Abstract
【解決手段】1次コイル11を有する1次側コイル基板10及び2次コイル21を有する2次側コイル基板20と、間隙をおいて対向する1次側コイル基板10及び2次側コイル基板20の前記間隙に挿入されるスペーサ部31を一体に有する、少なくとも表面が絶縁性の放熱体30と、1次側コイル基板10及び2次側コイル基板20に設けられたE型フェライトコア40とを備えている。

Claims (8)
- 1次コイルを有する1次側コイル基板及び2次コイルを有する2次側コイル基板と、
間隙をおいて対向する前記1次側コイル基板及び2次側コイル基板の前記間隙に挿入されるスペーサ部を一体に有する、少なくとも表面が絶縁性の放熱体と、
前記1次側コイル基板及び前記2次側コイル基板に設けられた磁気コアとを備えたことを特徴とするプレーナ型トランス。 - 前記1次側コイル基板及び2次側コイル基板は、表裏面及び中間層にコイル導体パターンを形成した多層基板であり、前記中間層のコイル導体パターンの延長部が外周面に露出し、直接又は良熱伝導性部材を介し前記放熱体に接触している請求項1記載のプレーナ型トランス。
- 前記1次側コイル基板及び2次側コイル基板は前記コイル導体パターンの内側位置に貫通孔を有し、前記貫通孔に前記磁気コアの中央脚が挿入されている請求項1又は2記載のプレーナ型トランス。
- 前記放熱体の外面には多数の放熱用凸部又は凹部が形成されている請求項1,2又は3記載のプレーナ型トランス。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4のプレーナ型トランスを回路基板に搭載したことを特徴とするスイッチング電源。
- 前記回路基板には前記1次側コイル基板及び2次側コイル基板を位置決めする抜き穴が形成され、前記1次側コイル基板及び2次側コイル基板の嵌合用凸部が前記抜き穴に嵌合している請求項5記載のスイッチング電源。
- 前記回路基板と前記プレーナ型トランスとをモールド樹脂で一体化した請求項5又は6記載のスイッチング電源。
- 前記モールド樹脂の外面に放熱用凸部又は凹部が形成されている請求項5,6又は7記載のスイッチング電源。
