Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンのアイドル状態が所定時間以上継続するロングアイドル状態にあるか否か判定し(S12)と、肯定されたとき、オイルレベルセンサの出力を蒸発量補正係数で補正してロングアイドル状態におけるオイルレベル推定値を算出し(S14)と、算出されたオイルレベル推定値に基づいてオイルレベル量の適否を判定する(S16からS20)。

Claims (2)
- 排気行程においてポスト噴射を行って排気中の微粒子を捕集するフィルタを再生する内燃機関のオイルパンに貯留されたエンジンオイルのレベルを検出する内燃機関のオイルレベル検出装置において、前記オイルパンに配置されて前記エンジンオイルのレベルに応じた出力を生じるオイルレベルセンサと、前記内燃機関のアイドル状態が所定時間以上継続するロングアイドル状態にあるか否か判定するロングアイドル判定手段と、前記ロングアイドル状態にあると判定されたとき、前記オイルレベルセンサの出力を蒸発量補正係数で補正して前記ロングアイドル状態におけるオイルレベル推定値を算出するオイルレベル推定値算出手段と、前記算出されたオイルレベル推定値に基づいて前記オイルレベル量の適否を判定するオイルレベル適否判定手段とを備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関のオイルレベル検出装置。
- 前記蒸発量補正係数は、前記内燃機関の容積と前記オイルパンの形状の少なくともいずれかに応じて設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関のオイルレベル検出装置。
