Abstract
【解決手段】SBW−ECU40は、シフトポジションの切換要求があると(S100にてYES)、目標位置カウント値を設定するステップ(S102)と、アクチュエータを通電するステップ(S104)と、現在位置カウント値と目標位置カウント値とが略同じ値であれば(S106にてYES)、アクチュエータ通電をオフするステップ(S108)と、現在位置カウント値が目標位置カウント値よりも大きいと(S110にてYES)、現在位置カウント値を谷位置に対応するカウント値として学習するステップ(S112)と、現在位置カウント値が目標位置カウント値よりも小さいと(S114にてYES)、現在位置カウント値からガタ量を減算した値を谷位置に対応するカウント値として学習するステップ(S116)とを含む、プログラムを実行する。

Claims (6)
- 操作部材の状態に対応した信号に基づくアクチュエータの回転力により、車両に搭載された自動変速機のシフトポジションを切り換えるシフト切換機構の制御装置であって、前記アクチュエータには、前記アクチュエータの回転位置に応じて、シフトポジションに対応する回転位置側への回転力を生じさせる機構が設けられ、
前記アクチュエータの回転量を検出するための検出手段と、
前記信号および前記検出された回転量に基づいて前記アクチュエータを制御するための制御手段と、
前記制御手段による前記アクチュエータの制御が停止されたときに、停止時点からの前記アクチュエータの回転量に基づいて、前記シフトポジションに対応する回転位置を学習するための学習手段とを含む、シフト切換機構の制御装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、電力の供給を受けて回転力を発現する回転電機であって、
前記制御手段は、アクチュエータへの電力供給を遮断することにより、前記アクチュエータの制御を停止するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載のシフト切換機構の制御装置。 - 前記機構には、前記アクチュエータの回転範囲を規制する規制部材が設けられ、
前記学習手段は、前記規制部材により規制される前記アクチュエータの回転位置を基準として、前記シフトポジションに対応する回転位置を学習するための手段を含む、請求項1または2に記載のシフト切換機構の制御装置。 - 操作部材の状態に対応した信号に基づくアクチュエータの回転力により、車両に搭載された自動変速機のシフトポジションを切り換えるシフト切換機構の制御方法であって、前記アクチュエータには、前記アクチュエータの回転位置に応じて、シフトポジションに対応する回転位置側への回転力を生じさせる機構が設けられ、
前記アクチュエータの回転量を検出するステップと、
前記信号および前記検出された回転量に基づいて前記アクチュエータを制御する制御ステップと、
前記アクチュエータの制御が停止されたときに、停止時点からの前記アクチュエータの回転量に基づいて、前記シフトポジションに対応する回転位置を学習する学習ステップとを含む、シフト切換機構の制御方法。 - 前記アクチュエータは、電力の供給を受けて回転力を発現する回転電機であって、
前記制御ステップは、アクチュエータへの電力供給を遮断することにより、前記アクチュエータの制御を停止するステップを含む、請求項4に記載のシフト切換機構の制御方法。 - 前記機構には、前記アクチュエータの回転範囲を規制する規制部材が設けられ、
前記学習ステップは、前記規制部材により規制される前記アクチュエータの回転位置を基準として、前記シフトポジションに対応する回転位置を学習するステップを含む、請求項4または5に記載のシフト切換機構の制御方法。
