Abstract
【解決手段】 半導体発光素子からなる光源部1と、光源部1から出射される光を配光させるための光学部材2とでランプモジュールLMを構成する。光源部1は複数の発光部102を表面に並列配置した面発光レーザ素子101と、面発光レーザ素子の表面に配設されて発光部を露呈させる複数のマスク開口部104を備えるマスク103と、マスク開口部内に充填された蛍光体105とを備える。光源部をモノリシックな構成とすることで複数の発光部の配列ピッチを低減でき、光源を小型化するとともに灯具の小型化が可能になる。

Claims (5)
- 半導体発光素子を備える光源部と、前記光源部から出射される光を配光させるための光学部材とを備え、前記光源部は平面配列された複数の発光部を表面に有する面状集積光源と、前記面状集積光源の表面に配設され、前記発光部を露呈させる複数の開口部を備えるマスクと、前記マスクの開口部内に充填された蛍光体とを備えることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
- 前記マスクの開口部は前面側に向かって開口径が増大するように内壁が傾斜されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記マスクは隣接する開口部との境界部となる前記内壁の前縁部が鋭利な断面形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記内壁の表面が反射面として処理されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記光学部材は前記光源部と一体的に構成され、前記複数の発光部を選択的に発光可能な制御回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
