Abstract
【解決手段】 フィルタは、タンクと、第1の回転式フィルタ12と、第2の回転式フィルタ14とから成る。第1の回転式フィルタ12は、くさび型ワイヤ巻き円筒と、縦溝を有し、固体粒片を第2のフィルタ12の方へ押しのけるために回転する錐状部30とを有する。第2のフィルタ12は、渦巻き効果が発生している場合には、全ての固体材料及び発泡を、確実にフィルタの外部に除外するよう、さらに多数のくさび型ワイヤを用いている。注入流体は、注入針20のための第2のフィルタ14の内部の中心から回収される。

Claims (21)
- 多孔性の外側面を有する第1の細長い濾過円筒と、
第1の端部及び第2の端部と、内部錐状部とを有する第1の回転式フィルタと、
第1の回転式フィルタに動作自在に接続され、第1の回転式フィルタから液体を受容するように構成されているタンクと、
多孔性の外側面を有する第2の伸長濾過円筒と、内部室を形成する第1の端部及び第2の端部とを有し、その一部がタンク内に配置され、第1の回転式フィルタから固型廃棄物を受容するように構成されている第2の回転式フィルタ
とを備えることを特徴とする、固型廃棄物を濾過するための濾過システム。 - 動作自在にタンクに接続された、第2の回転式フィルタの外側表面から、固型廃棄物を取り除くための手段を、更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 第2の伸長濾過円筒の内部室と連通する管を、更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記管に流動可能な状態でに接続される注入手段を、更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の濾過システム。
- 固型廃棄物を取り除くための前記手段は、擦過板であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の濾過システム。
- 固型廃棄物を取り除くための前記手段は、空気ナイフであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の濾過システム。
- システムの運転中に、第1のフィルタを逆流により洗浄する逆流洗浄手段を、更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- システムの運転中に、第2のフィルタを逆流により洗浄する逆流洗浄手段を、更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 錐状部と第1の伸長濾過円筒とは、動作自在に差込接続に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 第1のフィルタに動作自在に接続される第1のギアと、第2のフィルタに動作自在に接続される第2のギアとを更に備え、第1のギアと第2のギアとは、共通の駆動手段により駆動されるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 第1のギアと第2のギアとは、異なる速度で駆動されるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の濾過システム。
- 第1の回転式フィルタの第1の伸長濾過円筒は、一定の隙間もって巻かれるくさび型形のワイヤにより構成され、もって、所定の寸法の固体の通過を防止しつつ液体を通過させるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 第1の回転式フィルタの第1の伸長濾過円筒は、くさび型ワイヤにより構成されており、前記ワイヤを、前記ワイヤ間の隙間が長さ方向に所定の様式で変化するように巻くことにより、通過できる固体の寸法を漸次大きくしてあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 第1の回転式フィルタの錐状部は、その長さ方向に対して一定の高さを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 第1の回転式フィルタの錐状部の高さは、その長さ方向に対して変化することにより、濾過円筒を通過する液体の濾過を最適化していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 第1の回転式フィルタの錐状部は、その長さ方向に対して一定のピッチを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 第1の回転式フィルタの錐状部のピッチは、その長さ方向に対して変化することにより、濾過円筒を通過する液体の濾過を最適化していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 錐状部と第1の濾過円筒とは、異なる速度で回転するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 第1の伸長濾過円筒と内部錐状部とを有する第1の回転式フィルタに、固液懸濁液を導入する固液懸濁液導入工程と、
多孔性の外筒に、液体を通過させつつ、錐状部により、固体をフィルタの第2の端部に移動させる固液分離工程と、
第1の端部及び第2の端部を有する第2の伸長濾過円筒と、多孔性の外側面とを備え、その一部がタンク内に配置されている、第2の回転式フィルタの、外側へ、固体を脱落させる固体除外工程と、
第2の回転式フィルタを回転させることにより、固体は、擦過板に移動する一方で、全ての残留流体は、タンクからの流体と共に多孔性の外面を通過し、そこから流体は濾過システムの外へとポンプ輸送される回収工程
とを備えることを特徴とする、固液懸濁液から固体を濾過する方法。 - 第2の回転式フィルタは、タンク内の液体の表面から発泡を取り除くことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 第2の回転式フィルタの表面の内側において、流体を、高圧でポンプ輸送し、逆流を生じさせることにより、閉塞を生じさせていた粒子をタンクに戻すことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の方法。
