Claims (5)
- 平板状に形成された一次巻線と、
平板状に形成された二次巻線と、
前記一次巻線と前記二次巻線とを挿通する柱状コア部、当該柱状コア部の長さ方向に沿った一方の端部に連結された第1コア部、および前記長さ方向に沿った他方の端部に連結された第2コア部を有する磁性コアとを備えているトランスであって、
前記磁性コアは、前記柱状コア部を挟んで当該柱状コア部の側方に配設された一対の側脚を備え、
一方の前記側脚における長さ方向に沿った一方の端部と前記第1コア部における一方の端部とが連結され、他方の前記側脚における長さ方向に沿った一方の端部と前記第1コア部における他方の端部とが連結され、前記一方の側脚における前記長さ方向に沿った他方の端部と前記第2コア部における一方の端部とが連結され、かつ前記他方の側脚における前記長さ方向に沿った他方の端部と前記第2コア部における他方の端部とが連結されると共に、
前記柱状コア部における前記一方の端部側の部位、前記一方の側脚における前記一方の端部側の部位、前記他方の側脚における前記一方の端部側の部位、および前記第1コア部が一体化された第1部材と、前記柱状コア部における前記他方の端部側の部位、前記一方の側脚における前記他方の端部側の部位、前記他方の側脚における前記他方の端部側の部位、および前記第2コア部が一体化されて前記第1部材とは別体に構成された第2部材とを備え、
前記柱状コア部における前記一方の端部側の部位と当該柱状コア部における前記他方の端部側の部位とが接し、前記一方の側脚における前記一方の端部側の部位と当該一方の側脚における前記他方の端部側の部位とが接し、かつ前記他方の側脚における前記一方の端部側の部位と当該他方の側脚における前記他方の端部側の部位とが接した状態となって前記第1コア部における前記柱状コア部が位置する側の壁面、および当該第1コア部の当該壁面と対向する前記第2コア部における前記柱状コア部が位置する側の壁面が互いに平行な状態となるように形成され、
前記一次巻線および前記二次巻線は、一方が前記第1コア部の前記壁面に固定されると共に、他方が前記第2コア部の前記壁面に固定されて、相互間の距離が一定に規定されているトランス。 - 前記一次巻線および前記二次巻線のうちの少なくとも一方は、基板に形成されたコイル状導体パターンで構成されている請求項1記載のトランス。
- 前記一次巻線および前記二次巻線は、対応する前記壁面に接着剤で接着されて固定されている請求項1または2記載のトランス。
- 放熱部材を備えている請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のトランス。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のトランスと、
前記一次巻線に直流入力電圧を断続的に印加するスイッチング部と、
前記二次巻線に接続されて、当該二次巻線に発生する交流電圧を整流平滑して直流出力電圧を出力する二次側整流平滑部と、
前記直流出力電圧に基づいて前記スイッチング部の動作を制御する制御部とを備えている電源装置。
