の間に設けられる。次に保護層(28)が第一及び第二の区切り層(18及び20)の間の機能層(26)に設けられ、最後に第一の接触層(12)と接触する第二の電極層(30)が保護層(28)に設けられる。

Description
第一の接触層と、分離面により第一の接触層から間隔を置いて設けられた第一の電極層とを担体基盤に設け、
電気的に絶縁された第一の区切り層を分離面で担体基盤に設け、電気的に絶縁された第二の区切り層を第一の電極層に設け、機能領域及び第一の接触層から離れた第二の接触面が第一の電極層において開放しており、
多孔質支持マトリックスで提供されたPDLCD混合物を備える機能層を第一及び第二の区切り層の間の機能領域に設け、機能層を硬化させ、
保護層を第一及び第二の区切り層の間での硬化したPDLCD混合物に設け、
第二の電極層を保護層に設け、第二の電極層は、保護層を越えて第一の接触層に向け突出部分だけ突出し、この突出部分は、導電性接続層部分により第一の接触層に接触する。

Claims (10)
- LCD、特に、PDLCDの製造プロセスであって、
第一の接触層(12)と、分離面(16)により前記第一の接触層から間隔を置いて設けられた第一の電極層(14)とを担体基盤(10)に設け、
電気的に絶縁された第一の区切り層(18)を分離面(16)で前記担体基盤(10)に設け、電気的に絶縁された第二の区切り層(20)を前記第一の電極層(14)に設け、
機能領域(22)と、前記第一の接触層(12)から離れた第二の接触面(24)とが前記第一の電極層(14)において開放しており、
多孔質支持マトリックスで提供されたPDLCD混合物を備える機能層(26)を前記第一及び第二の区切り層(28)の間の前記機能領域(22)に設け、前記機能層(26)を硬化させ、
保護層(28)を前記第一及び第二の区切り層(18及び20)の間の前記機能層(26)に設け、
第二の電極層(30)を前記保護層(28)に設け、
前記第二の電極層(30)は、前記保護層(28)を越えて前記第一の接触層(12)に向け突出部分(32)だけ突出し、該突出部分(32)は、導電性接続層(34)により前記第一の接触層(12)に接触することを特徴とするプロセス。 - 柔軟性の担体が前記担体基盤(10)として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- PEDOT/PSS又はITO電極材料が前記第一の電極層(14)として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 架橋された多孔質支持マトリックスの粘着性PDLCD混合物が前記機能層(26)として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記PDLCD混合物は、異なる濃度関係で提供されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- PEDOT/PSS層が前記保護層(28)として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 非導電性薄膜形成層が前記保護層(28)として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第二の電極層(30)には、カバー担体(36)が設けられ、前記第二の電極層は、前記保護層(28)に積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 柔軟性のカバー担体が前記カバー担体(36)として使用されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- ロールトゥーロールプロセスが実行されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
