Claims (6)
- 外科的処置に使用するためのチタン金属インプラントを処理して、金属基板と一体化し且つ殺生物性材料を組み込んだ表面層を形成する方法であって、少なくとも30分間50V以上の電圧でインプラントを陽極酸化して表面層を生成すること、及び続いてイオン交換を行って該表面層に殺生物性金属のイオンを組み込むことを含む、方法。
- 陽極酸化を行って、濃密で硬い表面層と、その表面にいくらかより柔らかく且つより多孔性の材料で充填されている浅い穴を生成し、且つ陽極酸化電圧の大きさ及びその持続時間を制御して該浅い穴の数及びサイズを制御する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 殺生物性金属が銀である、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 陽極酸化工程が、リン酸を含む電解質を用いる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- リン酸の濃度が、5質量%〜20質量%である、請求項4記載の方法。
- 電解質が、500ppm以下の濃度の塩素イオンを含む、請求項4又は5記載の方法。
