Description
図1Aは、本発明の実施の形態1に係る第1コイル部品の要部を示す分解斜視図である。図1Bは、本発明の実施の形態1に係る第1コイル部品の要部を示す斜視図である。図1を参照して、実施の形態1の第1コイル部品100について説明する。
図8は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る電力変換装置の要部を示す分解斜視図である。図9Aは、本発明の実施の形態2に係る第1コイル部品及び第2コイル部品が第3凹部に収容された状態を上面から見た説明図である。図9Bは、本発明の実施の形態2に係る第1コイル部品及び第2コイル部品が第3凹部に収容された状態を正面から見た説明図である。図8及び図9を参照して、実施の形態2の電力変換装置301について説明する。なお、図1〜図5に示す電力変換装置300と同様の構成部材には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
図10は、本発明の実施の形態3に係る電力変換装置の要部を示す分解斜視図である。図11Aは、本発明の実施の形態3に係る第1コイル部品が第1凹部に収容された状態を上面から見た説明図である。図11Bは、本発明の実施の形態3に係る第1コイル部品が第1凹部に収容された状態を正面から見た説明図である。図11Cは、本発明の実施の形態3に係る第1コイル部品が第1凹部に収容された状態を側面から見た説明図である。図10及び図11を参照して、実施の形態3の電力変換装置302について説明する。なお、図1〜図5に示す電力変換装置300と同様の構成部材には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (10)
- 板状の巻線部材と、前記巻線部材に取り付けられたコアとを有するプレーナ型のコイル部品と、
前記コイル部品が縦置配置にて収容された凹部を有する筐体と、
前記凹部と前記コイル部品間に充填された充填剤と、
を備える電力変換装置。 - 前記コアは焼成品であり、前記コアと前記巻線部材間に前記充填剤が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記巻線部材は、多層基板と、前記多層基板のうちの内部層に設けられたコイルパターンとにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記筐体はダイカスト成形品であり、前記凹部に複数個の前記コイル部品が収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
- 複数個の前記コイル部品のうち、少なくとも1個の前記コイル部品により変圧器が構成されており、かつ、少なくとも1個の前記コイル部品によりリアクトルが構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記凹部の開口部と対向配置された主回路用プリント基板を備え、
前記コイル部品の端子が前記主回路用プリント基板と電気的に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記コイル部品は、前記凹部内に設けられた位置決め部材により前記凹部に対して位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記凹部に複数個の前記コイル部品が収容されており、前記コイル部品間に隔壁部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記コイル部品は、前記凹部内に設けられた放熱保持部材により保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
- 車載用であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
