Description
本発明は、より柔軟な内側ポリマー層がより剛性の外側層の間に接触して配置されている積層ガラスの用途、例えば特に音響の抑制が望まれる用途に有用な複数層中間層に関する。
「ポリマーフィルム」は、本明細書で使用する場合、性能を高める層として機能する比較的薄くおよび硬質のポリマー層を意味する。「ポリマーフィルム」は、本明細書で使用する場合、ポリマー層とは異なり、ポリマーフィルムはそれ自体、複数層グレージング構造体に必要な貫入抵抗(penetration resistance)およびガラス保持特性を提供せず、むしろ赤外線吸収特性のような性能を改善する。ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)が、ポリマーフィルムとして最も一般的に使用される。
「ポリマー層」は、本明細書で使用する場合、積層されたグレージングパネルに適切な貫入抵抗およびガラス保持特性を提供する中間層として使用するため、単独で適切な薄い層または一つを超える層のスタック中に、任意の適切な方法で形成される熱可塑性ポリマー構造体を意味する。可塑化されたポリ(ビニルブチラール)は、ポリマー層を形成するのに最も一般的に使用される。
Claims (15)
- 可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーを含む第一ポリマー層、
可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーを含む第二ポリマー層、および
可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーを含む第三ポリマー層
を含み、
前記第二ポリマー層が、前記第一ポリマー層および前記第三ポリマー層の間に配置され、
前記第一ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が、前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力より少なくとも15kg/cm2大きく、
前記第三ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が、前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断力より少なくとも15kg/cm2大きく、
前記第二ポリマー層の反対側の前記第一ポリマー層の表面はエンボスされたRZ値が50〜90ミクロンであり、および
前記第一ポリマー層は厚さが0.05〜0.71mmである、
ポリマー中間層。 - 前記第二ポリマー層の反対側の前記第一ポリマー層の前記表面はエンボスされたRSM値が700ミクロン未満である、請求項1に記載の中間層。
- 前記第二ポリマー層の反対側の前記第三ポリマー層の表面はエンボスされたRZ値が50〜90ミクロンであり、エンボスされたRSM値が700ミクロン未満である、請求項1に記載の中間層。
- 前記第一ポリマー層、前記第二ポリマー層および前記第三ポリマー層が、各々ポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む、請求項1に記載の中間層。
- 前記第二ポリマー層の反対側の前記第一ポリマー層の表面はエンボスされたRZ値が50〜70ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の中間層。
- 可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーを含む第一ポリマー層、
可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーを含む第二ポリマー層、および
可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーを含む第三ポリマー層
を含み、
前記第二ポリマー層が、前記第一ポリマー層および前記第三ポリマー層の間に配置され、
前記第一ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が、前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力より少なくとも15kg/cm2大きく、
前記第三ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が、前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断力より少なくとも15kg/cm2大きく、
前記第二ポリマー層の反対側の前記第一ポリマー層の表面はエンボスされたRSM値が700未満ミクロンであり、
前記第二ポリマー層の反対側の前記第一ポリマー層の表面はエンボスされたRZ値が50〜90ミクロンであり、および
前記第一ポリマー層は厚さが0.05〜0.71mmである
ポリマー中間層。 - 可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーを含む第一ポリマー層、
可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーを含む第二ポリマー層、および
可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーを含む第三ポリマー層
を含み、
前記第二ポリマー層が、前記第一ポリマー層および前記第三ポリマー層の間に配置され、
前記第一ポリマー層は、25重量%未満の残留ヒドロキシル含有量を有し、
前記第二ポリマー層は、23重量%未満の残留ヒドロキシル含有量を有し、
前記第二ポリマー層の反対側の前記第一ポリマー層の表面はエンボスされたRSM値が700未満ミクロンであり、および
前記第二ポリマー層の反対側の前記第一ポリマー層の表面はエンボスされたRZ値が50〜90ミクロンであり、厚さが0.05〜0.71mmである
ポリマー中間層。 - 第一ポリマー溶融物、第二ポリマー溶融物および第三ポリマー溶融物を形成し、
前記第一ポリマー溶融物、前記第二ポリマー溶融物および前記第三ポリマー溶融物を同時に押出してポリマー中間層を形成し、
ここで、第二ポリマー層が、第一ポリマー層および第三ポリマー層の間に配置され、
前記ポリマー中間層を90℃未満まで冷却し、
前記ポリマー中間層の表面を、138℃から204℃まで加熱し、ならびに
前記ポリマー中間層の前記表面を、エンボス加工によって、RZ値50から90ミクロンまでエンボスする
ステップを含み、
前記第一ポリマー層は、引張り破断応力が前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力より少なくとも15kg/cm2大きく、および
前記第三ポリマー層は、引張り破断応力が前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力より少なくとも15kg/cm2大きい、
ポリマー中間層の製造方法。 - 前記冷却を60℃未満まで実施する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第一ポリマー溶融物、第二ポリマー溶融物および第三ポリマー溶融物を形成し、
前記第一ポリマー溶融物、前記第二ポリマー溶融物および前記第三ポリマー溶融物を同時に押出してポリマー中間層を形成し、
ここで、第二ポリマー層が、第一ポリマー層および第三ポリマー層の間に配置され、
前記ポリマー中間層を90℃未満まで冷却し、
前記ポリマー中間層の表面を、138℃から204℃まで加熱し、ならびに
前記ポリマー中間層の前記表面を、エンボス加工によって、RZ値50から90ミクロンまでエンボスし、
前記第一ポリマー層は、引張り破断応力が前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力より少なくとも15kg/cm2大きく、
前記第三ポリマー層は、引張り破断応力が前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力より少なくとも15kg/cm2大きく、ならびに
前記ポリマー中間層を、二つの剛性基板の間に積層して複数層グレージングパネルを形成する
ステップを含む方法で製造される複数層グレージングパネル。 - 前記ポリマー中間層が、50から90ミクロンのRzを有する請求項10に記載のグレージングパネル。
- 前記ポリマー中間層の斑状吸収のエンボス後の減少が10.5%までである、請求項11に記載のグレージングパネル。
- 前記ポリマー中間層の斑状吸収のエンボス後の減少が26.5%までである、請求項11に記載のグレージングパネル。
- 前記ポリマー中間層の斑状吸収が、174℃でのエンボス後で3.8から3.4まで減少する、請求項11に記載のグレージングパネル。
- 前記ポリマー中間層の斑状吸収が、193℃又は204℃でのエンボス後で3.8から2.8まで減少する、請求項11に記載のグレージングパネル。
