Abstract
【解決手段】部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコールを基礎とし、両側の粗度Rz=1〜30μmを有するシートaを提供する工程、及びシートの一方の側を、相応して粗面処理された80〜170℃の温度のエンボスローラbと、0〜60℃の温度の加圧ローラcとの間でエンボス処理して、エンボス加工された表面の粗度Rz=20〜100μmを有するシートを得る工程によって製造する方法において、該加圧ローラが50〜80のショアA硬度を有する。

a. 部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコールを基礎とし、両側の粗度Rz=1〜30μmを有するシートを提供する工程、及び
b. シートのもう一方の側を、相応して粗面処理された80〜170℃の温度のエンボスローラと、0〜60℃の温度の加圧ローラとの間でエンボス加工し、その際、該加圧ローラは50〜80のショアA硬度を有し、そしてエンボス加工された表面の粗度Rz=20〜100μmを有するシートを得る工程
によって製造する方法である。
・ 一般式HO−(R−O)n−Hで示され、Rがアルキレンであり、かつnが5より大きいポリアルキレングリコール、
・ 一般式HO−(CH2−CH2−O)n−(CH2−CH(CH3)−O)m−Hで示され、nが2より大きく、mが3より大きく、かつ(n+m)が25より小さい、エチレングリコールとプロピレングリコールとからなるブロックコポリマー、
・ 一般式R1O−(CH2−CH2−O)n−(CH2−CH(CH3)−O)m−HあるいはHO−(CH2−CH2−O)n−(CH2−CH(CH3)−O)m−R1で示され、nが2より大きく、mが3より大きく、かつ(n+m)が25より小さく、R1が有機基である、エチレングリコールとプロピレングリコールとからなるブロックコポリマーの誘導体、
・ 一般式R1−O−(R2−O)n−Hで示され、R2がアルキレンであり、かつnが2以上であり、ポリアルキレングリコールの両方の末端ヒドロキシ基の一方の水素が有機基R1によって置換されているポリアルキレングリコールの誘導体、
・ 一般式R1−O−(R2−O)n−R3で示され、R2がアルキレンであり、かつnが5より大きく、ポリアルキレングリコールの末端ヒドロキシ基で水素が有機基R1あるいはR3によって置換されているポリアルキレングリコールの誘導体
からなる可塑剤の群が該当する。
エンボスローラ直径: 245mm
硬質ゴムローラ 70±5のショアA
ゴムローラ直径: 255mm
エンボスローラの粗度: 約80μm
表面被覆: PTFE
以下のエンボス特性を有するシートが得られた:
Claims (10)
- 部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコールを基礎とし、第一の側の粗度Rz=1〜30μmと第二の側の粗度Rz=20〜100μmを有するシートを製造するにあたり、以下の方法工程:
a. 部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコールを基礎とし、両側の粗度Rz=1〜30μmを有するシートを提供する工程、及び
b. シートの一方の側を、相応して粗面処理された80〜170℃の温度のエンボスローラと、0〜60℃の温度の加圧ローラとの間でエンボス処理して、エンボス加工された表面の粗度Rz=20〜100μmを有するシートを得る工程
によって製造する方法において、該加圧ローラが50〜80のショアA硬度を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、シートに、エンボスローラと加圧ローラとの間で、線圧20〜80N/mmを加えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の方法において、加圧ローラの表面が、ゴム又はEPDMからなることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、エンボスローラの温度差がローラの幅と周長とにわたって2℃未満であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、加圧ローラの温度差がローラの幅と周長とにわたって2℃未満であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、シートのエンボス加工された側の表面が、粗度Rz20〜80μmを有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、シートの温度を、方法工程b)の前及び/又は後に、−10〜+20℃に調整することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、シートのエンボス加工された側を冷却することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、シートのエンボス加工されていない側を冷却することを特徴とする方法。
- 1又は複数のプラスチックシートと、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された少なくとも2つのシートとからなり、プラスチックシートがシートのエンボス加工されていない側の間に配置されている積層物。
