Abstract
【解決手段】乗員室内の空気をバッテリ用ブロワーファンの駆動により吸気してバッテリに送風する室内吸気モードとエアコン(エバポレータ)により冷却された空気をバッテリ用ブロワーファンの駆動により吸気してバッテリに送風するA/C吸気モードとをダンパにより切り替える際、車速Vが所定車速Vref以上のときには直ちにダンパを切り替え(S320〜S340)、車速Vが所定車速未満のときにはダンパの切り替えを禁止する(S350,S360)。車速が大きいときには走行に基づく騒音(暗騒音)によりダンパの切替に伴って発生する風切り音をマスクすることができるから、車速Vが所定車速Vref以上のときに限ってダンパを切り替えることにより、運転者や乗員に違和感を与えるのを抑制できる。

Description
自動車に搭載された蓄電装置を冷却する冷却システムであって、
異なる場所の空気を吸気して前記蓄電装置に送風する複数の送風モードを有する送風手段と、
前記複数の送風モードにおける各送風路の開通と遮断とを切り替えることにより該複数の送風モードを切り替える送風モード切替手段と、
車室内における騒音の程度を検出または推定する騒音程度検出推定手段と、
前記送風モード切替手段を介して前記蓄電装置に送風されている状態で前記送風モードの切替要求がなされたとき、前記検出または推定された騒音の程度に基づいて前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風手段と前記送風モード切替手段とを制御する制御手段と
を備えることを要旨とする。
上述した各態様のいずれかの本発明の冷却システム、即ち、基本的には、自動車に搭載された蓄電装置を冷却する冷却システムであって、異なる場所の空気を吸気して前記蓄電装置に送風する複数の送風モードを有する送風手段と、前記複数の送風モードにおける各送風路の開通と遮断とを切り替えることにより該複数の送風モードを切り替える送風モード切替手段と、車室内における騒音の程度を検出または推定する騒音程度検出推定手段と、前記送風モード切替手段を介して前記蓄電装置に送風されている状態で前記送風モードの切替要求がなされたとき、前記検出または推定された騒音の程度に基づいて前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風手段と前記送風モード切替手段とを制御する制御手段とを備える冷却システムを搭載する
ことを要旨とする。
前記送風モード切替手段を介して前記蓄電装置に送風されている状態で前記送風モードの切替要求がなされたとき、車室内における騒音の程度に基づいて前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風モード切替手段を制御する
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (14)
- 自動車に搭載された蓄電装置を冷却する冷却システムであって、
異なる場所の空気を吸気して前記蓄電装置に送風する複数の送風モードを有する送風手段と、
前記複数の送風モードにおける各送風路の開通と遮断とを切り替えることにより該複数の送風モードを切り替える送風モード切替手段と、
車室内における騒音の程度を検出または推定する騒音程度検出推定手段と、
前記送風モード切替手段を介して前記蓄電装置に送風されている状態で前記送風モードの切替要求がなされたとき、前記検出または推定された騒音の程度に基づいて前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風手段と前記送風モード切替手段とを制御する制御手段と
を備える冷却システム。 - 前記制御手段は、前記検出または推定された騒音の程度が所定程度以上のときには前記切替要求に応じた送風モードに切り替えられるよう前記送風手段と前記送風モード切替手段とを制御し、前記検出または推定された騒音程度が前記所定程度未満のときには前記切替要求に拘わらず現在設定されている送風モードが維持されるよう前記送風手段と前記送風モード切替手段とを制御する手段である請求項1記載の冷却システム。
- 請求項1または2記載の冷却システムであって、
車室内の空気調和を行なう空調装置を備え、
前記複数の送風モードは、車室内または車室外の空気を吸気して直接に前記蓄電装置に送風する第1の送風モードと、前記空調装置により冷却された空気を吸気して前記蓄電装置に送風する第2の送風モードとを含む
冷却システム。 - 前記制御手段は、前記切替要求として前記第1の送風モードから前記第2の送風モードへの切替要求がなされたとき、前記検出または推定された騒音の程度が所定程度以上のときには前記第2の送風モードに切り替えられるよう前記送風手段と前記送風モード切替手段とを制御し、前記検出または推定された騒音の程度が前記所定程度未満のときには前記第1の送風モードを維持すると共に前記蓄電装置への送風が増量されるよう前記送風手段と前記送風モード切替手段とを制御する手段である請求項3記載の冷却システム。
- 前記制御手段は、前記切替要求として前記第2の送風モードから前記第1の送風モードへの切替要求がなされたとき、前記検出または推定された騒音の程度が所定程度以上のときには前記第1の送風モードに切り替えられるよう前記送風手段と前記送風モード切替手段とを制御し、前記検出または推定された騒音の程度が前記所定程度未満のときには前記第2の送風モードを維持すると共に前記蓄電装置への送風が減量されるよう前記送風手段と前記送風モード切替手段とを制御する手段である請求項3または4記載の冷却システム。
- 前記第2の送風モードは、車室内の空気調和に必要な風量と前記蓄電装置に送風すべき風量との和の風量により前記空調装置を作動させると共に該蓄電装置に送風すべき風量をもって該空調装置により冷却された空気を吸気して前記蓄電装置に送風するモードである請求項3ないし5いずれか記載の冷却システム。
- 前記制御手段は、更に前記切替要求がなされたときに前記蓄電装置に送風されている風量に基づいて前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風手段と前記送風モード切替手段とを制御する請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の冷却システム。
- 前記騒音程度検出推定手段は、車速を検出する車速検出手段を備え、前記検出された車速に基づいて前記騒音の程度を設定する手段である請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の冷却システム。
- 内燃機関を備える自動車に搭載された請求項1ないし8いずれか記載の冷却システムであって、
前記騒音程度検出推定手段は、前記内燃機関の回転数を検出する機関回転数検出手段を備え、前記検出された内燃機関の回転数に基づいて前記騒音の程度を設定する手段である
冷却システム。 - 車室内に音声を調整可能な音量をもって出力する音声出力手段を備える自動車に搭載された請求項1ないし9いずれか記載の冷却システムであって、
前記騒音程度検出推定手段は、前記音声出力手段における音量の調整状態に基づいて前記騒音の程度を設定する手段である
冷却システム。 - 請求項1ないし10いずれか記載の冷却システムであって、
前記蓄電装置の温度に関係する温度関係パラメータを検出する温度関係パラメータ検出手段を備え、
前記送風モードの切替要求は、前記検出された温度関係パラメータに基づいてなされる要求である
冷却システム。 - 前記蓄電装置は、車両が備える走行用の電動機と電力をやりとり可能な装置である請求項1ないし11いずれか記載の冷却システム。
- 請求項1ないし12いずれか記載の冷却システムを搭載する自動車。
- 車室内の空気調和を行なう空調装置と、異なる場所の空気を吸気して自動車に搭載された蓄電装置に送風する複数の送風モードを有する送風手段と、前記複数の送風モードにおける各送風路の開通と遮断とを切り替えることにより該複数の送風モードを切り替える送風モード切替手段とを備える冷却システムの制御方法であって、
前記送風モード切替手段を介して前記蓄電装置に送風されている状態で前記送風モードの切替要求がなされたとき、車室内における騒音の程度に基づいて前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風モード切替手段を制御する
