Abstract
La presente invención provee capas intermedias de capas múltiples que tienen una capa interior relativamente blanda y capas exteriores relativamente rígidas que pueden ser laminadas sin distorsión óptica inaceptable, y usadas en varias aplicaciones de tipo panel de vidrio de capas múltiples; las capas intermedias de capas múltiples de la presente invención tienen topografía de superficie que se forma estampando la superficie expuesta de la capa intermedia, o capas individuales de la capa intermedia de capas múltiples, después de la formación de la capa intermedia o capas; el procedimiento de estampado se lleva a cabo bajo condiciones de temperatura que previenen la transferencia del estampado a las capas interiores de la capa intermedia; mediante el control preciso del estampado de la capa intermedia, la laminación de la capa intermedia con un substrato rígido no lleva a distorsión óptica inaceptable causada por la transferencia de la topografía de superficie a través de las capas exteriores más rígidas en las capas internas más blandas de la capa intermedia.
